Youre running out of time...only 1 week left before the Design Within Reach Outlet store closes. Pickings are sparse, by if you can use what they have left youll get it at a great price.Was there today. They still had couches, chairs, dining room tables... check them out.

The worst customer experience I have ever experienced in my life and this is supposed to be a higher end store although an outlet! I waited for almost 40 mins in line (as the person in front of me had a big purchase)and after the representative finished with the customer and it was my turn, she decided to just leave the counter without acknowledging my wait or my presence and not alerting at all when if anyone would help me! There are only two customer service people in that store and noone is willing to help nor even make any eye contact. Horrible experience after looking through the store an hour and not even being able to purchase at the end. I left because obviously they don’t want any business !

In regard to someone elses poorly worded comment mentioning ikea, this is a designer furniture outlet.. dont walk into a BMW dealer looking for a Honda price.Staff if knowledgeable and courteous, not to mention everything in store is marked down considerably compared to showroom locations.

When I was here there were tons of damaged chairs and not much else. But maybe inventory will change over time.

Great deal on a chair for my home office!

If you can fix furniture, but it is too pricey, and it almost like IKEA.
