I believe in supporting locally owned businesses. Campbells hardware makes this decision easy! The staff is friendly and efficient. They have almost everything you could possibly need and they are reasonably priced. This is always my first stop when I need anything for my home repairs.

Rude, unprofessional, and prejudiced! As a domestic violence survivor, it doesnt surprise me that the owner was hostile to my autistic son, and angrily asked him if he could even read. I called the store prior to arriving if they could open a paint can for me. I have a disability and its difficult to open certain things. They lady ho answered the phone said, sure no problem. Got to the store and the evil man who said he was the owner unleashed his anger out on me and my son. Then he refused us service! 2021, and hate is running rapidly.

This place doesn’t give you a option to browse and think for yourself, they rush you out any chance they get.they hassle you till you make up your mind just so you can leave quicker. Save your money and go to Home Depot or Lowe’s

I always love small hardware stores. At this one, the staff is particularly friendly and they carry good products. They may not have EVERYTHING you need, but they are well stocked for most anything and very willing to help you out.

I was home visiting family and went with them to Campbell Hardware. Used to go before I moved out of town and they had some people who were actually friendly. One girl, her name was Rose, was awesome, friendly and helpful, but is no longer there. This last visit we were waited on by some ignorant woman who wouldnt even answer a question for my dad. She was so disrespectful and acted like we were putting her out. Her name is Erica I think. She had this nasty look on her face the whole time and was so rude that I asked to speak with the owner. And guess what, he was even more rude! I just couldnt believe it. This used to be a good place for customer service but all the good people left. Its gone down hill for sure and we wont be back. Why bother when their prices are double! Plus they never have everything we need anyway. We can go to a big hardware store or order anything online these days so you would think customer service would be #1. Not the case here. Go only if you want to pay higher prices and get treated badly.

Have just about anything you can need and if its not in stock they try very hard to get it for you.

Tad expensive compared to larger establishments but they have a more personal touch that softens the blow and make shopping there worth the difference.
