Helpful staff and well have most of what you need if not all!

Huge store with huge selection

The Ace Hardware people are always helpful. They are great about helping me find exactly what I need. They are knowledgeable about their products and the location of all the items in Ace.

Having an Ace inside of the grocery store makes trips to the hardware store easier. They have some of everything from lawn care to plumbing to paint supplies. There are dedicated Ace employees in this section of the store. Checkout is at the regular grocery registers.

Dropped my Blower off on a Saturday for a tune up. I was told I would hear something by Sunday. Its Wednesday and I havent heard from anyone. I call and speak with a guy in Ace that offered no help or explanation as to when Id hear from anyone. I even had to ask him if he would leave a message for the mechanic to call me. He said he would be in until Thursday at 3pm. He acted aggravated by my call and reluctantly took my name. Im tired of this place and the lack of respect and interest they show their customers. Its Rouses now. Down hill since Rouses bought LeBlancs. I get the same service at Walmart. Id rather pay less for same service. Teach your people customer service and you will win customers for a life time. Dont, and they will treat you and your store as good as you treated them.

Should have known not to bring my Stihl chainsaw for repair at a grocery store where the product couldnt be started to verify functionality. Not worth bringing back to them only to have to go pick up again. Ill go somewhere else but let Stihl know.

Ive been to this location several times and found the staff to be very knowledgeable and friendly. They know the layout and location of things and spend time if you need help or have a question.

Grocery shop and have a hardware store all in one. Open Sundays (hardware store) . luv that part!!!
