The guy that works there is the best great service I was able to get everything I needed done

Someone was asleep actor wouldnt answer the phone wouldnt come to the door several of us came back a couple hours later in a couple hours later same car was sitting there the back door was closed nobody would answer the phone somebodys working another job just taking a nap sleeping before they had to go to the next job I guess. Call me some nice people over there that was very very disappointed now

I bought a phone at full price because I wasnt eligible for an upgrade . I took it home and had no data or phone signal . I had 2 galaxies that had good signal strength . The Motorola had neither signal . They would only offer me the same phone in exchange . Why do that when you know the phone wont work in my area . Very disappointed and will be going to another company

Called in spoke to Oscar. Asked if I could give him my phone number and security pin to verify if I am eligible for an upgrade and he refused to assist. Told me I have to call into customer service because there is no way he can validate me over the phone. Isnt that the purpose of a security pin? I see education isnt a factor in the hiring process.

Worst customer service ever! I wanted to exchange a headset after 2 weeks they said nope! only before 7 days - Asked for manager they said they will say same - asked for corporate said I cant give you the name ...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Not favorably impressed with the shady scam tactics at your Zion, IL store. Went there today to do a phone upgrade -- should be $149+15=$164 plus 7% sales tax. The clerk would not sell me the phone unless I paid $260 and bought a bunch of add ons claiming it was policy. I went up the road to a store in Kenosha, WI and got it for $164 plus 5.5% sales tax and no deceptive games or high pressure tactics. Your Zion store should be closed if they are so disreputable. Scammers and fraud merchants.

Extremely immature and unprofessional managment. Oscar g. Specifically. Went in because he sold me a charger that didnt work. He told me i get what i pay for and even though i had my receipt within the 7day return policie denied my return or exchange! After a small discussion we agreed to get me store credit. I was pleased so i thanked him and apologized for the intrusion (as he was on his way out of the store) and tryed to shake his hand as a sighn of gratitude and respect. HE JUST STARED AT MY HAND AND WHEN I ASKED IF HE WAS GOING TO SHAKE MY HAND HE SAID NO! I asked why he had no explanation besides my own assumption that he was just being an immature D-Bag.All in all i got a working charger. But they lost a business account because i was actually looking to switch providers due to convenience( my shop is a few blocks away from there location) but after my experience with suppossed managment. I will NOT be spending my hard earned money there nor do i recommend anyone does. If you value costumer service do yourself the favor and find another location. This one is run by an immature brat!
