Very poorly run store. I initially went to a different store and was told the phone I wanted was a 3 week wait so then I went to this location and was told it would be shipped within 2-3 business days (fair enough). I was given a fast order ID and was assured I could look this up on my Sprint login but when I tried to look it up it didnt work so I contacted Sprint who said the order wont even ship for another THREE weeks. When I called to ask about this the manager was incredibly unprofessional and just handed the phone to Marilyn, the CSR who helped me and she just raised her voice and was also VERY unprofessional. Also, while we were in the store, I had to walk out to tell my fiancé to call someone we were meeting up with (since I had no phone) to tell them we were going to be late and she told me to stay in the store once Im in there otherwise I count for more than one person being in the store so it hurts her goals. I think thats ridiculous. While she was very nice when purchasing the phone, she needs a lot of training since she had to call some outside manager for every single question she had. I noticed this to be the case with the other person working in the store as well. I will not be switching to T Mobile once Sprint requires it. My experience has been terrible!!!!!!!
The very worst service I have ever encountered ever The male worker Juan who was too busy talking about his ingrown toenail and chicken sandwiches to the girl who was suppose to be setting up my phone were so engaged in their personal conversation they were not able to assist the customer which is why I asked him to refrain from speaking to her until she was done he became irate stated he did not care about me the customer and also threated to slap me this then proceeded to become an argument when I asked his name he said Juan and laughed when I asked for corporates number he said he did not care and he wouldnt loose his job anyway I was basically treated very rude and unfairly not to mention being threatened because these workers were way more interested in their personal issues then assisting the customer! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION while at the Waukegan store there was another man came in ranting abut the Zion location as well so this is obviously a very poorly ran store! I would hope this young man is fired as should be considering how he was stating he finessed a customer out of 700.00 his intentions are all bad.
Yesterday, I had the worst experience trying to hook up my new phone with Sprint. Finally, Sprint sent me to T-Mobile in Zion. It still took a couple of hours to sort everything out, but Ryan helped me through all of it. He was super helpful getting this issue resolved. I am extremely grateful to Ryan and the time he spent working the problem until we finally had a resolution.
Working with Dominic and Karla today was a great experience! Dominic was very informative. I went to another T-Mobile before this one, the one in Waukegan by fountain square and the managers were so rude! Dominic and Karla in Zion made my experience much better and I walked out with a upgrade and an awesome deal! I recommend this store and these two people! They’re amazing. Will be my go to store from now on!

The customer service at this store was great! Dominic and Karla were very professional and polite.I just needed to add new sim cards to my lines of service, since my UPS delivery seems to be lost in space. In my past experiences, at other stores, when Im not making a new phone purchase, the representatives act as if they dont want to be bothered. However, Dominic gave me the same great customer service and attention I would expect if I was buying a $1000.00 phone, even though I wasnt making a purchase at all. Thanks!
I just went in to see if it would be worth switching from Sprint to T-mobile. I walked out with two new phones on the way and about half my previous bill. The military plan here is fantastic! Karla and Dom were super helpful and very nice! We came in two days later when our phones arrived and Dom got us set up and transferred everything from our old phones to the one ones for us. And got us on our way. Thanks for the great customer service experience!

Youthful staff sales goal oriented. But could use more training on promotions and services. White with pink LED lighting on a grayish faux wood flooring to match the current trends.Watch out because the devil lives in the details regarding plans and fees. Dont ask for itemized receipts they direct you to their online website.
Catalina was exceptionally knowledgeable about all aspects of my transfer to a Galaxy Note 8. I highly recommend taking a drive to Pleasant Prairie to see her. She is wonderful!!

This would be my 3rd visit to this location.every time so far iv been happy with my visit. Today i needed a usbc cord as the one i got from metropcs broke. I called first to see if they had any cords in stock which they did. The manager imara was nice enough to hold one for me ( there were only 2 left) which made my visit super fast and easy. Imara was great! She even let me try the cord before i bought it because i explained how i had a bad experience at metropcs with a cord they sold me that didnt work out of the box. All in all after 3 visits im still pleased. Glad to finally see a decent cellular store here in zion With good customer service.

Im so VERY happy that a T•Mobile Store has finally been put in an area close to where one was needed!! Otherwise, if you needed to go to a T•Moble Store, it was 30+ miles North or 30+ miles South, both inside Malls. Was an awful place to have to go!!
