Always helpful. Theres no way getting a phone connected is the average persons specialty. Well always need a physical location. Good service here.

The manager at this store was very helpful with helping me chose the phone that was right for me and the plan that I needed to watch my videos and stream on Facebook AND THEY EVEN OPEN ON SUNDAY!!! I’m very happy with my service and phone from here. I highly recommend this store to anyone. Definitely the best Boost Mobile store in Zion!! Hands down

A bunch of morons work here. I don’t think they have customer service in there vocabulary they have no idea how to treat a customer with respect. Thank god they person was working and not outside I would have knocked the stupid grin off his face so fast.

Bad customer service. I got a phone three days later wasnt working had to receive tried to return it was told I could then I wasnt able to. Always get in touch what customer service online its the better way to get things done. I do not like this store at all.

Lupe was very dismissive and rude even on a non busy day. Played loud music in store almost ignoring my questions. Been there multiple times worked with the same person and watched work with others. Gave me false information on my account and wasn’t helpful to fix any situation there. This is a pay bill or purchase item place not very helpful with service . Might as well have a robot . Good place to go is the one by dollar tree, they really help you figure your problems out . They aren’t lazy or rude.

Horrible customer service. My phone was stolen in summer, and I rushed to the office to block it. The guy handed me a piece of paper with a phone number! I told him again, hey, I dont have any phone to call from - my phone was just stolen, but he didnt do anything!Todays experience prompted this review. Ive been always paying at this location, card and cash, and was NEVER charged any service fee. Today I come, wait for 15 minutes because the guy is not there, and then he is charging me $5 service fee with my monthly payment! Seriously?! This is a RIP OFF! I bring my money directly to your office, and you are charging a service fee? For what? I paid at another Zion location last month, and wasnt charged anything extra. Stay away from this place.

I bought original Samsung charger they charge me 20$ for it and what I got was a broken charger it took my phone to get from 2% to 10% with in an hour. Im very unsatisfied with them ! Coming to find out Walmart sells them for less then 10$ smh last time I make them first on my list.

Zero starsPoor customer service at this locationYou cant have poor service and say that you can multitask. Multitasking is being able to be good at what you do regardless of the fact that you only have one employee working there.After leaving to check on my account. I return home and received a text to inform me that mailing address has been changed and when I check my phone not only has there been some tampering but my name was changed in my account. Im pretty sure that I know how to spell my own name.Yet another reason why I will be leaving them.
