It was a nightmare getting Spectrum to release my mobile to Xfinity. Couldnt have done it without Shelby. He was great! He was knowledgeable, super helpful and very patient. And hes just a nice guy. If you need help, ask for Shelby.

Bundled Cable, Internet, and Cell earlier this week and was given 2 Free cell phones as part of the promotion. Phones arrived today and chose to activate at the Xfinity Store. Issues for 2.5 hours included not having a tech available for the store person to work with, my not having a Transfer Pin # and not knowing how to get one, then learning I didnt need one afterall, then finding out the phones werent set up to import our current cell numbers. I finally said forget it, gave them back their phones and left. Im not sure if Im going to be charged a $35 Restocking fee for each phone or not.
I was treated rudly and they couldnt fix my problem. All she said was Ive never heard of anyone having do many email.

This is the old Payless store now and Xfinity store which is conveniently located in the center by Walmart and all of our major shopping stops so it should be pretty convenient and a lot more easily accessed in the old location

Got a new cable box and can’t install so I called and they couldn’t help so I went to xfinity in Aberdeen and they couldn’t help me also to return the box was my best option. If I could give no stars I would. If I could get another cable company I would. This is just a horrible monopoly
