I have had Cricket 3 years now. Cricket is just as good as ATT but cost less. Owned by ATT.I am from Seminole but stopped here due to being in Ada. I purchased a replacement phone for my some. I had a much better experience in Ada than I have in the past locally.

Been loyal to this company for four years. No problems. Decided, what the heck, Ill buy some accessories from them.DO NOT BUY ACCESSORIES FROM CRICKET. If the merchandise fails, they dont back their product.

Not the best prepaid phone company. I could never get my number transfered. Cricket makes it sound easier than it is. But the employee was very nice and did attempt to help me.

Called the store multiple times, someone would pick up the phone and hang up. Called 4 times finally gave up. Needed to ask some questions looking to switch phone companies. Not sure why I was ignored.

I was told theres a 15.00 fee for changing my phone number. I dont feel a customer should have to pay to change their phone number. Especially one that has been a customer for over three years and never had it changed before. I only want my number changed because someone has hacked my facebook with my phone number. Ive never been a problem for cricket and Ive never had any problems with cricket

Horrible experience and Im very upset with them. We bought 2 phones on Sunday and I didnt like the one I bought so today (2 days later) I went in to get a refund and the lady took the phone and started cleaning it with a small white cloth and then said there were scratches on it.. absolutely no scratches on the phone. She would not refund my money and told me the best thing to do would be to sell it on Facebook. Dont go there unless you are 100% sure of the phone you buy.

I entered the store someone greated us quickly and they were so helpful ... we were out of there very quickly and I was pleasantly surprised I was at my wits end with Cricket .These guys restored my faith I will be back To this Ada location
