Quick greeting and offered me options. Was not pushy. Wanted to save me money. Knowledgeable about the products both sold in store and online. Focused on his customer and not chatting while you wait. Appreciated his help and the visit went very well!

They acknowledged me as I walked in the door and they helped with very little wait. The young man took care of everything I needed and I was in and out with my new phone in less than 30 mins.

Spoke to Corey over the phone about upgrading my Iphone, when I stopped in a few hours later he was out to lunch but Dom helped me, he even called Corey and told him I was here. Dom got me squared away on a new 12pro, Corey introduced himself when he got back from lunch. I was in and out of the store in about 40 minutes. Everything went great. Thanks Dom and Corey,

The rep who assisted me in the process was very patient and did a great job using his customer service skills. I am disappointed in the fact that it took well over five hours before I received my new phone, three trips to the store to check the progress of the update, and still had to take my phone home and figure it out on my own. . For the amount of ridiculous fees we pay AT&T as customers we should have more efficient and effective service than we get. Very disappointing when you pay your pay each month on time and receive such low quality service. The Rep was helpful as he could be and used the resources AT&T gives him, but AT&T sucks.

Went into the store for a specific reason... was greeted immediately, question was answered and verified by showing me the answer on my bill. I then asked about another line for a tablet and she was amazing at explaining what I had to do, how much it was and how it would change my bill. After all of this as I got up to leave I saw the HBO info and inquired about that, well before I left I upgraded my plan and got the HBO special as well. Thank you for showing me that your customers are appreciated.

Bought a phone said I could bring back if I didnt like . So I did w in the 10 business days. Now they want to charge me $50 restocking fee was never told of this b4 just bring back everything in box in allotted time for a refund I just wanted to up grade

Staff and mgmt are consistently very helpful... if you physically go into the store. Currently they arent answering the phone, nor can one leave a message due to Were sorry, the voice mail box of the party you called is full). Please fix that so customers dont have to choose between risking exposure vs. getting some service.

We had such a bad time over the phone with AT&T.... awful! But as soon as we went into this store, Lamar helped us. It took 3 hours because of the problems over the phone with AT&T, but he was calm and he was determined to help us and get us our service. If anyone need to go in the store ask for Lamar, hes the best!!

After many attempts to fix my att phone problems, I decided to deal with a person instead of a computer or an unknown person on the other end of a call. The workers at this store made everything right within 30 minutes. I will drive the extra miles every time in the future just to get real help!!

What’s the picture here? It says $40 for 24 months and they are charging me $50 after 12 months. And all they can do is to provide me with a customer service number for me to call. I kept this picture for a year as a proof in case they raise the price like no one cares and they did. This ATT store either lied about the plan or no customer service at all. To me it’s both. The worst store I have ever been to. Yes, they are very knowledgeable about how to kick their customers who have questions and complaints out of the door. One star is an overrating.

Visited this location Saturday July 20th. All associates seemed more intrested in sitting on the chair than helping customers. Not helpful at all with my needs. Pretty much had to resolve my own issue myself after being directed to the tablet. Way overpriced plans and poor cell coverage. I am a long time AT&T customer but not for long.
The workers are great. Their ipads that are issued do not work and keeps me here longer. They need new equipment.
They are really back in time. They provide 25mbps speed still charging $125. The internet is very slow. Again if you have multiple users, you might break your internet device. Im closing their service tomorrow.

I dont know who the other reviewers delt with but we had Kristen helping us the first time we went in and she went above and beyond to help us and to make sure we got everything taken care of. We had to go back because the first time we were there late and so we had to wait for corporate to respond to a request. When we went back Kristen was busy busting ass to fix someone elses complicated mess so Jordan helped us. He was awesome too! He answered all the questions I and and wrapped up everything that Kristen had started for us. In and out with smiles and Thank yous :). We will def be going to back to this store for our ATT needs in the future!

I was told that AT&T had a buy one get one free special going on for iPhones. 4 months later, after my bill was significantly more that what we had discussed prior to the purchase, I found out from AT&T that I had to sign up for DirecTV to take advantage of the special, which was not disclosed to me at the time of my purchase. They even let me leave the store thinking I got a great deal and not once did they mention that a DirecTV subscription was a requirement to take advantage of the special. I talked with them and AT&T on several occasions in an attempt to make it right but they didnt seem to care. Now they wont even return my calls or messages so now Im stuck paying for free phones. AT&T has lost my business forever and will never get another dime from me. Be careful, these guys will take advantage of you!
