I have 2 accounts with U.S. Cellular Everytime I go in to pay my wifi which is due 2 weeks after my phone bill they mess up. Guess from now on I will be paying both bills on the same day maybe that will stop me from having to pay late fees ECT. on bills that Ive paid.

The very nice guy working this afternoon was very helpful, he put a new sim card in and my phone works perfect.

I have had U.S. Cellular for a number of years ...I like the service especially for rural area but it isnt the best for traveling sometimes. .this store has always been helpful but at times I feel like you have to be about to walk our the door before they finally give you the answer to your question and Im not a fan of that type of customer service....but they are knowledgeable about the products and services
