Been waiting for over an hour, and the manager asked me to wait for someone who walked in 20 minutes after me, guess she knows him. The rest of the staff was super friendly. I do feel sorry for the guy who has been waiting as long as me just to pay his bill.

I have had a hot spot for 4 years. I have never had a problem. Then I upped to 80mps. To watch Roku and save money without Direct. instead of tv. I repeated over and over what I was going to do. I didnt make it through first week without upping it again and again. I cant watch tv except a few hours a day. I am paying the same ad direct and am unable t watch much tv. That girl took advantage of the fact I didnt know anything about it.

The agent was super helpful and very sweet. We had an awesome experience. My only reason for 4 out of 5 is that this location is an authorized dealer vs a corporate store. However it was a promotional item (glass screen protector) which I didnt pay for, so I will go to the corporate store in my city of residence and purchase one.

Run, dont walk, from US Cellular. Use anyone else. Worst experience in a long time. I will never be back.

North Hills US CELLULAR store is very helpful. I went there today and was helped immediately. They were very helpful and took care of the problem I had with my phone. I have been a customer of this store for years and have had NO complaints. I recommend this store and US CELLULAR as a cell phone carrier.
