They installed our kitchen backsplash, mud room, dining & living room floors and re-carpeted the entire second floor in our new home. Kym & Andrew were so helpful throughout the entire process!!! We recently had new carpet installed in our entire house, a family room and 4 bedrooms. The salesperson was very helpful in the selection process at the store. The salesperson who came to the house to measure was very nice and professional as were the installers. The carpet was ordered and arrived very timely. The installers moved the furniture, removed all of the carpet, took the old carpet away with them and even vacuumed the carpet when they were done! All of this was done for an extremely reasonable price. We look forward to using Thomas Tile and Carpet for future home projects!

A great experience shopping and loved having the generous sized carpet samples to take home. Gary and the installers did a great job of measuring and installing. My room looks awesome.

My husband and I just recently used the wonderful people at Thomas Tile & Carpet for both new tile and carpet through out our entire house and we love it! The staff at the store were so helpful for helping with picking out the products and Gary did a nice job with the estimate and even drove out to my work to finalize my choices (very accommodating)!The tile crew Frank, Frank Jr., and Hoven did a beautiful job with the tile,arriving exactly on time every day, moving my furniture carefully, and cleaning up nicely after they were finished. A cheery talented group of men!!!! They like coffee with extra sugar by the way...lol !!!The carpeting dynamic duo were unbelievable! Jose and Benjamin worked nonstop from morning to night and did a beautiful job! My husband remarked he had never seen two guys do so much in a day!Vacuuming before putting back the furniture, putting our bed back together and hauling away the old carpet were nice gestures as well!Beautiful craftsmanship, punctual, sense of humor and clean..what more could you ask for? I used Thomas Tile in the past and had a great experience with price and service. However, the real test came recently. I had a severe problem with a floor I bought at Costco and had installed by a professional installer. The floor was separating, creating trip hazards, and looking like crap despite following the manufacturers instructions. The Experts at Thomas Tile showed up even though it wasnt their floor and help me get it resolved with the manufacturer and are putting it back right. Thanks guys!

I cant say enough good things about the people at Thomas Tile. From the selection and suggestions to the finished project in the bathroom shower area.Especially Frank and Hovin. (Im not certain of the spelling) They were extremely careful and professional with the demo and the install, and I would highly recommend them!
