We had this company do our bar tops and a high top and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Fast, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable guys. Everything was done efficiently and even showed me how I could save money. I couldn’t speak more highly about they’re working and how reliable they are. George did an exceptional job with explaining the process and explaining on how to quickly and safely do the best job possible. I highly recommend this company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super disappointed in the quality of quartz delivered. Marks and takes hours to clean and get it to look right. Company advises the product is “functioning as designed”. We have had 5 houses of granite/quartz counters and moved all over the country and never had such issues with a solid countertop. Very poor cheap product!

Bedrock did my moms countertops and can truly say they are amazing! They get it done faster then any other place and have great prices. I would definitely recommend!

I went into the office and gave them my measurements for my kitchen cabinets and asked for a quote. I was told that he would call the next day . 4 weeks later after not receiving a call I went back in to see what the issue was. And was told he would be in touch with me. Its been 2 more weeks now . Hes a no call no show. I would recommend that you not waste your time with with this store.

Doing remodels on the side Jose came and took my customers measurements and turned out to be pleasing to work with. Jose worked with mine and my clients schedule. Jose is very easy to work with.

We had David do our counter tops for our kitchen remodel and the outcome was superb!!It all started by David taking my wife to the show room and assisting her to pick out the counter top she wanted. She desired quartz and from the selection she picked her dream counter top.David then priced the quartz and installation and the price was very reasonable.David prepared the templates and used them back at the shop to perform the cutouts.We picked a date for installation. David was on time . With a slight modification in the length of the counter top it fit flush against the walls, no spaces. The counter tops were leveled and no fear of water running off onto the floor.David installed the under the counter stainless steel sink .All material left was cleaned up and the counter tops wiped down.When all was done, our kitchen was absolutely beautiful.We had some neighbors over to see our new kitchen and they were very impressed with how well our counter tops made the kitchen come alive.I am so glad we picked Bedrock Counter tops to work with my wife to get what she wanted and the great professional instillation job David did.

Bedrock Countertops and their team have never let us down up to date. We have called them for multiple jobs in the area and they have always delivered top grade quality services from the initial quote to the installation of their services. I was a little reluctant at first based some of the reviews, but after talking to them, I do not regret my decision for using their services. They work well with you to find the best prices and the job is done effectively and efficiently.

I am so appalled by the service (or lack there of) that I received from this company! My husband visited the store to set up a appointment to get our kitchen countertops measured so that we get a quote. George showed up late and took the measurements and said that we would get a quote later that afternoon by email, or early the next day. We after a day or two we did not receive an email so we gave them a call, we were told that we would get a quote soon. Well almost 4 weeks later we finally received the email with the quote! And to add insult to injury the quote 63 sq ft. But, our kitchen is only 46 sq ft (we went with another professional company) I can’t believe there are companies like this trying to take advantage of people during these hard times! I would recommend anyone to stay away from this company!!

These guys are amazing! They are truly quality conscious- I would definitely use them again! We used chose the river rock granite and they cut it perfectly - really being mindful how the veining should run on each piece..Atlanta based company with a branch in Albany. They are legit!

They were on time on both template and install. I went to their shop in need of a standard material because mid-grade/ quartz were out of the picture. Turns out their mid-grade and quartz prices were better than other companies’ standard prices. So I just got a luxurious kitchen for the price of a standard one. Definitely recommend.

Bedrock rocks! We had gotten a quote on counter tops for our tornado damaged home from another company. The price was a bit higher than I expected but having no experience with granite prices I just assumed it was in line. A friend that is a contractor recommended Bedrock. They met me at the house as planned and worked up the quote. I was amazed when it was 3 thousand dollars cheaper than the other quote using the exact same material. Add that to the fact that the other quote required 4 weeks to get the work completed after the cabinets were in. The cabinets went in on a Friday, Bedrock had the counter tops in on the next Thursday. I will recommend them to all my friend who are in need of high end counter tops, that you can count on!

Very unprofessional behavior from the owner and contractors. The company was unwilling to fix THEIR mistake, only offering a slight discount of the finished result. I’m now stuck with an “undermount” sink that is smaller that the granite cutout. The owner will threaten with “going to court” if/when the finished result is unacceptable. Steer clear.

Great service, great prices, love my new counter tops!

I would give zero stars if possible. Complete lack of professionalism and experience by David Estrada (owner) and his team. His crew, which consisted of two early twenty-something year olds (NOT the seemingly experienced guy who came to make measurements and give us a quote), made an error in cutting the hole for the kitchen sink. We were told to expect what is called a “negative reveal,” where the countertop overhangs the undermounted sink. After the installation, which was delayed due to other errors made by the installers (our family of 5 went three days with NO counters!), we immediately noticed and brought to their attention that the sink stuck out slightly from under the countertop, not the 1/4” of overhang were told to expect. Mr. Estrada repeatedly refused responsibility for the error, despite the fact that I gave the sink to his guys prior to the cutting so that they could measure it correctly before cutting. After a lot of back and forth, and us unable to come to an agreement, he said that the next step would be legal recourse, at which time I decided to pay the remaining balance to avoid that fight. I highly recommend staying away from this company, as they will not accept responsibility for errors made and you will be stuck with results or going to court.Other problems we ran into with Bedrock:-multiple measurements were made incorrectly, but the installers were able to correct on site (though it significantly slowed the installation), including our breakfast bar top and bathroom backsplash.-unprofessional installers: did not ask before cutting into our kitchen walls to install counters, resulting in dust covering everything stored under the cabinets (we had to wash EVERYTHING afterwards and wipe down all cabinets), we could have easily moved items out from under the counters if they had only mentioned it.-Installers did not wear ANY safety gear while cutting an extremely hard material with powerful tools, to include dust masks, safety glasses, gloves, ear pro, or safety boots-installers cut holes for our range top on site, not ten feet from our cars, which resulted in tons of dust to be cleaned up from my cars and the driveway. They should have asked us to move the cars and put a drop cloth down under where they were working.-installers broke a slab of granite while cutting the range hole, resulting in over a weekend when we had no kitchen counters, putting a hardship on my family of five with three very young children.Pros:-low prices-quick turnaroundCons:-inexperienced sales person working the storefront (had NO knowledge of any aspect of the business)-inexperienced installer teams-unprofessional organization from top to bottom-high likelihood of errors and delays-invoice/estimate is not itemized, making it hard to know how much you are being charged for what part of the service.Have a lawyer review the contract if you go with Bedrock.
