I had a great experience with R&C Bodyworks about 3 weeks ago. My 2018 minivan required a paint job for damage caused to the front bumper. They have great communication and customer service practices. They got my vehicle fixed within a week, no hidden charges or cost. They also arranged windshield replacement for me which was very convenient and at a much lower price than other places I checked. They returned my vehicle showroom clean inside and out. I accidentally wrecked my car into a sign from hitting ice and took it to R & C for the repair. They took great care of my car and checked in on me on the status of my vehicle. Bodyworks by R and C has done an excellent job on two of my vehicles. They have matched the color perfectly, and have done the best job. The Subaru, and the Buick that they worked on for me are just like new. I could not be happier. The work they do is outstanding, and I would not go anywhere else. They are very efficient at communication, and work well with all insurance companies. They have a personal touch, and are very good at customer service.

Everyone who works there is very helpful and honest about each car they work on, which makes the customer confident about the shops work. They were extremely empathetic toward my situation and trying to find solutions for me in anyway they could. I would recommend this place to others for sure.

This place is amazing- friendly, timely, and they do a great job! They work with State Farm which was really helpful. We had to get our bumper replaced, and they only had our car out of commission for 3 days, and it looks great! I just had body work done on a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. It was brand new and I crunched a fender on a post. Everyone at Bodyworks did a terrific job to get the Truck fixed in a short time with no hassle. Francisco worked with my insurance company to iron out any cost issues. The work was done quickly, as promised with no extra issues. The truck looks just like it did before I ran into the post. No problem with parts or color match. I would recommend Bodyworks to anyone. They were recommended to me by the local Toyota Dealer and my insurance agent. My agent had work done by them on his car and he told me they did a great job. I think they did a great job on my truck, which is VERY special to my wife.I had to get something out of the truck in the middle of the repair, so I was escorted in to the shop to retrieve what I needed. I found the shop to be well organized, clean, and orderly. I was impressed.

How often have you gotten a car repair done faster, better, and cheaper than you thought possible? Rarely, right? Then next time you need auto body work done, I recommend you check out R & C. I just discovered them today (they were highly recommended by my usual service dealership) and was very impressed by the manager, Rowdy; the serviceman who did the repair work, Richie; and even the receptionist who helped me pass the short time I had to wait. I have been using Bodyworks for many years now. I always have a great experience, great service, and job well done. If there are any issues, they will get those fixed right away. I will continue to use them for any bodywork I may need in the future.

Collision repairs took a very long time (45 days). To be fair, the quality of work was mostly okay.A LOT of back and forth with the insurance company and without discussing it with me, first. I would constantly hear that they needed more and more time.I had to return several times after discovering things werent working. For example, the drivers side door sensor was installed wrong so the interior lights would flicker on and off while driving. The key also did not unlock the door, only the key fab worked. The adjustable headlights did not work on delivery . I also had severe shaking on the highway. Originally, they charged me for a balance and alignment then insisted there was nothing wrong with it. I had to take it to the dealership, where they found that it was misaligned and out of balance. It has not shaken after that (but cost $150 out of my pocket). There were also a couple spots where they messed up the paint job but they eventually fixed it.The worst part is, I found enormous amounts of mouse/rat droppings under the seats and the remnants of a half-eaten granola bar in the glove box. The mice also ate a hole in the fabric of the map pocket behind my seat. I hate the idea that mice were running lose all over my truck for 45 days. They must have just left my truck opened.All in all, I went here on a recommendation from a friend and the Toyota dealership. Although the vehicle looks good now (like it was never in an accident), all the incidentals and inconveniences have left me with a negative opinion of this place.

R and C is a high quality shop that excels in both customer service and bodywork. They worked well with my insurance company and always kept me updated on the progress with my vehicle. I highly recommend them.

I have processed two insurance claims through R&C in one month and their whole staff have been nothing short of stellar! Besides the fact that they do A+ car work, their customer service standards honestly surpassed my expectations. I recommend them to anyone looking for excellent work, and excellent customer service! Excellent body shop with people who care and know what they are doing. BodyWorks by R&C started off as a local Mom and Pop shop (literally) and though they are quite large now, the service I received still felt personal. The people who work there cared about my issue (vandalism) and fixed it right when I came in. (Obviously, if the damage was more extensive I would have had to leave my car. Happily, this wasn’t the case.) These folks are honest. And they even gave me a very nice bag to hold my car documents. If I needed bodywork services again, I would definitely trust them!

Unfortunately I have to give this company a 1 star for the lack of caution they used when they painted the rear side pillars of my Range Rover Sport. This company did a great job at painting the hood and roof but the side pillars evidently have paint or over spray of some sort they failed to clean or replace. I am displeased with the customer service I received in trying to remedy this issue.In response to your reply 05/01/19: The vehicle did not arrive to your shop with my pillars in that condition. Its evident its overspray from a sloppy job done at your location!

I would never recommend this shop.1. They are horrible at communicating. They gave me the run around for 7 weeks- constantly telling me its almost done, just one more week to the point where I did not believe them anymore. I kept having my insurance agent call to find out the real story which was always different from what they would tell me.2. They left the interior of my car dirty with greasy fingerprints all over the door and radio and ac dials. After having my vehicle for 7 weeks, I expected it to at least be in the same if not better condition when I picked it up.3. I picked up my vehicle about 1.5 weeks ago and found out my windshield wiper fluid resivior had been damaged; the resivior being located right next to the body repair area. It had been glued shut. That part costs $70 and the labor probably $30-$50.I dont trust this shop to properly work on vehicles so Im having my personal mechanic fix their supplemental damage through my insurance.The bodywork does look good and has a lifetime guarantee but with all the inconveniences, false promises, and lack of communication, I would not personally recommend this shop and insurance companies should not either.They need to be more mindful of their customers and how hard it is to go without a car, plus being given false promises. We have jobs, we have lives... and its hard when one is counting to have their car back each week for 7 weeks. How is one supposed to prepare for that when constantly fed false information? They are inconsiderate and disorganized.

Someone tried to break into my truck and they busted out the key hole and damaged the rods inside. The job was done right the first time and was done in a very quickly. Francisco and the staff were very friendly to deal with.

They cheated on me. They charged exorbitantly high labor fee. They took too much time for little work. They charged extra money from me although they told me insurance took care all of the money. They were supposed to tell me beginning but they told at the last moment. They did not tell me beginning of the deal because I will not give the work to them.

Did not enjoy having my car fixed here.1. The communication is non-existent. After I agreed to initial repairs, they submitted at least two (my insurance company told me five total) estimates without my knowledge. 85% of the information I got about my car was after my husband or I called. It got to the point where we had to call daily.2. They had my car for seven weeks! We heard a number of reasons why this was the case ranging from they found more damage, to being understaffed, being too busy and finally they had a break in and my tire was stolen. They kept insisting that they could not give me a date on when the car would be finished because if the car wasnt ready I would be upset. I explained that is part of communication, if they told me they found additional damage and submitted more estimates to my insurance company I could have adjusted my expectations and would be far less upset.3. They did pay for my rental car after my insurance coverage ran out.4. After I picked up my car a piece of bumper trim came loose and the breaks were making noise. They fixed the bumper trim at no cost. Had they explained from the beginning that they do not look at routine maintenance items like breaks I would have been far less upset as well.Never taking any car to this place again.
