Alb Fleet Auto Service, did a great job for me. My 04 Highlanders front end was making noise like a bearing was going out. They replaced the tie rods, & ball joints. It was much better, but still a slight noise. So Greg, the owner provided great customer service. He had me bring back in and did the CV Joint. No extra charge. No more noise!Complete satisfaction!! I will bring my other car here as well. Greg was great. Five 🌟s!!!!!!!

This is more about the owners and not the employees at the shop. Ive been trying to get ahold of the owners for months. I used to get tattooed at the shop that was owned by the same people as this and I made a trade with them last year THAT THEY (Greg Abeyta) INITIATED - a porch swing I had in exchange for $70 in tattoo services. Needless to say, the tattoo shop closed and I didnt get a tattoo or the money. Ive tried calling, messaging on Facebook, I even went down to the shop and the owners WILL NOT respond to me. This is not how you do business. Its stealing since they never followed up with the agreed upon deal and havent once tried to remedy the situation. Who knows how many other people theyve done this to.

Had to do interlock to reinstate NM license. Never once did they judge or act or treat me anything but valued, respected. Pros they appreciated my business.i highly recommend this business. I actually removed a device from another business (Hi=tech) for attitudes. I will give my work to them alkyl days. Thanks guys. Its done see you under different circumstances.

Customer service is great

Took in my car to get repaired. Got it week late with items missing and damaged, claimed car was broken into and refused to make it right. Took it upon myself to do some research and found some disturbing news about the employees. Corvin Fayne aka Glenn and Raymond Maestas have extensive arrest records for criminal activities including theft and home invasion! Customers beware!

I am from South Dakota and was traveling through Albuquerque in an 32 RV this summer. On my way out of town, I sprung a coolant leak. I called around and was eventually referred to Greg at ABQ Auto. He and his technicians were able to take a look at my RV and repair it, getting me back on the road in less than 2 hours from the time I called. Not only did they do a great job, but they were upfront about options and pricing, and they were some of the most polite people I met during my trip.

Assulted and robbed...Greg by the way has no education in mechanics never been to school for it he is just a yes man and push over or anything like that he has rich parents to bail him out but Tony is the brains and hard worker... In the week I was there working I barley saw Greg turn a wrench he quotes u low and when he gets to work runs into more problems and trys to hike up the bill..I got head gaskets replaced from their and he hired a mobile mechanic to do the work on my engine out of his truck. He put the engine back together wrong causing it to blow up.... So I had an engine to replace it and I used his shop to do so... he didnt keep his word and moved my car off the lift with out my permission the front tires hardly bolted on and the steering shaft barley on.. I told him about we got into an argument he had one of his friends the tattoo guy come pull a gun on me whohad 2 different people come in during the week I was there horrified about there tattooscalled the cops waitied hours for them they lied about what happened and wouldnt show them the video surveillance. Greg is uneducated and horrible mechanic no schooling or educated in mechanics. Tony is the best worker there and he knows what he is doing.. Greg is unprofessional and uneducated.... He has already been sued 3 to 5 already... I highly dont recommend taking your car there only if you want a half ass job done
