Even though they are not doing walk ins right now due to Covid they still did my piercings same day. My nose and septum. Quick easy and pain free. They are taking safety to the max even as you walk in they have sanitizer ready for you. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting quality service. But do call first (if they don’t answer call back) just for the workers protection so they can continue to serve our community.

Frankie is very professional and skilled. The shop is always clean and smells amazing! They must have a professional Company sanitizing the place constantly. So my mother and I recently got a piercing from this place. I got the industrial piercing and mom got the daith piercing. Long story short my ear got infected by using FAKE jewelry after the piercer said otherwise. Moms jewelry was about to fall off. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone getting a new piercing. I would highly recommend Evolution who is more certified and professional!!! Evolution deserves a five star rating for fixing the 505 ink tattoo & piercing screw ups.

Frankies has done over a few piercings and a tattoo on me and Ive never had a complaint. Ive taken several of my friends there as well and he always does an amazing job. The tattoo shop itself is very comfortable and relaxed unlike some other shops here in town. Plus its actually reasonably priced unlike any shop around.

Horrible experience here. I came to get two piercings done and no one was there when I walked in. The place looks filthy and unprofessional. I was told it would be five minutes until I was helped and ended up waiting 25. The owner of the shop did my piercings and was very rude and refused to participate in any conversation, he acted annoyed that I was there at all.Then he missed the new piercing hole when putting the earring in and keeps pushing and saying “come on” and “it’s being difficult” until he literally re-pierces my ear with the flat earring head. He acted disgusted that I was wincing in pain and tightening up.After all of that my piercing was gushing blood all night long, enough to soak my hair and run down my neck. It became infected and swollen to a terrible degree within two days despite clensing several times a day with the solution they provided.NOT IMPRESSED.Go to factory edge if you want piercings, more Expensive but they know what they are doing, are very sterile, very experienced and are nicer people.

I used to love this place, got at least half of my current piercings here and literally directed so many people here until Frankie pierced both my Tragus’. The left one hurt significantly more than the right. I struggled with getting a very uncomfortable keloid on the left no matter how often or how diligently I cleaned. I finally went back in hopes Frankie could help me. He told me I wasn’t cleaning it correctly, told me my cleaner was old, and when I told him where I purchased it, he acted as though I was lying. He told me to come back in 2 days. If the keloid was still there, he would remove it. As if that’s enough time to see a difference? I went to Stacey’s! They ripped out my Tragus piercing with pliers as gentle as possible.. and placed a longer bar in to accommodate for the swelling, along with NoPull discs. The piercer did tell me that Frankie did pierce my left Tragus extremely crooked and it will always be painful unless I remove it and have it repierced.. which would be awful with the intense scar tissue that his mistake caused.. he also let me know that you get what you pay for. Heed the “13 dollar piercing”.

I just wanted to get this tattoo touched up, which is free the first time, how can you go wrong, and I was able to get in immediately with Shawn, who did all of this freehand and I absolutely LOVE it. Im actually going back in a couple of weeks for another tattoo that we discussed.

Worst place to come to if you’re trying to get a piercing. Staff is very rude, unhelpful and inattentive.

I got 4 cartilage piercings here, and the guy who did it wasnt professional at all. 3 of them got infection. They use stainless steel istead of surgical Steel. When I went to another piercer he said that its rediculous that that the piercer used a 14g instead of a 16g to do my ears. He also said the jewlery they pierce with is so bad it only cost 12 cents for each one. They dont use internally threaded Jewelry. My ear piercings are so swollen and painful I cant even see the Jewelry to take it out. Please dont go here, Im afraid i may have to have the piercings surgically removed. I wouldnt even give 1 star if I could.

He did my septum peircing crooked and my tongue peircing crooked, didnt mark my tongue either. I would never go there again.

505 did so good the first and second time then I went back for my septum and had Frankies Apprentice do my septum and had to pierce it twice, did the wrong gauge the first time, and then did it too far back, had to have it taken out by a different piercer with pliers. My friend had the other side of her lip pierced and they clamped it so hard it bruised the lip and pierced it crooked and too high up.

I would not reccomend this place came to get my tongue pierced for the first time and once the swelling came down it was super off center and was really uncomfortable to rest my tongue with the piercing so off center. Really dissapointed.

These guys are absolutly amazing. Extreamly clean environment and very positive artist. I had my daith and a triple piercing done all on one ear. The artist made sure I was aware of the process, the aftercare, and that I was comfortable in the shop. Will be a repeat customer for years to come!

My Mom went in to get two tattoos done by an apprentice at the shop. One tattoo turned out fine but the other became so incected that while my Mom was at a follow up appointment with a medical specialist (not a primary care physician or a doctor that studies skin or infection) noticed the green skin surrounding the tattoo and the yellowish-green scabbing on the tattoo its self and immediately contacted her PCP to have an antibiotic for the infection that was in the tattoo. She had a green halo around the entire tattoo on her forearm, it was also swollen, red and warm to the touch. This isnt my Moms first tattoo. She has over 10 tattoos and not one has ever done this. The other tattoo done by the same artist did not get infected either. The owner questioned how it was cared for and at first was not so willing to agree to heave its fixed due to major color loss cause by the infection. The owner has agreed to fix it but isnt giving many options to schedule. We understand she needs to be flexible but one date and time was given and now hes getting back to her make sure the workstation of the artist is CLEAN and the artist is following proper santization of hands and all instruments. If the artist touches anything un-sanitized with their gloves ask them to get a fresh pair of gloves. This was painful for my Mom. She just wants it fixed.

Called them ahead of time and told them we were heading there to get some work done and they told us that they were gonna be open for at least 30 mins and we got here in 20 mins and they still closed even though we called ahead of time and let them know. Terrible business etiquette. It also says that they are open until 6 pm online and we got here around 3:45 pm.

Went on Sat Oct 14th for the Fri 13th weekend sale & had a great experience! 1st of all the lady up front was super nice,helpful & answered all my questions. (I feel bad because I forgot her name but shes blonde) & I got my daith pierced by Frankie G. who was also awesome. Nice & professional. Got the piercing done very quick. & I wanna add I love how everything was CLEAN! From a waiting view I saw his apprentice Shawn Cleaning his area before & after his customers & to my piercing everything in Frankies area was neat, clean & ready for me :-)
