A wholly unprofessional company when dealing with them on the phone. At any other dealership when you call for a repair quote you very quickly you are given an “all-in” price based on parts, labour and tax etc. Here you have to speak to the service department to get a price for labour, then hang up and call the parts department to get a price for the component. Then call back the service department to schedule the repair! Such disappointing customer service from what is supposed to be a “main dealer”.

Fiat of Albuquerque is a good place. Fiat of Albuquerque is really in the dealership Molloy Dodge Chrysler Fiat. I went into their parts department order some parts. The parts department was very helpful. But I have a 2017 Fiat 500e but they dont know how to fix electric vehicles. I asked the service department if they were going to certified somebody to be able to service electric cars and they told me they were not going to do that. But Molloy Dodge Ram Fiat where is a good place to go buy a car at.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The salesman that I went to, his name is Tyler. Tyler was hands down the best car salesman that Ive ever test drove or financed a car with. He didnt pressure me into buying a car that I couldnt afford, he showed me multiple options within my budget and helped me find the car I wanted and could afford. He went out of his way and it is greatly appreciated. The while team went out of their way to get me into a car. Lorie helped so much to get me financed, which again is greatly appreciated. And Jason and Dennis made the paperwork go so fast and so smooth, I couldnt believe it. I have and will continue to refer people I know to this dealership and I will definitely come back to this dealership and this team to buy my next vehicle. Bought a 2017 Fiat Spider Abarth from Fiat of Albuquerque. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. The salesman had a sense of humor and didn’t mind when I was picking on him. I walked out feeling I made a great purchase plus they gave me a great deal on a 1976 Fiat Spider to go along with it. Overall my experience was quite positive and if I ever need a vehicle again, I’ll definitely consider Fiat of Albuquerque first.

I have dealt with many dealerships but the people who work at Fiat, were the nicest people I have met. Not pushy, very helpful and honest. My salesman was Scott and he was wonderful. I just purchased a 1957 special edition Fiat in celestial blue from Fiat of Albuquerque. My sales person was Reed Gilstrap and he was wonderful to work with just as he has been on my prior purchases from this dealership. I am a bit of a car fanatic and love to trade in my cars on a regular basis. Fiat of Albuquerque is my favorite dealership out of all the dealerships I have dealt with over the years. I also utilize their service department for all maintenance on my fiats and they are outstanding. We have several fiats and love them all! I am very glad we have such a great Fiat Dealership right here in Albuquerque.

The only drawback I encountered was the vehicle I purchased was not detailed to my satisfaction. I have had the vehicle detailed twice and it still has not been detailed to my satisfaction.

I wanted to see what a Fiat 500 new model was about, having had a friend who owned two of the original 500s from the 1960s. I went to the dealership and met Sammy Guardian who displayed patience and explained to me the changes with the new Fiat 500L. Went for test drive and was hooked. Bought the car on the spot and I cant say enough positives on the car and the buying experience. Sammy was nice and easy to deal with and so was Bill Davis who was fast and efficient. This is one of the better experiences I have had in buying a car. I highly recommend the dealership, the people and the brand.

The only reason they even get a star is because I love my car. The service is absolutely terrible. Took over 10 hours just to get a car and approved. Then took another 2 hours just to meet the finance guy. They do everything on paper still instead of electronically and this causes issues. I have had my car for a month now and provided 3 proofs of residency and the dealer tag expires tomorrow. I just now get a call today saying they need more to be able to get it registered. This is ridiculous. I never had issues like this at any of the 3 Ford dealerships I have dealt with in the past and the 1 Nissan dealership. I will never buy a car from this location again because of this. I now can not drive my car I spent over $30,000 on until they get their stuff situated.

I bought my 2015 Fiat 500 Sport here at Fiat of Albuquerque and had no issues with my experience! I was out and on my way in a few hours. Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful and friendly. The staff here are very friendly. They are willing to work with their customers as much as they can. The only thing I would have liked to change about my experience was the wait time, although I did buy my vehicle on a weekend I would have preferred that it was clean before I purchased it so I did not have to go back and wait for a detail to be done. Overall I am satisfied with my experience there and would recommend Fiat of Albuquerque to my friends and family.

Day #2. Yesterday I brought in my Fiat 500 because the check engine light and the ESC light came on. 3 hours later the diagnosis was done and nothing was found. This morning the engine stalled and the check engine light reappeared along with the ESC light and the check transmission light! The car moved slowly and wouldnt shift. The fuel-cut off warning lights appeared as well. I had the car towed into dealer. I was told by Ashley ( SVC advisor) and Tim that because the car was a drop-off (No appointment!) it would not be looked at until Monday. The saga continues...After a particularly angry phone call to the manager the car is being looked at today!Day#4. It appears that the problem has been seen but not diagnosed! It appears to be an electronic issue. Maybe I should have gone to Best Buy!The advisor/manager/technician are much more communicative. I have a rental car to use. I added a star.Day #5. A very expensive repair -- so expensive that it takes an inspector from Fiat to arrive and make sure the diagnosis is correct! I have to wait 2 days for this diagnosis of a diagnosis.Day #7. Progress is a slog. Fiat has approved this expensive repair. Now the part must be ordered and installed: another week. I get to keep the dealer car (which I would never own!) for another week. I can take a round trip to Milan with part in hand faster. How does anything take a week to arrive in the continental U.S.? When I had a flat I asked the parts department to order me a new spare tire. It was unavailable--I got one overnight from Amazon. Perhaps there is a lesson here. Still at 2-Stars.Also, I noticed that the service department does not get alot of stars. Most of the 4-5 Star ratings are for sales! I miss the service department when it was over at San Mateo.

We hand an excellent car buying experience....it was quick and easy and we got the price we were looking for plus the military incentive......our salesman was very nice and helped move the process along.....we took delivery of the fiat and have been totally happy with the purchase. We get a lot of positive comments from people on the street which is a lot of fun.....driving the car is almost as much fun as the cars at Disneyland.....we didnt need another vehicle but we purchased it and are really having fun with it. The fiat Albuquerque dealership treated us very good. Havent had a chance to use the service yet but i hope they are as good as the sales folks.

I hate buying cars! Im not a fan of the BS games you need to play just to feel like youre not getting ripped off. But, I have to say that my experience purchasing a Fiat 500 Pop HB was overall the best experience Ive ever had with an auto dealer! If youre interested in a Fiat - then go to Fiat of Albuquerque and ask to see Ron Y. Ron Y. worked hard to earn my business, he was honest and a real pleasure to deal with. My husband and I had researched the Fiat 500 and knew, more or less, what we were looking for. I have always loved the Fiat 500 since I was 5 years old. The chance to have one of my own, here in Albuquerque, was an exciting prospect for me but not a necessity. We arrived at Fiat of Albuquerque just as it opened and Tim was ready to help us and answer all our questions. From the moment we began our search on the lot to the moment we drove out of there with the new Fiat 500 sport, Tim and all we encountered (finance, receptionists, etc.) were very attentive, courteous and so willing to answer any of our questions. Most people leave wondering if they were swindled or cheated out of their trade-in; rest assured, you do not leave Fiat of Albuquerque feeling that way at all! My husband loves the challenge of haggling on prices when buying cars and on the value of our trade-in. He didnt even feel the need to do so at all. Thats how good the experience is here. If you are interested in a Fiat, new or used, you cannot go wrong at Fiat of Albuquerque with their wonderful staff!

This was my second purchase of a new Fiat 500L for my family. I love the Fiat line but what helped me make the decision to sign on the dotted line was the informative & courteous response I received from the sales staff, finance manager and the service department. I have bought new cars in the past but always felt that I was in a battle just to buy the car. Not so at Fiat of Albuquerque! I went in at 10am, picked out my car, arranged financing (good rate), car was detailed and tank filled, insurance obtained. I drove off the lot in my new 500L and still made it to a 1pm lunch date! Cant go wrong buying any car from there.

I had been thinking and researching a Fiat 500 for a long time and finally on Friday went to look at them. I was happy with the wide selection. Ryan Sedillo was my salesman and he knew a lot about the vehicles and helped me find the perfect match. I drove my vehicle home the next day.They had some great financing options and I ended up with the payment I was hoping for. I was also impresed with how quickly my paperwork was done. FIAT of Albuquerque has a good sales staff they are knowledgeable, friendly, and low pressure. The service facility is sub-par, I felt like I was in a tire store that was almost out of business it was dirty with exposed outlets nasty restrooms etc.. PLEASE renovate! The service staff on the other hand was excellent! The service staff was friendly, punctual, and respectful.

Love our new POP 500 cabrio! Attentive and accommodating Sales staff made our purchase experience pleasant to complete. 4-3/4 stars! Only reason not to give the POP a 5-star is the tiny opening for loading items into the trunk, but we discovered that the open cabrio top and reclining passenger seat gave us an alternative for carrying a rather large box home. Cant wait to take our new car on many fun journeys.

My Suzuki GV Splash/gravel guard came loose on hwy and ripped out most of it by hand. Paid for new splash guard, and they reluctantly agreed to install it for free. Few months later, jacked up my car for oil change to find that there is no splash guard and still old ripped parts screwed in. Unbelievable.

This is the second Fiat we bought from Fiat of Albuquerque. 1st was 500c bought October 2011 and just the other day a 2015 Abarth. Keeping both! Wow! What can I say. I really, really, really do not like walking onto a car lot wanting to buy a car. However, my husband was wanting to look at the Fiats as we were driving by last Saturday morning. We had no intention of buying a car...just being nosy. Well, to say the least we were so impressed that we bought TWO. The customer service and relaxed atmosphere was so welcoming. Everyone was extremely friendly, polite and professional. Our salesmen, manager, car detailer, and receptionist were all very accommodating and really friendly. I was shocked and amazed as we drove away in our new cars. Went in to check out potential of a new vehicle last night. The sales guy was helpful and offered to show a few options. (So good so far). When we met with the sales manager it was apparent he could not be bothered to even look up from the computer screen. Only info the sales manager was able to provide was a MSRP print out and off you go. Of course the print out exceeds Alfas MSRP so right from the start we are talking two different languages. Sales guy suggested we check out another car from the AutoMax side, he even quoted a price before walking over. Quick walk around the other vehicle it had obvious damage and neglect. When the other staff was asked about the price in the open room a few different prices came back all higher than the last.All I can say is good luck selling vehicles if the upfront experience is that negative from the more senior staff.

I had a good experience for a while I bought my fiat 500 in 2013 brand new live my car and one issue with my wind on the drivers side was making a noise. So I took it when I went to get an oil change and ask if they could look at it and they told they would and they said they would call to see if I wanted them to fix it. Well they didnt call and ended up fixing it with out my permission. And when I ask why they didnt call oh they for got and I was told they can unfix and I would not be charge really oh then they said we will half off it still was not half off lol it was a joke. I called to talk the the main ppl left messages and no one called back now I debate on if I want to deal with any of them again. And I was stupid enough to go with a high interest where I pay 418.00 a month on my car tried to refinance my car but was told I owe more then what its worth really sad and hurt about all the issue with the company right now. I want an other fiat but dont know if I would have top around some where else.

My Car buying experience was nothing short of amazing. I wasnt swooped down on by sales people. Id been on the wedsite searching for vehicles and yes I was invited on line too stop by Ms. Vicki.. No hassel or crazy emails bothering me. I was approached by Sales Rep. Ron Youngren, Greeted me and wanted to meet me insteaad of a bunch of questions. Told him what car I had seen on line and he appoligized that the SUV had sold. But he said he had something perfect that they had just got in as a trade on a new car. I said Id look, he offered me water since I had my service dog with me at the time. He went got the keys to the vehicle. Stating that it had not been serviced yet it was a rare fine. Went to the back of the lot and to my amazement there it sat low miles, perfect condition and yes dirty. Did a no pressure walk thru on the car and all its feature. Didnt push to buy or make a decision, wanted me to see how amazing the car was. He was right, I took a test drive and only had to go around the block, the car was perfect. He got my car appraised and came back with a quote. Bought the car right there and then. I didnt jump through hoops he did and with every bit of professionalism that anyone would want. He made commitments to service, clean, and gas up the car. Came back the next day and the sales staff was waiting for me and ready. Marcus the detailer turned the car into a diamond and completed the servicing prompt and quick. Ron and the staff made me welcome and like I was a friend for years. My son-in-law had told me how great these people are but seeing is believing. Outstanding people that live up to their name, and that are proud of their work.Amasing Satisfied Customer!!!Ken R.

I converted from being a loyal Zangara/Larry H Miller Chrysler customer to Melloy mainly because I really wanted a new Fiat 500 and they were the only studio available. My father is a 30+ year Chrysler/dodge retiree and I am loyal to the brand but no longer to this dealership. My sales experience was wonderful, but I never would have bought this car had I known the service experience would be so horrible.I brought my 500 in for regular maintenance since purchase, and multiple times I had asked the service department (while the car was under warranty) to look into some issues that were annoyances, but given my busy work schedule were not annoying enough to try to bring in solely for that reason. These issues include problems with the clock, the radio, the USB plug in feature, and the vehicle starter. I was treated like your typical woman in an auto shop and was told while they had the car for an hour they were not able to replicate the issues I brought up (which I told them ahead of time were intermittent issues) and that there was absolutely nothing they could do for me. I even was willing to leave the vehicle there for several days for it to be explored and they told me they would not do that. When I brought up the starter issue the second time the person at the desk was completely rude, told me he could do nothing for me and was exasperated with me on the phone asking what I expected. I asked to speak with a manager and was not given one. I left a review that Melloy sent me and I never got even a phone call response about my issue.Come to find out that those exact issues that I was bringing up were KNOWN issues with my make and model year. Field service bulletins have been sent from fiat usa to all the fiat studios advising them of these issues and yet they continued to pretend like they had no idea what I was talking about. No three years later when my warranty runs out I find out that there are lemon law cases in multiple states for these very issues but I was treated like an idiot.Based on this experience I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. You may be completely happy with the vehicle itself but being stuck with this service department for the life of your warranty is just not worth it. I wish that I could be hopeful that leaving this poor review would result in a phone call or an offer of assistance from the Melloy family brand or from the studio, but I am extremely doubtful given my past experience
