If I could put zero stars I would. I called to order glass. A week later I called to order an additional piece of glass and was given a different price but it was mostly due to the fact that the first person I ordered from didnt take my order correctly. I agreed to price and was told it would take 4-6 weeks. I called to follow up after 4 weeks and they said they cant order without down payment which I would have gladly given had someone told me. To top it off they couldnt even find my order. Very unprofessional.

They fixed my screens broken corners while I waited, and didnt charge me a thing! Amazing!

Quick and fair. Recommended by an antiques shop owner, who has used this company for over 15 years, I drove over, walked in, gave the measurements I needed, picked the thickness of my glass and picked up the finished pieces within just a few hours. When able, the works are completed as quickly as possible. I experienced courteous service and am satisfied with the finished pieces. Since they also work with mirror, I will return to have more custom cut pieces.

Ive used Discount Glass for all my projects for the past 15 years. They always do good work and are less expensive than the other big companies in town.

The guys who installed the window did a fabulous job. I am not complaining about them at all as I am very pleased with their work! However, I felt a little cheated when it came time to pay. When I called for a quote, my coworker and I were hooked in by the original quote of $99 for the window. When I received the invoice AFTER all the work was done, I noticed a $200 upcharge for service charge & labor w/ a 6 ladder. The ladder was not even necessary for the job. No one informed me of this upcharge at any point and I was told at the time of payment that I would have to pay the service fees because my business had burglar bars on the windows. Again, no one made mention of this when the guys came out to measure 4 days before. Long story short, I was able to debate with them to lower the service charges because the original quote was in their notes, but I was still made to pay an extra fee, albeit lower than the original $200 fee, that I was never told about throughout the whole process. Not very pleased with that side of the service.

Keep trying to find a reason to give a 4 star review as no one is ever perfect. However, I had no complaints. We had our doors to our office smashed when we arrived at work. They were at the office within about 10 minutes of the initial call and had our windows replaced within a couple of hours. I would say thats outstanding service.

Had a piece of glass that I knicked taking it off the wall and called these guys due to close proximity to my home. Took care of me right away and did a great job. Highly recommend. Super fast, courteous and awesome customer service. These guys Rock!!

I used to use discount glass and they were pretty reliable. But recently I had a bid for installation and when I said OK the person never showed up I called again four times and he said that he would be there and he never showed up called the office and complained about the service. The mans name was tom and I talked with him the fifth time same results no show. Finally got tired and called Westside glass and they were quick to solve my glass needs. You lost a customer discount.

Needed them to replace a broken window and fabricate 2 replacement screens. Window replacement went fine. 3 weeks later and I still dont have my screens.

DO NOT HIRE !! I paid the bill in full, but work order of my rental was never completed. 3 no-shows = no cancellations to complete the job, phone calls from Ron in scheduling never returned, refund never issued. Should have read the terrible reviews first and avoided this terrible mistake.

Never completed the job, ignored my calls and charged my credit card $70.00 more that I was quoted.Worst company ever!!! Beware of this scam artist!!!!!

Read the reviews before you call. Im not the only person who has experienced their poorly unorganized customer service. Hope they improve their business practice, because this was an awful experience.

They take a long time to install their products and their manager is hard to deal with when he hangs up the phone on your accountant, but they do good work.

They charge your credit card, keep your money, do not finish the job! Beware!

No showed and No call 3 appointments in a row. Enough said.
