So we bought a spa through them based on a neighbors recommendation. Chris Osburn was awesome from the sales team, but then it went south. We order the spa on Nov 7th, and was told it would take 16 weeks due to the Covid impacts. Starting in Jan, I called the scheduling department to get an update with no response. I left multiple voicemails on Dianes phone and went in there on two different occasions and left my name. I was told that Diane would get back to me and they even added Tom to the email. Tom is the manager. So fast forward into February and I was so sick of leaving voicemails that I called Chris from sales back, in which he told me that they are no longer making my spa. We were pretty upset, but Chris handled the situation like a pro, but it took me calling Chris to get the news over a month later in which I have left multiple emails with Diane. I went in the third week of Feb to fill out the new paperwork and was told that Tom or Diane would get back to me, and it took until 5 business days to make that happen, and Tom told me they did nothing wrong.......hmmmm. So my military veterans, beware on future support going forward. My wife works at the VA hospital and I work on based and will be telling this story for a while. Oh, I almost forgot, Tom told me that Diane keeps a detailed phone log and I have ask to see it. Time starts now, 19 FEB.
We had an awesome experience here yesterday with Rockey! He was so knowledgeable and very helpful. He really took lot time to explain the difference between the spas and made sure we got the one that best fit our needs. It’s a big purchase so feeling confident in what he helped us select made the experience really fun and easy. Highly recommend!
Its okay if you buy anything from them but if your just starting out new Ie have a pool or hot tub you dont know who put it in they wont help you.
These guys were amazing. Gabriel found the perfect Jacuzzi for us (J355). Absolutely amazing! Then Tom was very easy to work with. We had a problem having our cement work finished so Tom was very patient with us and held the spa an extra week for us. When we met Clinton and Jerid the installers we were completely satisfied with our entire experience. I highly recommend Gabe and the entire delivery crew. We have now had our tub for two years and we are just as happy today and just as excited to use our hot tub as we were the day they delivered it.
Joseph Cantu was amazing with my purchase of the Jacuzzi J 215 hot tube. He went over every detail and answered all my questions to the tee. I consider Joseph to be a valuable asset to your company. Thank you so much
This company is horrible. We called to have them move our hot tub. They came and charged us 200.00. They had their guys come down and move the hot tub. Once we paid for the move and the chemicals which totaled over 300.00 our hot tub sprung a leak. They had the specialist come out and he asked us if they used a dolly to move the tub. We stated, yes. He said they should of never because with the hot tub we had it could cause damages. He said he would contact the owner. The owner gave excuses and was extremely rude with us about fixing it. He finally sent a crew to check the hot tub and they stated there were several leaks and it wasnt because of the move. They refused to fix. I will state. Our hot tub never had a leak. They stated they would encourage us to buy a new one from them. Never, ever deal with this company, not only are they horrible concerning customer service but they never guarantee their products or services.

Do yourself a favor... DONT fall for the 25 years and still working pitch. With all the prep work for electricity and a concrete base, my 8 person top of the line Jacuzzi cost me more than $20k. It worked for a little bit, but things starting breaking to include the mother board, remote, and lights. I had to argue with someone in repair threatening legal action because they are not responsible for a crane to lift up the Jacuzzi for my under warranty light repairs. Such bs... When they came out, they used 4 guys to lift and set the empty tub on its side. It was sitting on its side for weeks before the center LED light came in. Then after the install, half of the Jacuzzi did not operate. The mother board was not working and finally just shut itself down. :-(Ive had the Jacuzzi for nearly 2 years, and have used it about 10 times. I wanted to use it more for medical reasons, but its been out of commission.Greg the repair guy is AWESOME. If this Jacuzzi dealer ever loses this guy as an employee, they will probably go under.Do yourself a favor. Go next door to Costco and save about 75% of what I paid and get yourself their top model. After 5 years when you are tired of it, just give it away or garage sale it.
Oh my goodness, I specifically bought my hot tub from this company because I thought that the warranty on it was worth the extra money I spent on my hot tub, but I was wrong. I have had trouble with my hot tub from day 1. It came with a faulty circuit board that they cant seem to fix, even replacing it doesnt work. That in and of itself is bad enough but the customer service is terrible. They never return my phone calls, when they order parts it takes at least 1 month to get the parts in. Whats the point of having a great warranty if they cant fix the tub or cant get the right parts. Im so disgusted.

There was absolutely no pressure. He merely pointed out all the features, colors, and options that were available to me. The Cal Spa product line speaks for itself. Since I got 25 years out of the first one, I cant wait to see how well my new spa works!
Amazing experience. Went into the showroom with zero knowledge other than the fact that I wanted a hot tub and the salesman was helpful and informative, understanding my budget constraints along the way (which was most important to me, I didnt want to be up-sold to a tub I couldnt afford). I recommend going into the showroom if youre interested, you wont be disappointed.

This was the best experience I have ever had spending over 10k. Gabe was so easy to work with. Very knolageable, and he even listened to what our family needs are. The entire staff was so kind, bringing us waters, and even offering us hotdogs for lunch. They were demonstrating a BBQ grill that day. I highly recommend Gabe and the Dream Style staff for all your hot tub needs
Bought my spa from them years ago and needed it moved to a new home. Difficult to get done over the phone but once I went in to schedule they had it moved from ABQ to RR two days later for a good price.

The sales team at Cal Spas was really good - amazing, actually - they definitely earned our trust as we went in several times with lots of questions, etc. Very patient, we had a great sales experience. HOWEVER: As others have posted in reviews, we got a FAULTY CIRCUIT BOARD, lights that did not work properly, the temperature does not regulate correctly, an issue with the filter housing, sound started coming out of the recirculating pump, etc. etc -- I honestly think THE SPA IS SUBPAR QUALITY, all the way around. To top it all off, the SERVICE DEPARTMENT you have to work with is AWFUL! We are now SIX MONTHS in (it was delivered in August), and I am still getting NO RESPONSE from the service team. I talk to them every couple of weeks, after leaving numerous messages, etc., and they always have an excuse -- this time it is that the circuit board is now back-ordered. FOR SIX MONTHS??? REALLY??? MY ADVICE: DO NOT BUY A HOT TUB FROM THIS PLACE - YOU WILL BE SORRY WHEN YOU HAVE ANYTHING GO WRONG WITH YOUR HOT TUB!!!

Please stay away from this place. The have horrible customer service. Nobody ever knows whats going on. They have been working on fixing the hot tub that I bought from them, not even a year old since Jan 17th. 2017. It is March 2 2017 and its still not fixed. I have argued with these people every week since. They send incompetent people to work on their customers hot tubs. Everything they have been here they tell me they need a new part. Im sick and tired of this place. Looks can be deceiving. This place might look tip top but their service is horrible.
Wish they were more knowledgeable about their products.... I think I know more about hot tubs than their two salesmen did.
This is the second tub I have bought from these guys. I had recently sold my house an down sized with my wife. We really loved our older CalSpas Hot Tub, but the tub was sold with the house. My wife and I took the opportunity to shop other brands knowing the quality of CalSpas, but we had to see what was out there. Every store we went to had more thing to say about CalSpas than they had to say about there own product. After talking to some Sour Faced guy in a hot tub store on Eubank, and after finding all the other hot tub stores had the same owner we decided to see what was new with CalSpas. Wouldnt you know it, We bought a Jacuzzi! This was the best decision I had ever made. Thank you Chris, Tom, and delivery crew. We have had the tub 3 months now and we couldnt be any more happy. We have had over ten years of experience with this company. If we ever had a warranty issue the service staff was excellent. If we had a problem with getting our water clear, the guys in the store were super helpful. I have referred 4 friends over the years, and will continue to do so. Thank you DreamStyle. You have once again surpassed my families expectations.
Took multiple visits only to tell me the problem was fixed, and it was not. On top of that, when I tried to get them to come back to fix the problem again, they missed multiple appointments and eventually stopped returning my calls. The repair guy was extremely nice, but the company turned out to be of poor quality all around.
DO NOT SHOP HERE . A tech cam out to my house on Tuesday may 29 at 3:00 pm when I had a problem with the heat not working in my jacuzzi everything else worked after he was done working on it nothing would work at all Greg told me he was going on vacation that day was his last day before and told me to dran the tub and take the hole box out of the tub and he would replace it for about $100 wen Greg returned on the following Monday from vacation no call no answer 3 times a day till now June 13 WOW that’s some customer service. In the morning of June I finally got to talk to a manager he told me he would call me back, after call back 4 times I finally got a manager at 5:15 pm he rudely told me he could do nothing for me and a new bord would be $1200 dollars and when I came back at him with the same attitude he threatened to discount The call and after we both Caught Our composure the conversation went on to no resolve DO NOT SHOP HERE absolutely no ownership of the Destructionof my Jacuzzi.

These spas are junk, do yourself a favor dont buy a calspa, I bought a swim spa and have had nothing but problems with it, I got a lemon, wishing I never bought this.
