My husband and I use Alameda storage and we are very very pleased. We have a locker there and we store our RV there. I personally love the fact that it is double-gated, the manager is there all the time and when we were working on our RV for a few hours they came by to make sure it was us. My husband is a wildland firefighter and the RV must be stored many months of the year, I cannot tell you how pleased we are with the service and protection of our belongings.When I first went to check it out, he met me in the office and make sure I was who I said I was before he open the gate to show me my options. I was warmly received, the manager gave me a tour and options on his golf cart, and when it was time to go into the office to sign the papers, everything that he promised was exact on the paperwork. Weve been back a few times to make sure everything is okay, and everything is perfect. I have not had this great experience ever before when dealing with storage units, so therefore, we give him and this company the highest rating we can! I totally recommend this business. Safe, secure, professional, we will use them from now on.

Under new management. Seems better than before. Since this property has been taken over by new management they have upgraded so many things and have wonderful managers on site. Yvonne and Michael are amazing and super helpful. The property is always clean now and kept up very well. I would recommend this storage to anyone who asks. Plan on being here for a long time.

Management here is a work of art. They have been harassing me over the past several weeks, even though I have told them they have the wrong number. They have sent me threatening texts when they knew it was the wrong number. I do not have a storage unit here, Yvonne. So stop with the texts and phone calls. I cant imagine how Yvonne and Michael treat their own customers, if they are behaving like this with some they have no business with.

Carlos is one that really cares about the property and the security of my and everyones property there. I feel I dont have to worry about it. I had my boat there years before Carlos tookover and my BBQ was stolen right off the deck with the manager at the time who reallydidnt give a hoot.

The current management at this storage facility is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! I have been storing my RV and personal belongings in different storage facilities throughout New Mexico. This is BY FAR the worst storage business I have ever dealt with. Its too bad that such management represents this place of business so poorly.

I will support them whenever I can get a chance.
