From the first phone call I was very satisfied. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and informed. I always appreciate being offered an explanation with payment options. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jess and got a detailed information confirming my reservation and process moving forward. When being shown my space, Jess gave me a ride on the the CubeSmart Chariot (golf cart 😄) and he was very informative about my neighbors (other renters). The place was clean and when showing me my personal unit, Jess whipped out his magic wand and potion (broom and insect spray) to wipe away the few cobwebs and prevent any unwanted friends. This was all the day before I planned to move my things in! Along with all of that, the place was spiffy, free of debris, and had just been rejuvenated with a new paint job! 5 🌟s and Highly recommended! Thanks, Jess!

This place has been great! Good management, clean units, and you can easily fit a 15 foot Uhaul into the facility no problem.

On my way from Arkansas to home in Arizona, pulling an open trailer with two motorcycles on it, my transmission failed as I approached Albuquerque. I limped into the city early Saturday morning. Transmission shops were mostly only open 0800-1200, so I had limited time. My repairs will take until Wednesday, at least, so I had to have a place to safely store $40,000 worth of motorcycles and equipment, and it had to be quick.That’s where CubeSmart, and the local manager, Jess Parker, and employee, Corey, come in. Jess understood my stress levels, and went way out of his way to help me secure a storage unit that I could store my valuables in, even switching units mid-stream when maneuvering room challenges made it difficult to get into the first one chosen.I experienced really first-class customer service from Jess and Corey and will seek out CubeSmart when I have storage needs in the future.

This place was great! I got a really good deal on first month free storage. And the manager was super sweet in explaining everything to me. I feel like my stuff will be safe here, they have security cameras and even a coded security gate. And its drive up too, so very convenient for loading and drop-off. I feel like I got everything I could ask for in my storage unit here!

This was a very clean, secured storage that I felt comfortable in leaving my belongings and furniture. Controlled climate and secure in the building premises. The manager, Nicky, was very friendly and professional. Went out of her way to make me feel that this is the place for me. I booked a reservation on line one month before my move and she kept in touch with me to make sure things ran smoothly for me. I will certainly use this place in the future when the need arises.

Was given a tour of the facility, shown the different size units and given the very best price for what i needed. The paperwork was easy and the guy at the desk (Jess) was so professional and nice. He showed us all the security features and made us feel safe about keeping our stuff there.

Over all it is a good place to store the items that you dont have room for and this place is accessible from 6am till 10pm they have a coded gate access and various sizes of units that are reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and helpful and they even were nice enough to throw in the first lock when I rented the unit.they were willing to work with me when I had a time that I was late and I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a storage .

Very efficient staff and friendly customer service. I had used CubeSmart in the past and enjoyed their service and facility. The only reason I would not give it a 5 star rating is the location. It is not in a nice part of town.

My husband and I purchased a unit that was up for auction and the manager was nice, but when he opened up our unit and we were looking we noticed someone had been in there between the pictures that were online and how it looked when we got there it had been gone through. There was a few things missing and stuff was not in the same place as it was prior to buying .. we will more than likely never come back to this place .

If I could give Jess Parker and his staff 10 stars I would do it. Im a long time customer of Cube Smart with Jess Parker. Through the years Ive had my share of ups and downs as most people. Im not sure I would have made it through a few of those tough times had it not been for Jess and his staff. It truly is the first time that anyone has gone above and beyond what is expected to insure that at least this part of my life was running smooth. There is one other facility closer than this one but I wouldnt trade my experiences with Jess and his staff for anything. If you are looking for a storage facility, I cannot say enough about putting your belongings in this location.

The last year has been very rough for me and my family. Its gotten better but it was very hectic for a minute there. I literally want to thank the manager from the central location for his awesome customer service as well as his beautiful heart. I literally dont know where Id be if it wasnt for his being such an understanding person. You dont find too many people know a days that have a good heart and soul but luckily I rented a storage at the right place. I could only imagine the many stories they hear but thank god he gave me the chance and opportunity to keep my families belongings. The world would be such a better place if there were more people like Jess around. Very professional, awesome customer service, understanding, caring, compassionate, and bottom line about the best storage facility managed by the perfect person.

I was helped by a man named Jess I believe. Very nice friendly and helpful. Everything was cool there. I just have one complaint and it is against the storage industry in general. I hate the fact that all storage facilities including CubeSmart make it mandatory to buy insurance which I think is a complete scam. I think it was $11 a month for up to $2000 of damages(assuming that you can prove the value of your damages) which I think is a complete joke. God forbid if something happened to my stuff in storage, $2000 would not even come close to compensating me for my loss. CubeSmarts saving grace was that they were reasonably priced and their security was very good.

I arrived after a 3700 mile drive from Alaska with all my household goods. Jess was awesome and really made us feel welcome. Though the place is in a war zone here in south east Albuquerque the facility was clean and very secure. I really do not have any fears about this location even though the surrounding area is questionable. I would recommend this location to anyone that wanted to store something in SE Albuquerque - though I suspect they are pretty full right now with the excellent customer service that we got.
