Absolute lunacy. We had a confirmed reservation for a one-way truck rental, a reservation that we made over a week in advance. Get there at 8:30am to pick up the truck, they confirm that they see our reservation but that there are no trucks available. We call management, who tells us that they allowed the last people who had the truck to continue to rent it for an additional week. We were moving over 11 hours away to another state and these people 100% screwed us over. No other moving company had any trucks available and our lease was up. We called maybe 6+ times speaking to management and asked for a solution since they left us totally stranded. They found us a truck in Aztec, NM, (3 hours away) and then refused to get it for us, saying that we had to do it ourselves. When we asked for a discount for the extra day wed be wasting just to get the truck and the extra gas, they offered us a ridiculous 10% off, which wouldnt even cover the gas to get back to Albuquerque. We fought them on this and eventually got a sizable discount after threatening to call corporate management. Take our advice and make a reservation somewhere else, where it actually means something.

Have used for a few years. One way from over 10 states and a lot round trip locally. Never had an issue. Billing always correct. From someone who rents a truck a few times each month, I have no complaints. I have seen some of the bad reviews and you have to keep in mind most of these stories are from people without reservations. You cant expect them to have trucks just waiting for you whenever you show up.

Staff was friendly. Local deposit required but was returned when he turned the truck in. Great rates, clean vehicles and friendly staff.

Do not EVER, EVER use this place!!!!Worst company and worst excuse for customer service Ive experienced in my entire life!!!!We tried to reserve a truck TWICE in the same week, and BOTH times we were told on the phone that a triluck was reserved... but we drove 30 minutes to this location (both times) just to be told we dont have a truck for you and I dont know what to tell you.This is *absolutely ridiculous* and there is Zero excuse for this level of negligence.I will NEVER use this company for a rental truck EVER again! Theyve done NOTHING but give us the runaround and waste both our time and our money!!!
