The store manager is awesome! Helped me get settled as well as how to use the lock! I had never seen a lock like that before and had a ton of patience while they were teaching me to us it. The facility is super clean and you can tell the SM takes great pride in the property! Excited to be a tenant here

Everyone with Extra Space have been so professional and kind. I was very impressed with the security at this property, as well as how clean the office was. The gentleman inside was super informative and helpful with the few questions we had. Once we arrived to our unit it was sealed with the lock inside ready for us. The unit was also super clean. I would recommend extra space to anyone who may be needing a storage unit. Thanks for making an already crazy move just a little bit easier on us!

Quick, easy process to reserve online. The price was fair but a little higher than average. However, they had availability, the process was easy, and the facility seems very secure, clean and well lit.

I wouldnt store my things anywhere else. They are awesome here and they stay open late. Which comes in handy when you have to move stuff well after dark. Its always clean and the people are always friendly. Especially Monica! Shes the best thank you for all u have done to help me and my family.

Horrible place to rent from. Late fees of $20 for a smelly dirty mouse filled units. They up your rent randomly without notice there insurance fee is ridiculous. We should of went somewhere else!

They will stand my there word for first month free and will fix it if not, However the workers are extremely pro-active and helpful, five stars for the people and location

I rent four storage lockers at the Extra Space Storage facility located at 11820 Lomas Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87112. The Store Manager is Naomi Montoya. My interactions with Ms. Montoya are always wonderful. Her performance is outstanding. She is professional and courteous; efficient and trustworthy.

Terry was fantastic and worked with me on the money I needed upfront and couldnt have been easier to work with.

I haven’t had any problems with them so far. Naomi the manager has been absolutely wonderful and super sweet with making sure I was taken care of. Perfect customer service! I had to recently change sizes of my unit to a smaller one and she had it done the same day as quick as possible. Thank you Naomi!!
