Ive moved more times than I care to think about and this operation was by far the best! The team leader assigned to my U-Haul truck unload called to let me know they were running behind. He then called the main office and another team was promptly assigned, who arrived within an hour. Eric and his team are like a well-oiled machine! All three were professional, personable, efficient and didnt stop until the job was complete. (and didnt complain about the amount of stuff I have as other movers have...) They made the end of a long drive from the East Coast a very pleasant experience. THANK YOU!!

I had Bobby, Derrick, and Josh help me this past Monday and they were so great to work with. They were respectful, speedy, and extremely careful with moving everything. Easiest move ever. Figured out what we needed using their online tool. The movers arrived early, after calling to make sure that was ok. The two men were professional, courteous, helpful and extremely efficient, finishing an hour earlier than planned. I highly recommend them.

Two Men And A Truck - Albuquerque NM514 Carmony Ln NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107We hired the company to pack and load a trailer. On our meetings with the estimator Frederic Mckay, we made it clear that items need to be packed and secured in the truck as it will be on a long route from NM  to WA. He confirmed that his team has the experience to perform the work.When it arrived in WA, there were damages to the items and it was evident that the items were not packed properly and loaded securely which contributed to the damage of the items.I attached photos for your reference.I contacted the company to file a complaint. However, the franchise owner Dylan Southward denied our claim due to ROL.  The main issue here is negligence on 2 Men and A Truck part. TheyThey did not provide a satisfactory job and the quality of the job performed by is unacceptable.  Its clear that your the team is negligent and did not put proper care in packing and loading the items which increased the risk of damage to the items. It appears that everyone in company is hiding their poor work quality and inexperience behind the ROL.

All aspects of the move went very smoothly. The movers did a great job, and they were very polite and hardworking. The office was very responsive and answered all of our questions. All in all, we were very impressed with the Albuquerque employees of Two Men and a Truck.

Its a rare day when you know that this is a company you would never hire. In the near future, I will need a mover and based on the behavior I witnessed at my storage unit, this company would never be hired by me. One of the employees, Leo, was about as rude and obnoxious as anyone Ive encountered. Without getting into too much gruesome detail, lets just say that a comment about the truck being parked in such a way that 3 separate doors leading to multiple units were mostly blocked, led to several comments which revealed that character does not count at this establishment. The good news - one less mover to interview.

I had the opportunity to deal with Joshua at Two Men & A Truck. He was very responsive. He took care of my needs from the get go. He was very professional and polite and very nice and courteous. I decided after that that it was just out of my budget. I then sought after Midnight Movers who were the absolute worst. They were apparently dealing with a stolen truck issue and they were responsive and then unresponsive. They did everything over Thumbtack and then via text and then finally when I had enough an wanted a call, I had to leave a few voice mails just to get a call back. After my umpteen calls someone finally responded to me over the phone and then after that it was the same ole song and dance BS. Cheaper is exactly the quality that you try to pay for. Cheaper is not better. I then contacted Joshua again and throughout it all were the more impressive movers Ive had to deal with. After moving out of my prior residence after 14 years, I needed someone who wanted my business and who wanted to put my needs first. I needed the best and I got the best. Jovan and Raymond were so quick when they moved me. They went through everything with a fine toothed comb with me before, during and after the move. I was 120% satisfied with Two Men & a Truck and would recommend them to anyone. If I ever have to move again-theyre first and the only movers on my list. Thank you so much everyone at Two Men & a Truck for making my experience so positive and not painstakingly awful.

Malcom and Joshua were great- attentive, considerate, professional, hand-working, fast, and careful. They went beyond usual service and exceeded my expectations. I did not have a good experience the last move which was the second time I used I’m the company (the first time we used the company was good) but this third time 2 Men and a Truck had redeemed itself through these two bright gentlemen. These guys were great. They called when they were on their way. Arrived on time and we did a walk through of everything. They wrapped all furniture that needed to be wrapped and were careful with everything. Everything was moved from my old place to new and the moved everything in that we requested. I would definitely recommend this company if you need in town movers.

Quote was more accurate as to how much space wed need to fit our stuff in compared to quotes from other moving companies we got. The team who packed and loaded the trailer we ordered were quick, professional, and kind. They were polite, kind, and understanding of our inquisitive 2 year-old, which is always a big plus. Update: 10/26/2021 After negotiating over a week and a half, Nicholas and I agreed that my total cost on services provided will be $1000 even. (still more than my 1st move cost)That would mean a return credit of $564.30. As of this morning, I received a credit of $464.30, $100 short of the agreed upon amount. I guess they are still forgetting about my $100 deposit to retain services. I have asked for the remaining $100 to be credited. Getting a refund shouldnt be this hard or take this long. Payment in full was received within 24 hours. Refunds should be done just as quickly.Right now, Im not happy. This was the 2nd time I used them. The 1st time I had a two bedroom casita worth of stuff and it didnt take too long ( about 5 hours) and came in ($950) several hundreds under the quote ($1300).This time they used the inventory from my last move to estimate this move. However, I had downsized quite a bit in a one bedroom apartment, and had already moved all important items myself, so it should have cost less than the first time.The two men they sent me spend an excessive amount of time arguing with each other about who was the driver, who was the mover, who has seniority over who, who needed to fetch supplies, and on and on. It was non-stop fighting. At one point I offered to go get a packing blanket myself after they had already spent more time arguing over it than it would have taken to go get it. It was simply exhausting. Also, they took about six hours to pack up an already partially packed one bedroom apartment. The 1st move, the move was already done in that amount of time. I actually had to step in and do my own packing for it to get done in any reasonable amount of time. I packed more boxes myself than the 2 of them combined. Im disabled and specifically hired them to pack me up. Having to be on my feet packing for hours left me in incredible amounts if pain. There were plenty of issues regarding that day that I expressed my displeasure with the $1500 bill. I felt this was excessive. Not only was it $200 over the estimate, it was $500 more than the 1st move when I had much more stuff and moved a much farther distance.I spent a week calling and leaving messages. Having someone call me back was never going to happen. Im still working with them on a resolution, but Im asking for a partial refund if no less than $500. I really hope they do the right thing.

Had a complete mess that needed to get packed up and moved to storage on the other side of town. Crew showed up on time with additional help and they got through packing up everything into boxes without any trouble whatsoever. They then took the boxes over to my storage unit. The entire process took a surprisingly low amount of time and the stress relief of having it get done so quickly was a welcome sensation. The professionalism is top notch. We recently moved to Albuquerque from St George UT. We made the mistake of selecting Big Ben Movers from St George to move our household goods into storage here. That mistake cost us dearly in loss of antiques, furniture, and general disregard for our property. We hired a crew from Two Men and a Truck the Albuquerque office to help us try to straighten out the storage area and locate some needed items. TWO MEN AND A TRUCK BECAME OUR HEROS!!! The first crew of two were miracle workers. We made sure that when we purchased our home to schedule Two Men. They made it easy when we had to change our move in date. Again, the crew they sent were just as competent, efficient, friendly as the first. If anything, they made me elevate the entire organization to SUPERHERO STATUS.Learn from our mistake and loss - ONLY HIRE TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.

I am a control enthusiast. And, unfortunately, my move details changed twice after I had decided to use Two Men. It did not matter. My office rep was amazing and responsive. He replied to my Im nervous e-mail well after hours just to reassure me my team was ready to go the next morning.The team (Dimas, Matt, and Antonio) was excellent. They arrived on time (a little early), kept in contact, and were extremely courteous and professional. Even though they are the pros, they did let me direct how items were placed into my storage unit so that I could easily access what I expected to need first. Everything was shrink wrapped for moving. Time was a factor so I opted out of furniture pads. Not a problem the furniture was still moved carefully and the shrink wrap provided the level of protection I needed (it was pretty well used furniture).The job was finished on time (also a bit early). The quote was reasonable and I consider this money well spent. Possibly some of the best money Ive ever spent. I wasnt completely wiped out from the move, nor was I annoyed (due to lateness, incompetence, unprofessionalism) at the end of the day.Short version: HIGHEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION

I used Two Men and a Truck for my entire company move this past week. The four guys and two trucks were amazing. They did not break anything and were courteous, efficient, and stayed until the job was done. It made the move so much easier for me as a business owner. Im not one to leave a review but when felt cheated...that is a different story. First off, Im an Army officer currently serving who has done multiple PCS moves both CONUS and OCONUS. I had two separate moves bought independently (non-PCS) within the same city. First was from my old house to a storage facility and second was the storage facility to my new house. I purchased all my shipping items at the time from the company as part of the first move. I dont have much negativity to say for the movers as people but as workers, they did not fulfill their companies service statements. Not all the boxes were labeled, Items that go together, ie: screws / remote controls / components - like the power source for my electric powered recliners were not put in the same box as part of the larger component. I had to go and repurchase some of those items since there was no accountability of where they disappeared. It was two different crews on both moves and once I asked for some clarification of where the items could have gone, of course they blame the initial crew. They also kept referring to their moving policy which no one could show me a location that I could verify (just online)...but on the move out, they can disconnect and dissemble items like bunk beds and water/dryer. However, the wont reassemble some of those furnishings which once again, Ive had many other moving companies do in the past like the bunk bed.Fast forward to my real complaint. During the time my HHG (household goods) were in storage, I had friends give me moving pads they bought from their moves in order to ensure a safer secondary move as they no longer needed or wanted them. Upon completion of my second move, the team lead ensured that any pads returned would be inspected and cleaned and refunded for half of the cost of the initial price which was $20 for new ones. They would buy back for $10. I initially bought 8 moving pads and with the additional 8 from friends they documented 16 pads returned with my intent of $160 being refunded. I got a text from their customer service Nicholas Z., that I would get a refund of $80 and that any additional pads they received...was their property and appreciated me returning them. I told him those additional pads were my property and I wanted the additional 8 returned and essentially what he / their company is committing is theft. No response or refund has occurred since.For all you service members or homeowners, if you have a choice I would choose otherwise as I have had far better experiences with many more companies. Watch out if something could appear to be their property, they may claim your dolly or ladder.

The truck showed up on time stated, and the moving team where very professional, curious and conscious of the need for care and protection of my belongings. At seventy years old, I pride myself on taking care of my belonging, and this company has that same professional attitude.

They stood around talking to one another while on my watch. They even had their friends show up and talked with them who brought them food. When I asked them about it they thought it was ok to charge me for it. After speaking with the company they agreed it was not ok and they should have been prepared. At first they overcharged me for half an hour then the company refund me. It took them 5 hours to move a two bedroom apartment. The first time I used them it didn’t take near as long. This time I got charged almost $1,000. I know people who have moved a whole house with antique furniture who didn’t pay this much. This isn’t the first time I’ve heard of them ripping off someone. Never would I use them again.

Very nice and understanding people, went above and beyond and charged hs less than the quoted price! On top of that they were very fast and time oriented, making every second worth it.I needed to move some heavy equipment with little notice and they were happy to come the next morning which amazed me!We will definitely be using them again when the time comes.

We used Two Men and a Truck to disassemble furniture and load a 16 Pod for our out-of-state move. The quote we received was on point and took pretty much the exact amount of time that was estimated by the office staff. The two gentlemen that did the work arrived on time and were very professional and responsive to our questions and concerns. Their Tetris skills were AMAZING and I cried when they were able to fit much more in the Pod than I thought they would be able to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! WELL WORTH THE MONEY!

We asked for an extra man and the three men moved our whole office in under 3 hours! They took good care of our (very heavy) furniture. They were all friendly and clearly enjoyed working together. They both must have played a lot of tetris as young boys because the rental company (Penske) gave us the wrong truck and Justin and Joseph still managed to put an extraordinary amount of cargo into the limited space.They were clean, professional, hard working and everything arrived with no loss or damage.

First of all, the actual movers I interacted with were wonderful on both ends of our move. However, we stored our items with them and this part of the experience was terrible. When we had our things delivered, our couch and a large mirror were missing and the truck also came loaded with with someone elses items. We then learned that the warehouse employees were mixing other peoples items into our storage unit. They quickly located the couch and agreed to deliver it at no additional charge. But when I called to ask about the mirror, the associate literally told me If its not here its no our responsibility. Only after I told him it definitely was his problem did he reluctantly agree to send an email about it to the customer service team and theyd reach out maybe tomorrow, but maybe longer. Again, the guys who do the moving are fantastic. What did arrive was in good condition. But whoever is running the storage side of things needs to get fired.

I was amazed how I called three days before to arrange this with no problem.Joshua and Justin were wonderful. They unpacked a full 16 foot truck that I rented in a couple of hours. These guys did an incredible job. Any valuable furniture pieces you have will be wrapped with a blanket and then shrink wrapped to protect the piece. They also moved my 65 flatscreen unboxed. They wrapped it, secured it on the truck, set it up at the new house in perfect condition. The service exceeded all expectations and the cost was way lower than I was anticipating. Cannot recommend enough!

These guys did an excellent job on 11/28/20. I called the day before and they were able to accommodate my needs. Although the quote, I felt was pretty high, it ended up being half the quote. What really made me astonished was how quickly they worked and how the put all items into my rented uhaul like a puzzle. Isaac and his team went the extra mile for this job and I am truly appreciative. They were very careful with my husband’s important items and wrapped them up perfectly. When we unloaded everything, it all looked great. We had used another company to unload when we moved to Albuquerque, but they seemed to want to take their time and charged us 3 hours to unload a 15’ truck. These guys loaded, which included wrapping our valuables, in less than 2. There were the same amount of guys on the job. Will be using them again in the future.

They suck worst experience ever. Period.

This started out as a good experience, but ultimately spiraled into a total disaster. I share in hopes of eliminating some stress for other future customers.We had used the company previously for small local move needs. This time we used the company for a move from ABQ to Utah Valley. After a thorough one hour inventory phone call discussing our needs and carefully itemizing the contents of our large home, we were promptly sent an estimate.The estimate showed us likely using 77% of a 26’ truck. Because we were above the 75% mark, their system bumps you up to 2 trucks. The quote was for $13k. After discussing our stuff with the rep, he suggested we just do one truck - IF I was comfortable signing a waiver that stated that I had opted for just one truck, with the understanding that there was a risk of a few items not fitting. I told him that was ok. We were planning to sell a few furniture items and purge as we packed anyway.Moving day arrived. They showed up and started tagging items. After loading the truck about 60% full with boxes, they realized that not everything was going to fit. Not even close. They figured we needed at least one more truck. My wife was furious. How could such a detailed inventory be off by so much?? Especially since we’d ended up selling and purging more of our stuff than anticipated: a large sectional, three desks, a kitchen table and six chairs, and outdoor dining set, an entire bedroom set, etc. We were closing on the sale of our home that afternoon and had to be out by midnight. We called their supervisors, trying to get a second truck. They said they’d look into the availability and get back to us. We never heard back. At noon, the first truck left for Utah, with still no remedy for a full house of furniture needing to be moved. After half a dozen phone calls and several messages, we headed to closing. Finally, at 4:50pm, we got ahold of someone who told us that there was a truck available earlier, but it had since been reserved. There wouldn’t be one available until TUESDAY. This all happened on a Thursday.To make a very long story a bit shorter - we ended up having to rent two 15’ U-haul trucks and driving them ourselves to Utah. We packed them to the brim. They STILL didn’t fit all of our stuff.To cap this all off, when we got to Utah, they tried to force us to unload a day early, threatening us with an additional $1500 fee if we didn’t. We weren’t even there yet (because we had to cancel our flights and drive the U-haul trucks)! We reminded them that it was supposed to be a four day rental contract and that they weren’t even 36 hrs into it. They finally relented.When they arrived the next morning and started to unload, I finally saw the truck for the first time (I wasn’t personally there for the load-in). The truck was no where near full. Furniture hadn’t been strapped down. Belgian linen furniture from Restoration Hardware had been thrown in without so much as a blanket to cover it. I was appalled. We fit as much into each of the 15’ trucks as they did into the 26’. When we asked why it wasn’t more full - they tried to tell us it was because they were overweight. 🙄 Right. Because they got their scale out after loading 100 boxes and it realized they were almost to 26,000 lbs???Infuriating.If you go this route, make sure you don’t trust or believe what they tell you.My recommendation? Rent a U-haul or two, drive it yourself, and hire some local hands to load and unload it. It was 1/3 the price.

Worst moving company went on my property with no one home they lucky my dogs didnt bite them left furniture on the curb

Quoted me at a pretty expensive price online and have had multiple people tell me it’s just not worth it for the price.

I wanted express how appreciative I am of my recent moving experience. The guys were really helpful throughout the moving process. Both movers were very professional and offered exceptional advice throughout. They both took excellent care of all of my items. I did not observe any damage to my home or belongings. One challenge that I was really worried about was whether all my things were going to fit in the storage unit I rented. Brandon quickly took charge of the moving and organization of my storage unit. Again, I observed no damage to my belongings during the unload and packing of the storage unit. They were just as careful to make sure everything was carefully unloaded and stored safely. I should mention that they were both loading the storage unit when its was really hot around 90° that day. I was very impressed with their hard work ethic and attention to detail. I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again. I was especially impressed by Brandons management and professionalism during the move.Sincerest thank you to Two Men and a Truck.Matt

Two Men And A Truck - Albuquerque NM514 Carmony Ln NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107We hired the company to pack and load a trailer. On our meetings with the estimator Frederic Mckay, we made it clear that items need to be packed and secured in the truck as it will be on a long route from NM to WA. He confirmed that his team has the experience to perform the work.When it arrived in WA, there were damages to the items and it was evident that the items were not packed properly and loaded securely which contributed to the damage of the items.I contacted the company to file a complaint. However, the franchise owner Dylan Southward denied our claim due to ROL. The main issue here is negligence on 2 Men and A Truck part. They did not provide a satisfactory job and the quality of the job performed by is unacceptable. Its clear that your the team is negligent and did not put proper care in packing and loading the items which increased the risk of damage to the items. It appears that everyone in company is hiding their poor work quality and inexperience behind the ROL.

These guys took care of everything, very professional and careful with our items, hard working, they even save us some money with how effectively they worked, only took about 2 and half hours for the move.

I wont go into a long story but was quoted 4 to 5 hours around $700 dollars. I told them I had a large safe that needed to be moved and they couldnt load it so 2 other guys had to come to load it for them and ran into my the closing of my home being sold. I called to remind them the she had to go updated the following day and Orlando did no problem he will send 2 more guys. The next day only sent a third person and they still could not even get the safe started up the stairs which weighed only 3 to 4 hundred pounds. They said will have to schedule again. They called me later the afternoon to tell me they would need another 4 guys and would charge me almost another 500 dollars. I let them know they knew how big the safe was and had enough opportunity to get the right amount of people ND equipment. The woman that called then said they dont really move safes, my response was then they should have said that from the beginning and I could have got a capable moving company. I let her know I would rather pay someone else more money to love the safe and didnt want them returning. Its been a ridiculous experience. The movers were nice guys but the company isnt ready to be professional movers. Find someone else even if it costs more. The quote of 700 ended up over 1400 dollars for 7 hours of charged labor...... good luck with finding your movers

I was dreading this move. However, it was a delightful experience. This was due to the team of men who showed up. They were professional, conscientious, and very personable. It felt like a team of my friends had shown up to help me. What began as a stressed out morning became a relaxed and truly enjoyable experience.

We were blown away by the quickness and professionalism by the two men who helped us. We will be recommending them to everyone.

These guys are great. Sam and John moved our whole house from Albuquerque to Boulder Colorado this week. Very good packers and careful and considerate. Easy to communicate with and on time! Very satisfied. Will use Two Men on my next move for sure!

The last cancellation was at the very last minute and needed to schedule for the next day. They were very warm and accommodating to all my needs.Very professional. My wife & I purchased a refrigerator from another family in our city, but due to my age (65) I did not feel up to the chore of moving it from the sellers home to mine. Your guys were actually ahead of schedule, and already had the fridge loaded on their truck when I arrived. They had to remove the doors from the new fridge, as well as from my existing one so they could go through the side garage door, and when it was all finished, they re-attached the doors on both units for me. They were great! The whole process took just under two hours, and came in at $130 LESS than I was originally quoted. No regrets on any level!
