I have been with this supplier for years now. They were prompt, kind and courteous back when I first started with them and thats a standard theyve kept until this day. They helped me fit a mask, showed me how to operate my new CPAP and have made sure that all of my needed supplies have been delivered. When one of my new CPAP reservoir tanks formed cracks and lost pressure around the thermal plate, I contacted them and they told me I could come right in to get it replaced without waiting for it to be mailed. When I arrived, I was greeted by name and already had my replacement at the front desk waiting for me. They looked over the defective product and noted that the damage was unusual, an issue they would forward to ResMed. My obstructive sleep apnea affects my life considerably, enough that even 1-2 days without my CPAP starts to affect my productivity and quality of life. I cant imagine losing a week or more of good sleep waiting for any other solution to my problem. Im very grateful.
In 2019, my wife, Jeri, learned that she needed CPAP therapy. We were scheduled to leave town and needed a small, travel friendly CPAP unit. O2 Solutions came to our rescue! This is a family-owned business and the owners went out of their way to come in on a Saturday to get Jeri started with her new CPAP equipment. Their personal, caring manner turned a difficult situation into a positive experience. Again, in the Spring of 2020, O2 Solutions came to our rescue. And, for the past two weeks, they have been very responsive in helping us get answers to equipment questions. Today, again, on the spur of the moment, they made themselves available to assist Jeri with an equipment issue.Clearly, it was time to give them the much needed credit they were due. They have earned our business! It is so reassuring to have the support of a local company that truly stands by their customers. Thank you O2 Solutions!

Thank you to Megan and her team who were able to remotely fit me with a new bipap mask during this time of quarantine. The mask fit perfectly. I received it and my other supplies within two days of speaking to the O2 representatives and after trying out my new mask, I was very happy with the fit. Thank you to Megan and her team! Crooks, charge $300 a month for a $200 piece of equipment. Save time and money and just buy it online.
Their front office person is the most obnoxious idiot who thinks he knows it all but knows nothing.Bad customer service is a reason to avoid this business.

Assigned as CPAP supplier by Presbyterian Sleep Center. Called to place simple order (cushions, mask and filter). Rep was confused and slow to comprehend. Premier sent wrong items - water chamber, heated hose and other items I dont use. Called to report screwed up order. Spoke with Darren who identified himself as owner. He could have cared less that his team was clueless during phone order process and shipped wrong items. I was so offended by his attitude, I told him that I was returning items and would have Presbyterian assign different supplier. Then Megan, supplies manager, called me. She refused to provide return label for the items I did not order and thought she was clever with arrogant, snarky comments. RUN from this supplier!
Everyone at Premier Hospital Supply and O2 Solutions is always so kind and helpful whenever I call or go into their office. The knowledgable staff makes you feel as if youre part of the family. I was a little afraid to start using my CPAP machine and parts. David Maestas gently eased me into what I would expect, patiently and respectfully answered all of my questions and follow-up questions. Clean and professional atmosphere. This staff always goes above and beyond!
My inlaws just recently moved here from Florida and were hooked up for CPAP supplies from O2 Solutions. My mother-in-law had never had a mask that fit her right. Darren quickly figured out the problem and got her the proper mask that fits. Great service and great care. Thanks

The staff at 02 solutions were very knowledgeable, especially Brandon. I had a problem (my fault)and Brandon immediately took care of it. I have never had anything but excellent customer service at 02 Solutions and would highly recommend them.
David Maestas has extensive knowledge with the ResMed Cpap equipment. He is an excellent trainer and provides friendly customer service.
