Owner doesnt care about your business, ripped me off 75 after i asked them 4 times if what i was getting didnt work can i have my money back. It didnt work, i brought it back the same day not 2 hours later, and they refused to give me even half of my money back. Owner said he wasnt happy about it either and i said sure you are you made 75 dollars for nothing, then he laughed.

My phone place...no problems with BOOST been a customer(client) for years

I have been using them for several years. Always helpful and never really ran into problems with the store people. I have had service issues several times due to storm damage to their grid coms. But thats not the stores fault. I buy the cheaper phones cause that is all I need. LG phones work best for me. And I have unlimited everything on 3 phones for only a 100 a month. Nothing beats that.

The in store customer service was great the corporate on phone customer service was despicable and horrible
