The Eyemart Express in Amarillo is the Best! Very professional and yet vary friendly. They answered all of my questions and never rushed me. I felt they were helpful and gave me an honest opinion. I’m never going anywhere else. Prices were good and selection was was great!

I went in with my 4 kids and we were in and out in less than an hour. This was selection and processing. Then the hour you are told to wait for your glasses to be ready was only 20 minutes for all 4 pairs of glasses. The staff were all pleasant and helpful even with it being fairly busy with approximately 12 other customers there before my family and I arrived. The facility was also very clean.

Employee was very helpful in helping me pick out frames. I found a style I liked but not the color he offered same style in different color. This was last year. I was in yesterday to get nose pads replaced. My daughter was with me he also offered to replace her nose pads and tighten her frames too. Friendly service

Got a great deal on glasses for my 7 year old who broke his glasses and isnt due for new ones through insurance yet. I got him 2 pairs for $100. They were ready in about 30 minutes. They have friendly helpful staff.

I have come to the Amarillo location every year for about the last 8 years for my familys glasses. I have never had a bad experience. I teach Cutomer Service for a living and I am always so impressed by the customer service at this location. There are three employees specifically that I have seen over the years that never let me down in my expectation for great service- Makayla, Daric, and Jordan. (I apologize if I misspelled any names.) These three provide exceptional customer service without fail every single time. Thank you all for never letting me down and always doing your best!

Worst mistake getting my glasses from here. They take forever, expect to wait for a long time. Customer service is good and the quality of the glasses is mediocre. Its sad I have always came here since I have worn glasses but will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is not for me Exactly, but when I went up there today it was around 4 oclock. There was a gentleman who was on oxygen. And his tank ran out of oxygen. I went to 2 employees, and told them that he needed to be seen. I was told he had to wait his turn. He didnt Bother to get up and help him or get the manager, or anyone. We both had been standing there for over 10 minutes. He was standing there longer. They better be glad that he didnt fall out on the floor for lack of O2. When someone has a medical problem and your employees are notified about the problem they should Assist that customer to get him out of your store. Instead of ignoring him.

I had the best experience. Derik was so helpful and funny. Making the whole store laugh at times. Made my day! I would recommend this store every time!!

Awesome customer service! Even during a pandemic they were quick to help me and fine the glasses perfect for me. I ended up with two pairs of glasses I love for cheaper than what one pair normally costs me elsewhere. From the time I paid until the time my glasses were ready to pick up was 16 minutes! 16 MINUTES! Thats incredible. I would definitely recommend and will go to them myself again.

Unless you have optical insurance that allows imart to be in their coverage area this place is expensive now. They may state that they have a good deal buy one get one however but when two pair of glasses are over $600 its ridiculous. There are other places in Amarillo that were just a fraction of the cost and that would include bifocals.

I just have to say this place is AMAZING! Let me tell you, Mikaela and Jason is the most helpful! I came in the last hour due to work asking them to help me out with my new glasses because I ordered wrong and the correct lens needs to be ordered and will be ready in 2 weeks but I need to do a ton of readings tonight. Without any hesitation Mikaela and Jason helped me with glasses I can use until my order comes in. I got out there in 30 minutes! This place was recommended to me 10 years ago I was impressed with the quality of care I received. Last year, mom and I bought our glasses here we both had great experience. Yesterday the guy that helped me is Amazing! Today I came back with my issue and Mikaela and Jason helped me in any which way they could! I recommend this place to everyone!

I broke my glasses whole on vacation. The Eyemart in Amarillo was wonderful. They found frames that my lenses would fit in right away and didnt even charge me. I highly recommend this business.

Eyemart Express had to order my type of prescription lenses so I had to wait a week or two. I had already paid well over $300 for them. I’d call up there to see if they were ready and every time I was put on hold a few minutes then told, “They’re finishing up your glasses and you should receive a text in about 10 minutes.” I still haven’t received a text or my glasses! I’ll never go back there again!

This place has always been a joke when it comes down to the receptionist and office assistance. Its even a bigger joke now that they take precautions for COVID. 1st you have to leave a message on an answering machine. Then a minute after you leave a message they return your call. But, when they call you they start with Hey even after you say Hello. I wish they were trained or held at a professional standard. On top of that, they dont inform you on their instructions of how they would like you to go about communicating with them upon arrival. And when you inform them of their lack of communication they get upset. They get their feelings hurt so bad that when they have to provide you with customer service the service is poor. I wish my optometrist either went to an office where they had professional staff working or that this office trained their professionals in being professional.

This place has the worst service. They move like snails or molasses in winter. I spent over an hour waiting for a new nose piece while they sat at empty tables and did nothing! Wal mart vision has more.timely service!

First time going for me and they were very friendly and informative. My husband goes to them and likes them alot. They have great deals on glasses that helps you save money and allows you to get awesome frames without breaking the bank.I recommend them to anyone who is wanting a good deal and frames they will love, without having to settle for second best.

There were a limited number of people allowed in the store, and all employees were wearing masks. I appreciated their caution and consideration. A receptionist took my name and telephone number and texted me when I could go into the store. I waited about five minutes to be called. Once inside. I selected my frames and was immediately shown to a consultant. He was very helpful and I was with him no longer than 20 minutes. I left and got a text about 40 minutes later saying my glasses were ready for pickup. A great experience!

Hire more people!!  I came in Friday after my frame broke, waited almost and hour. Needed more adjustment made tried to come on Monday after work and was facing over an hour wait. Came back today waited an hour. During my wait the place was busy and the phone rang several times, most unanswered. Only four employees taking care of an office full of people.

I only had to wait less than 30 minutes because of COVID-19 safety guidelines. When Melonie called me over to the glasses fitting counter, it took less than 10 minutes to get my glasses. I’m very pleased with both Savannah and Melonie with all of their help making my visit quick and pleasant.I highly recommend Eyemart Express for making your selection of glasses.

If I could rate this place more stars I would. Jason and Deric went above and beyond to make sure my sons lenses were perfect and he felt comfortable and not self conscious about wearing them. Ive been using Eyemart Express for the last ten years. Their service is second to none.I have one suggestion.If they could set up one or two team members during their busy times to only take care of the people who are returning to pickup their glasses. Wait time was the same fourty five minutes to an hour and a half. To purchase or pickup your glasses.Thank you.

The environment was very inviting. In and out. The general manager was aware and explained prices before any service was done. Great deals. I have been using Eyemart Express for mabe 20 years but they have always be great service and the most reasonable prices of any where I have been. I have not been able to see their eye Dr very much because he is usually booked up but I bring my prescription from anywhere else and they get right on it. Yesterday I waited mabe 30 minutes before I ordered two pair of glasses and it took them only32 minutes. That is 32 minutes to get my 2 pair of glasses. One Christmas or a day or two before I had broken my glasses. The warranty had long expired on them but I went in anyway. It was wall to wall people in there but when it was my turn they found that the frame like I had was discontinued but they still had 1 left. They put my old lenses in the new frames and in this mad house of people they gave me the frames no charge, told me Merry Christmas. That type of thing doesn’t happen in today’s world often, at least not to me, but I celebrated the holidays with new glasses instead of broken ones. Thanks Eyemart

Friendly staff and great prices!

This location has a great selection of frames. The employees were also very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a great system in place for Covid as well where theyll call you when occupancy is no longer at max to allow you in. I am very happy with my purchase and my experience!

Although they were busy beyond all reason, they were very kind and helpful. Daric did a wonderful job getting my daughter and I taken care of. Our glasses and prescription sunglasses were ready quickly except for my complicated glasses that Hve to be ordered. This was my first trip to this store. I will be back.

Jason, who told me he is the store manager, began by embarrassing me in front of a waiting room, then was rude about answering the basic questions and did not honor what the phone operator they have TOLD me over phone. Hey, it’s the last time I’ll do business here if he’s not replaced, but that’s just me. Apparently I don’t matter, at least that’s how I feel having come in there today.

I was needing to get another pair of glasses for my son since I was going on vacation and they had his done in less than 30 minutes and it was very affordable. Highly recommended!!

EyeMart Express did my glasses after another provider had screwed up my order, leaving me wearing broken glasses for weeks. From the time I walked in the door at EyeMart Express they were great to work with, very helpful, educated me on options and I had my glasses in a week (I have a tough prescription in one eye). Not only was I happy with the experience, I bought a second pair as backup glasses. The price was good and service exceptional.

I would give them 5 stars because of same day service and the frame selection is pretty big. I’m taking a star away just because the phones are constantly ringing and if your being helped they have to stop helping you to answer the phones it happened more than once during my visit. Also they sent a text that said my glasses were ready, I had to wait another 30 mins to pick them up because they don’t have someone designated to specifically handle pick ups.

Went in to get new glasses. Didn’t get my eyes check here but did get the glasses. They take me insurance and got me just what i wanted for a very reasonable price! AND they had my glasses done in less than 30 min. Notified me via text. Would highly recommend checking them out.

Went on a Saturday as a walk in it was busy, but worth the wait. Staff is friendly & professional. They made my sons first visit amazing! Eye exam was great..Lynn, Valerie, & Amber helped us with glasses & adjustments once they were done& made purchasing a breeze. Glasses were done quick 10-15 minuets!! I would highly recommend!!

Since covid I understand the social distancung concept. But me my mom and sister all went to get glasses and the guy at the front desk said there was a wait and took my moms name and number and said hed call us when we could come in. He then proceeded to tell us we had to wait in our car in 100° WEATHER! The were people lined up in the store and we had to go outside. At one point we went into the little lobby because it was cooler and so we were all together in a corner all had our masks on. We were waiting and a mom and daughter coem in and the mom goes in and finds out there are 11 people in front of us...we were never told...so we just left

Ok, Im 67 years old and have been using reading glasses for about 9 years because of my experience at another eye glass place,(no names),. I ended up getting glasses with a line across the lenses with thick lense on the bottom and thin on the bottom. The prescription was the result of a simple eye chart test. If I tried to drive with them, I felt like I was going to wreck. The nose piece fell off in a few weeks. Eventually I discarded them. In 15 minutes at Eyemart Express I knew I was in the right place. They use several High Tech devices to tune in to my exact vision on Both eyes. The exam only took about 20 minutes. I went next door and they told me to go about my busy day and they would text me when my glasses were ready. They were ready in about 2 hours and stunned me with 20-20 vision. I can even drive at night with total confidence. I could go on and on with more praises about this business but all I can say if you want your vision cleared up fast and efficiently this is the number 1 place to go! Definitely 5 out of 5 stars!

I got 2 pair of good quality glasses that I like with polycarbonate lenses and on with double anti glare coating and one with one coating for $280. Went to several places and this was definitely one of the best. Be careful with those free exam places because they get back their money on the exorbitant priced glasses.

I have tried other eye glass places. I’ve done the expensive name brand glasses, with all the extra stuff that they put on the lens for scratch, glare, light weight, all that stuff. Paid over $700 for those. And I hated them. Biggest glasses related regret ever!! Eyemart Express has name brand frames. They do the scratch, glare, all that stuff. I got two pair, with all the extra stuff, for less then $400. And I love my glasses! Way bigger selection then all the other places, and quick service! Everyone is so helpful, and they explain everything to you. I’ll never go anywhere else. Customer for life! Give them a try!

It was crazy fast and great service, very helpful! We went in, knew what pair of glasses we wanted and of course they have the 1-hour service and we were actually able to receive ours within a matter of minutes! Now that was pretty freaking awesome!! Especially because we were running behind on a few things that day and it ended up working out perfectly!! We’ve also been coming here for years and have never been disappointed, which should speak fo itself! We had a great experience at Eye MartExpress in Amarillo. We waited just a few minutes and then Jason helped us. He was so nice and informative, making sure we knew all of our options. My son was able to get two pair of glasses for half of the price that we usually pay for one. We also were told that it would take about 90 minutes for his glasses to be ready and they were both done in 55 minutes. We will definitely being going back. Thanks Jason!!

This is one of the most professional businesses I have encountered in a long time! The employees are very courteous and helpful. The young lady that assisted me went straight to the glasses I needed when I told her what I needed. The only issue I have is that no one fitted my glasses so they wouldnt slide off my ears. Other than that - no problem.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I had been a long time customer of a different company for 30 years that had always said Ready in 1 hour but had gotten tired of them not being able to do them and waiting a week the last couple of times I bought glasses. Because of that I tried Eyemart and will spend the next 30 with them! My 1st pair was done in 18 minutes and the sunglasses were done in about 45 minutes. Prices were also great especially with the teacher discount!
