Pampa office was great in taking our order for glasses! The bad part is I still havent gotten them!! We were told they would be in the following Thursday. Mine did not. After calling numerous times I got a call back last Friday saying my lens came in uncut and were being sent to Amarillo office to be cut and Id have them Monday or Tuesday. Today I called and was told that it would be Thursday!! The bosses wife didnt come to Pampa today. So, my glasses are done but sitting in Amarillo. Guess Ill get them when someone decides to bring them over. Terrible customer service!!!! They could of mailed them by now. Will not go back!!
