Tiffani M. was great and helped me to get my contact lens ordered. It was a bit busy when I came in but they made sure to acknowledge me and let me know that there would be someone to help me as soon as a worker was available. The workers there are very kind except for the one woman who spoke condescendingly to Tiffani when she asked her a question. Tiffani was new and did not deserve to be spoken to like that when she had not had the chance to learn the difference in the packaging for contact lens. Even if she was supposed to know, theres no reason to speak to others the way that woman had spoken. Its rude and disrespecful. As a customer, I certainly would not want that woman to help me at all. Otherwise, I was very happy with my experience.

I went in there tonight and the woman that helped me was very rudel! Good thing I called the Georgia Street Walmart Vision Center instead! They were MUCH nicer and knowledgeable!

I visited here today partly to have a loose lens put back in my glasses, partly because Ive put off getting new glasses and contacts for too long. The manager was helpful, polite, kind, understanding, and patient. She greeted me personally, and helped me herself from beginning to end, despite the fact that my situation was complicated and, due to interacting with other Wal-Mart stores online, took over two hours. Which brings me to the one downside to my visit: Wal-Marts inter-store computer network seems to be unreliable and incomplete. They do not have their records stored in a central database; in order to access my prescription, they had to log in with the store Id gotten it at, and their methods for doing so--for even FINDING the right store--were difficult, inefficient and slow. I ended up having to find and communicate with the other store (in SoCal) through my cell phones internet and automatic calling thingy. WalMarts Vision Center computer network needs to be updated, badly, if it can be outdone by a 2-year-old cell phone thats been dropped a few too many times.
