My back camera glass on my phone was badly broken. I called around to multiple fix it shops. Fixit Mobile was by far the cheapest. They ordered the part in for me and called me when if arrived. The repair only took about 30 minutes. The customer service was very kind throughout the entire process. She informed me on all the things that may happen and was very honest with me. I even received a follow up text message inquiring if everything was working correctly. I may have been able to do this cheaper myself but I was happy to pay for the convenience and professional touch. I would recommend Fixit Mobile to anyone who is needing phone repairs. If I break my dang phone again, I would go back to Fixit Mobile to get it repaired. Great shop, great service, great people.

I needed my S8+ to be in good condition to trade in to verizon, but it had a broken screen. They repaired it for $240 in about 1 hr and I was able to get a S21phone for $600 cheaper compared to not having my screen repaired. Very helpful, fast, and effective!

I have a OnePlus7Pro and was having a lot of trouble with the USB-C port as to keeping a solid connection to it or charging the phone . I woke up on a Saturday morning..tried to charge my phone and now I could not get my charging cable to do ANYTHING!.. I gave Fixit Mobile a call..explained my situation..spoke to Jared. He told me bring the phone right down. Told me if we are lucky, it just needed a quick cleaning..if it was damaged he could still fix it, and would have been all of $60 or so. I brought my phone to the store, Jared was there..seems a really nice guy. He took my phone into the back room and within 3 minutes, it was totally fixed..the port was like new. He refused to take ANY money as he said we didnt need to replace any parts...just have a nice weekend! :) I am very impressed with Jareds honesty!! and kindness in not even charging me a few dollars for a service call. For sure this place is honest, and when my phone eventually needs a new battery or a screen fix, Ill certainly be going to Fixit Mobile..specifically in A Fork and to see Jared. I came in to get my phone fixed, the charger had gone out. The technician, Jared, took a look at it, and had it fixed in like five minutes. He said that he didnt need to replace any parts so there was no charge. What a fantastic place!

These guys really know their stuff! They fixed our iPhone that we thought was irreparable. They are fast and charge a fair price. They even helped me transfer everything from an old phone to the repaired one, so I could give it to my mom. That transfer would have taken me half my Saturday and much frustration. So glad this place is so close and so great.

I got my phone fixed back in december, and I wasnt exactly sure what I was doing because Im 17 and am new to all of this stuff. When I payed for my phone to get fixed they gave it back to me with the top of my screen not fully glued on which caused dust to get in there and made all of my photos super blurry and gross. Over time the screen kept peeling more and more off. Now the screen is almost completely off and keep in mind, I never take it out of the case or do anything to pull it off on purpose. because the screen started coming off it made it bend and crack in the middle. I bought a warantee with it and its making me jump through hoops just to get the screen replaced. Its been a long difficult process and honestly im really frustrated. I just want a fixed phone, I dont need it to fall apart on me because of the lack of quality put into it.

I HATE going to cell phone stores, but going to Fixit was a truly great experience. My cell phone screen needed to be replaced, and Jared quoted me the price over the phone and had the part in stock. He had the screen replaced in the hour and a half he quoted me and then took the time to answer all my questions about a Samsung phone, iPhone and iPhone watches. Of course replacement or repair work on phones is never cheap, but their prices were very fair and the service incredibly professional. I couldnt be happier with the experience.

Service was very friendly and helpful. Went in for a screen replacement and I think the seam between my phone and screen is actually better then factory.

Called the store to see if they could look at my MacBook. It would not turn on and the charging cord was not indicating it was charging. I dropped in and after about 15 minutes they had cleaned where the charging cord inputs and checked the cord to make sure it was working and then took out the battery and put it back in. After this the computer turned and and started charging. They did not charge me for their time and service. I will definitely use Fixit Mobile again. Thank you

We took a phone in that we thought was beyond repair. They assured us that could fix it with a guarantee for a year. After, they texted to see how the phone was working. Unheard of with getting a phone fixed.

Fix it mobile in American fork is great! The employees there are professional and kind, they really know their stuff! We just got my wifes iphone screen repaired there and had it waterproofed and a screen protector put on, while it was opened up they cleaned the speaker and charging port, its like a new phone again! Plus if the screen protector breaks its only $5 to replace it, we will definitely do business there in the future

I dropped my phone at the store and even though it had a case on it when I picked it up there were lines going through the screen making it ugly and hard to read.I took my phone into FixIt Mobile and they were very upbeat, kind, and fast! They had my screen replaced in an hour and got it just like new.I felt like they had excellent customer service and feel very comfortable going there again if I ever need it.

FixIt was amazing. I spilled water on my laptop at work, and they took it right in, opened it up, and cleaned all the water out within an hour. They also didn’t charge me anything! Seriously so nice! I will take any phone or laptop repairs to them in the future.

Great customer service! I went in there hoping to fix my s10e after it seemed impossible to turn on! I was helped by Makena I believe her name was and they were able to fix my phone so I could type this review.. 😆

I called to get a price quote getting a Samsung Galaxy Z fold 2 repaired. Now it is only the back glass and it is the bottom left hand corner and it is not that big. They wanted to charge me between $600 and $150. I called AT&T and it would cost me a little over a $170. You can order the back glass its in leprechaun green but it was only $16 came with the tools you needed. Now I used to have my own chaos repairing phones and usually most expensive phones to fix our iphones. I would fix an iPhone screen for a $100 and it would be done between 10 and 15 minutes. Now the women need suppose he was polite but when I told her I can just do it myself for cheaper and she said will you can go somewhere else. I dont understand how a company can charge $600 to fix a cheap piece of glass on a phone. You literally just need a heat gun and you can even use a hair dryer in a suction cup and a razor and pop that sucker right off. I strongly suggest to look elsewhere and even thinking about adding to my company to fix phones because if theres other companies that charge as much money as they do any more expensive than using your insurance to swap the phone out for a brand new one thats pretty sad.

My granddaughter dropped her iPhone in water and then stuck it in rice. Fortunately there was no water damage but some rice got into the charging port. Fixit in American Fork fixed it quickly and with a smile and even corrected a small problem it had had before with charging. It was such a quick fix they didnt even charge us. I recommend them highly.

Jared agreed to take my iPhone and assist in a reset. For some reason, I was unable to do so at home like previously. I called for an update 45 minutes later and the repair was complete. Jared didn’t charge me for the time to do the work. Very courteous. Taught me a few tricks while I was there. Highly recommend due to all around customer focus.

My experiences at Fixit Mobile have always been good. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I needed to get my wifes Google Pixel fixed in a hurry before leaving on a trip. I had already called around to several stores to see if they had a new screen in stock, but none of them did. When I called Fixit Mobile in American Fork they not only checked their own inventory, but they also checked the inventory for their nearby affiliated stores. Unfortunately, they also did not have a screen. However, later that day their tech Alex called me up to tell me that the screen I needed had come in the mail. Thanks to the nice folks at Fixit Mobile my wife was able to take her good as new phone on our trip.

Best place to go for a screen replacement! I called 15+ other local shops for pricing to fix my iPad. For the same price as the other places, iQue provided me with an insurance against cracked screens (with a low deductible), a tempered glass screen protector, new case, AND waterproofed my device. Hands down best option if your screen recently became the Spider-Man edition.

Ive been here twice. The first time, I couldnt get my phone to charge. They looked at it and determined that the charge port was just too dirty to let the charge cord get in all the way. They cleaned it out and didnt charge me anything. The second time I went there. The phone of the person in front of me wasnt charging. The person at the counter said, we can replace the charge module on your phone and itll cost $150 or you can go to best buy and buy a cordless charger for about $40.Both these times I got the impression that Fixit Mobils goal is not profits, but to really benefit their customer. My iPhone 6 home button stopped working suddenly. I called these guys up and brought it in to get it fixed. They replaced the home button within a couple hours, and it works perfectly now. Fast, friendly service and really expert mechanics – theyre great with phone batteries as well. Any iPhone repair is going to be pricey, but these guys were reasonable and charged exactly what was quoted upfront. Definitely not bad compared to the cost of a new phone.

This place is great! They diagnosed the problem for free found out it had a little bit of lint, clogging the charging port. They cleaned it out for Free! we originally thought it could be the battery or a broken charging port because the phone was jumping from being charged and not being charged and it wouldn’t charge and come to find out it wasn’t either one it was just a dirty port. They were awesome and saved me from having to buy a new phone I’ll defiantly come back.

Went in with what I thought was a broken charger port on my IPhone X, 5 minutes later they came back after cleaning my port and and now it works perfectly! We had a new screen put on my daughters phone. They sold us on a package deal with a glass screen protector. Clearly the screen protector doesn’t work as the first time it was dropped the screen protector and screen broke. We took it in and they said they would give us a huge discount of $25 for the repair 😂. We spent over $300 the first time having a new one put on. Terrible quality screen. Will not be back.

This is the only repair store I choose to do business with. They are the most economical I have found, yet there service and expertise are top notch. Even last time I had a repair done it was all in pieces and they didnt flinch just fixed it like new.I have recommended them many times and will continue to do so. My plans are every time I get a new phone to take it directly to IQ and utilize there program of a screen protector, case and a waterproof application along with their warranty. This is a great place to do business with just dont try to pay by check.

My Pixel 2 was not charging, a young man came out I told what was happening. He took it and cleaned the charging port and it was good to go. He didnt even charge me anything. We will go back the next time we have phone issues.
