Waited in line for 45 minutes to exchange a modem/router. Entire transaction took 20 seconds and the staff that were present had only helped one other customer a piece, and were still in the middle of completing their transactions. They either need to streamline their process or hire more people.

Be prepared for a long wait even if youre just picking up our dropping off equipment. The employees were great once I finally got to someone. However, the 25 minute wait just to pick up equipment (5 minutes) took my entire lunch hour.

AWFUL customer service. Waited over an hour for them to tell me to call customer service... if you are going to come in person, I recommend making an appointment, that way you can cut in front of 5 people who have also been waiting in line that amount of time. This store is an absolute joke.

I stopped by just to drop off my internet box. There was only one person there doing his best to help 2 people at a time with difficulties. He acknowledged me and continued to stay focused. I think he was doing all he could do to really help those two people. They should have had at least one other associate there. While I waited about 30 minutes another man walked in and decided to leave after a few minutes. I finally just walked out.

Good internet -- horrible customer service!I used Comcast about 8 years ago and hated the customer service so badly that I paid the termination fee to not deal with it. Unfortunately Xfinity was the only service I could get at my last house and upon moving I failed to cancel services (my fault entirely). After 3 months I realized Ive been charged for months I havent lived in that house and have not been using service -- and they refused to issue any credit or provide any solution other than crediting 2 weeks.I know a 15% credit is better than nothing but I just cant figure out why they dont value customer service and try to do the right thing? Id be a customer for life if theyd just stop placing a dollar in front of every customer. Truly stepping over a dollar to get a dime. Id avoid Comcast Xfinity at all costs unless you have no other option.

I needed higher speed and a better deal, the sales rep Cameron was professional and accommodating to my specific needs. He seemed to genuinely want to help me, I am very satisfied with the service at this location and the friendliness of the staff especially Cameron who walked me through all the set up and plan details. I will return to this store for all my internet needs.

If youve ever been charged for a service you werent using and you didnt know you were being charged for it, then you know why I left one star. I have been paying for their internet service for the past year and began to suspect that our bill was pretty high for the average speed of internet we were getting. Apparently, after going in and speaking to them about my bill, they told me that theyve been charging me for a tv service I was never told I had and no interest in using. They told us there is no way to prove whether or not weve been using the service they were secretly charging me for, and they will hide behind that statement to avoid compensating the $200 they stole from me over the last year.

Xfinity helped cost destroy my rep at my company today due to their poor Internet service. Im working from home as an admin with some declarative development involved, needed to complete a fix this weekend that was detrimental to the company I work for and its current workflow, and the fix needed to be done asap, and could not be pushed back. Internet went out 1 hour after day light savings and I could not complete the fix request with it being out most of the weekend. You might be thinking why didnt l use another public internet connection, I thought of that 1st thing, but we work through a company VPN that wont connect to an open public wifi for security reasons, so this was not an option. Tried using Hotspot on my phone but had speed as well as similar VPN issues with that. Same thing happened 6 months ago when the time changed and it took a couple days to get over that. Problem is, as an admin, I cant really use the no internet excuse to explain things to stakeholders, so I had no excuse and canceled the follow-up meeting since I am still having issues. I really enjoy my job they are a wonderful, wonderful caring company, and I would never say anything negative about them, and they take no fault in this. I hope they can look past this. However, my company, like any good company puts a lot of trust in me to complete my work, especially when things need to be finished ASAP, and Xfinity was not there when it mattered modt and hurt my reputation and their confidence in me as a person that will follow through. I lost a lot of respect for Xfinity and their service.

Seth was great. Got all my older equipment returned and straightened out issues with the new bill. He even told me how I can save on wireless. Once my current contract is up, Ill be looking into Xfinity wireless as well.

40 min wait without any acknowledgment to myself or the other two customers waiting. . Three employees at separate times went into their back room for 15 to 20 min leaving three customers just waiting. .
