Absolutely Astonishing Automotive Repair service !!!

In our experience they install aftermarket products on used automobiles even if the used automobile is only a few months old and has very little mileage and do not clearly disclose that they are adding the price of these items onto the advertised price of the automobile. They will also get your purchase through finance companies you asked them not to use and then stretch out the number of payment months so it looks like youre only making payments on the original advertised price of the used automobile.

What more can I say Car dealership and after the laborious task in getting a car at the right price and all else that comes with buying a car. Got a car and it goes YES not what I’m used to and missing what I loved about my old car, for the first time buying a Honda wish I had done my research but hey can’t complain I have a trunk now (smart car before) not going to say to much other than sakes associate was great and allowed the boss time to pick the right car, just wish I was a car guy but more into my tech ( non car tech that is)

This part is across the street from the main Hardin Honda building. This is the place to purchase used vehicles, and they also have express service shop which is great for oil changes. Every time I come here they are always fast and friendly.

Lorenzo was good tho hes new but he doing great hell be even greater in the future very helpful. But I got a use car with one key n half tank of gas didnt like that. I dont know if all dealer do that. But they say they only receive one key so I got that but still half tank of gas not good I know they reimburse back. If you need parts for your GMC like I did with my Canyon Jeff the parts manager is nothing short of awesome, theyre fast and friendly, and Shawn the service manager is equally as awesome they work great as a team

Ive taken my civic here twice for service when the light comes on and they do it in less than an hour and for a lot cheaper than the crooks at Jiffy Lube. These Hardin Honda people are as helpful as they say. There are actually 2 service shops. The second one on the south side of the street goes completely unnoticed. Not many people realize its another service shop so it stays empty while the first one has a line out the driveway.

They were extremely fast with my oil change and tire rotation, was done in 1 hour, VERY friendly.

Told me to come in after I inquired on a car online. Told them I couldnt make it until almost an hour before they close. They said thats fine we will be expecting you. I got there and had to wait almost an hour for someone to show me the car even though I had an appointment. Then they treated me second class. And told me even though they said they could finance me they couldnt. I was upfront about my situation before I even got there. Waist of time.

Not liking my car with these custom seats installed by the dealership. They are not OE approved by GMC. This is a potential problem for me as the seat is starting to rip less than 30,000 miles and 3 years on the vehicle. If I had known this I would have never gotten this vehicle.

Great auto service, coming here for years, even bringing cars that I buy at other Honda dealerships. If I dont have time to wait, they sutle me to work. Im disappointed.I took my pilot because a big noise in the breaking sistem and a regular maintenance.Ended up with a service invoice of almost 1200.00 YES, I approve the service, I know!!!. Great service man they have, but thats wy they have them, to push you all the Xtra service and make the most money for the dealership.And it took from 10am to after 3 pm to get out of there, and the problem was still there.I didnt go back to them, I took the car to my old relaible SEARS car center in Buena Park.Costme 15.00 for an evaluation of my breaking system and it whent toward the repair charges if any.They grinder refurbish the 4 disks on the breaks, charged me about 280.00 it only took two hrs and the problem was solved. Oh yes, at the Honda dilership the cost for the evaluation was same 280.00 and it was not going towards repairs. I whanted to please mi wife by taking her car to the Honda dilership, bad mistake. From now on, my Sars Auto center rules over any blood sucking over hiped cardealership mechanic service.Hmm...I couldnt change the stars to cero.

Honda Motor Sales Service Point. They have new car sales, repair centers, good service levels, and a good staff attitude. The repair center needs to make an appointment, compare multiple cars, and they also have pick-up service. There are free coffee and popcorn in the waiting time.
