Just walked out of this public storage and I’m very happy with the service I received. Could not have been better! This was out of my way but totally worth it!! Very clean and secure! Highly recommended!

Ive rented out units from different locations over the years, but this was absolutely the most pleasant experience Ive had. Apart from the great deal and the whole facility being so clean and safe, Carla was the best. I had some logistical mishaps prior to my move, but she was so helpful and understanding through it all and so easy to communicate with. She even gave me a follow-up call to make sure everything was processed and done smoothly. 10/10 would recommend for the customer service alone!

We had a storage unit years ago that got broken into. Recently, my good friends had a unit there while they get ready for a move. It was broken into and almost completely cleared out. They lost most of their possessions along with their memories. The insurance wont cover anything that they dont have receipts for and obviously most people dont keep receipts for everything theyve ever purchased so they are left with almost nothing. After sharing our stories, weve learned from people with similar experiences that this facility is regularly broken into.Edit: Please edit your filters to look at the 1 star reviews of this place and see how many times people have had their possessions stolen from here.

This was my first time getting a storage space and the process was very quick and easy. Carol the manager was very helpful and has amazing customer service. I was able to take care of everything over the phone before I arrived to my unit space. I absolutely will recommend this public storage location to anyone!

I Love their Prices and it fits well on the Size of the Storage Space. And Ive always used Public Storage when Im moving or if I need to keep some of my stuff in storage, like kids things they dont use & dont want in their room at the moment til their rooms are done being painted and the house too. Ill keep my Holiday Decorations at the Storage till I decide what Im keeping in my garage..So Public Storage comes in handy any time of the year we need it..Another thing the Employees at the front counter Micheal and John are very nice!..Thanks Public Storage for always being there when we needed Space..Lol😆

I live a few minutes away from this location so its very convenient. I reserved a unit online but when I got there it was unavailable and they let me have a better unit for the same price. MIke and Deanna have been pleasant and helpful. The facility is clean and well maintained. Im pleased.

Went in today to get a storage unit for our move. Jenn and Mike were super helpful in showing us around, making sure that we got the right sized unit for our belongings, and explaining everything thoroughly. At one point my boyfriend got lost and mike went in and pulled him out of pans labyrinth. Saved the day. Not all heroes wear capes.

I rented out a storage unit a while ago and way have trouble with something so I went into the office and spoke to a worker named Deyanira and she was So helpful and respectful... if you ever need a storage in the Anaheim area I suggest this one 100% I was having a bad day to begin and her lovely attitude made my day so much better... She’s a keeper.

Good place to store your staff. Price is i would say average.If you need to go there and dig your staff or put your staff. It is pretty flexible you can your time there. Only downside is that storage space has little damp. Ur staff might get little wet. You should protect it.

I been renting a storage Unit since 2013 paying every months till one day I decided to move my items from that storage. Went I send the moving company to pick it out my items, we find it the lock was changed and not only that the lock was certified by the the public storage with a sticker. Went I asked to the supposed manager Jenifer Fernandez in regard the lock she stated that she doesn’t know but the sticker was put by her. Then I asked to remove the lock she and her manager refused to do it, because the owner has to be present even that I give the authorization to the moving company to do it. Whatsoever, I decided to travel to California to be present. On February 17 I went in person to the Public Storage to check my unit and I find out that the Public storage changed the lock for a second time without my knowledge. Then I requesting to Jenifer to remove that lock because is not my, even that she refused to do it because only the district manager can do it. Then I Spock with the district manager and requesting to removed the lock and we agree to be together at the location at 9:30 am, but without my knowledge the manger went it the unit and remove the lock. When I arrived to Storage I asked why the manager did not wait for me? Jenifer stated because the district manager is busy, whatsoever I decided to check my unit and I find it out that more that half of my belongings was stolen. I call the police.The personal at that location are so unprofessional and neglecting from Jenifer Fernandez and the District Manager.

My sister and I came by to look into renting a storage unit. The first time we came Mike helped us, he was knowledgeable and very helpful. We came a second time to look at a larger unit and both Mike & Lisa were there again to help us. They were patient with us and answering our questions. We appreciate theyre honesty and friendliness.

Worse storage location also public storage coperation office empoyees are rude and very very very not professional. Do not get ur items store at public storage. They dont help u and they are very cold.

First time ever using a storage facility. Talina and Amparo were so nice to work with and so helpful. We were so happy to find this place, location was great for us. Grounds are clean. Area is small but easy to maneuver! Would recommend this place!

Like the choice of a climate controlled storage. The only problem is the hours they are open. It isnt very practical 4 me. I do wish they were open 4 a few evenings during the week & at least one evening on the weekend. My days are full & it would be so much more convenient to have access 2 my storage after 5:30
