Bristow was disrespectful. It was around 5pm I always go early before work and I get the best service. I’m a regular never had this kinda of experience with Starbucks before especially I worked with Starbucks before when I was in collage. She lied about My drink When I said it’s 3 shots she got angry at me. Throw the drink add the shot on top I said can u please fix it. She said she is busy. We don’t serve toffeenut late any more I said I just got it this morning. She said no….etcI’m very discounted Starbucks employee at this location . I called the manger many times she hang up on me now it has been a weak she never returned my call.

Great location off of braddock road in a large shopping center with convenient parking. Service is always great, one of larger starbucks location.

I recently purchased a French Press with my expiring points from Starbucks. Got home and realized a piece of the seal was missing, tested it and grounds leaked into the coffee. I came to this location after the one where I purchased it couldn’t help me. Sundance, who I recognized from my old location, took care of me. Her store no longer had these French presses either so to offer me an exchange, she gave me the in-tact press from the store itself (which matched mine). She is a ray of light from the moment you walk in and attends to your needs. She rocks! Thanks lady!!

Outside of new staff me ever Billy, rude non customer oriented staff. Locations tends to run on hours of their choosing, with no explanation. Posted store hours and store hours on internet state open. Staff clearly in there “working” & walking around. But doors locked. Staff looks at you and rolls eyes. Saddest part is tonight one seamed to be a manager with store work book and laptop. With Managment such as that no wonder this staff is lackluster and deplorable. Definitely do not recommend this location.

The hours are wrong. We just came to this location, its 4:25pm and it is closed. This is not the first time we drove by and wanted to get something and the Starbucks is closed.Update the hours so people dont waste their time driving here!

Best Starbucks Ever!!! The Barista, Anthony and his staff were fantastic! I got my order on time and it was incredible! Loving the quad-shot, tall Peppermint Mocka! Gotta try it! Keep up the good work!!!

Very friendly with quick service

I would have provided zero stars. I entered on New Years Eve approximately 5 minutes prior to close. There were Customers enjoying their brew. I walked in and waited as a Customer was being served/ordered. When I stepped up to ask about the Cranberry Cheesecake, order coffee. I was informed we are closed. The Customer before me casually walked out with their coffee. Why allow me inside and wait? WORST Customer Care and Service!!

What’s a point of this store when they always close This Starbucks need new management who knows what they are doing . Always closes never pick up there phone never again

Not happy with this Starbucks. I did not appreciate one of the employees judging me on how loud I was when I was working hard. Also I’m very appalled with the manager being judgmental and rude. I have experience working with tons of people who are allowed and if I ever did that I would’ve lost my job. I do not recommend this Starbucks.

I just drove 15 minutes from the highway to get a coffee and use the bathroom. 30 minutes to and from Starbucks to pay $6 for a coffee and use the bathroom. I understand its a pandemic, but when someone pays $6 for a coffee, the least you could do is let them use your bathroom. I was refused and they have closed their bathroom to customers. You should add that your bathroom is closed to your website so people do not drive 30 minutes to pay $6 for a coffee and no bathroom. You guys are pathetic.

I have been twice in less than a week; the cashiers are to so slow to take the order. Even the first time I order a caramel Latte and its horrible test could drink it🤭🤭🤭🤭

Key detail: convenient to my travels. Also: the drinks are pretty consistent from spot to spot. This is a popular Starbux so I am happy when I get a table. All in all: good.

A great pick me up late in the afternoon.

Friendly young staff, and it wasnt too busy here on a Sunday afternoon... so the order was taken and prepared pretty quickly. The coffee (small cappuccinos..two shots -- efforts to make it more authentic) was pretty good, actually.. for a Starbucks. It did not have the overly bitter flavor that Im accustomed to with caps from this chain. I have only been to this location once, so Ill have to wait and see if thats the norm, or if I was just lucky.

Worst customer service, half the staff not engaged with customers, talking to themselves or taking food and walking into the back. Weirdest Starbucks experience.

I visit this place everyday. By far the best Starbucks in the area. Staff is top notch. Coffee is always on point. And the atmosphere is like an extension of home. Highly recommended.

Great spot to meet up, very centric location. There is always people at this Starbucks, big Asian community here. I always see guys playing some kind of Asian board game. Hmmm??? Need to learn that game one day. Overall 5stars good music!!!

The coffee tastes exceptionally good at this particular store. It tastes different from other stores. I would drive 20 miles to get coffee from his store.

Nice place, plenty of places to sit. A little messy sometimes but its usually only when the place is really busy. I got a grande Iced Double Shot last time, which I liked but it was a little much for me, kind of got me a little too amped, great for a boost though. Got a Caramel Macchiato this time. Pretty nice, not too sweet, right between the Double Shot and the vanilla latte.

Good ol Starbucks. You know what to expect. Always consistent regardless of location. Coffee, expresso drinks, frappucino drinks, cold brewed coffee, etc. They have them right here.

They dont know what is in their drinks, they took about 30minutes to get one guys order because the lady behind the counter didnt know how to scan the rewards program stuff in, I like starbucks but the staff here seems unorganized and all over the place. There were two people just standing behind the registers not doing anything when there were plenty of orders to make. If its people you are training then Id understand but they didnt seem like it, they just seemed lazy. Usually at almost every starbucks I go to Im in and out within around 5-10 minutes.

Spacious but so hard to find an electricity outlet here. Not a good Starbucks for work, study but good for chatting.

Small location in a strip mall, but the staff are incredible. Sam the barista is super friendly and attentive.

The staff works waaaay too slow, expect to spend at least 15 minutes during the rush time. Also, the food is overpriced and they do not carry some regular Starbucks beverages. Worth to visit another place instead

The hours for this location say they’re open till 7pm yet I’m here at 6:15 pm and they’re closed. So stupid and unprofessional. If this store can’t understand what the Starbucks brand is about and how having reliable business hours is important, it doesn’t need to be here.
