Great customer. service. I was looking for the top of the line phone and new laptop( not too expensive and not too cheap)with the help of the knowledge that the employees had in both departments I came out very happy with both of my devices. I was very shocked on well that these employees had with the knowledge. To be able to walk out with such great satisfaction and confident that my device would help me with my short and long terms goals. I couldnt thank them enough.*Place was Organized, clean, professional and must say KID FRIENDLY**with 2 girls both under 7 with low attention span next to us for the 2 1/2 hours spent time. I like this BestBuy for the most part. In fact, I used to work there, so I really have some insight here ;).But, from a customer perspective, they are solid. Great selections and of course, try before you buy never gets hold.Their store setup has changed dramatically over the last decade or two, so for me, it is actually a little confusing when I first walk in.Like, where do I go for returns? It used to be to the right where Geek Squad is. Now, apparently, you go to a cashier? Maybe I missed the sign? :)But it was annoying because I had to wait behind someone at the doors to ask loss prevention where to go when a sign could have directed me immediately.Very clean store. They do well to keep things in stock.Overall, it is my preferred location.
I am hit and miss with todays current Best buy business model. It does seem as though customer service is improved, but there might be a learning Gap when it comes to knowledge of the products. They are still better than going into a radio shack but I fear theyre hiring who they can when they can, instead of based on good qualifications for the job.
Great place. All you can expect. Great experience and faculty. Take your time and get what you want and if its not there they will order it in no time. Also doesnt take to long to get there or straight to your home.
Easy parking, we could also see they offered curbside contactless trunk/car delivery. We were liking for a wireless speaker for the phone and spoke with a sales clerk who offered good information. They were out of stock at the store and he told us we could get it delivered free to our house before the holidays. Fast and easy check out with sanitation stations throughout the store.
Fast and easy. I knew what I wanted when I went in, the sales staff was very friendly and efficient in collecting it, and check out was exceptionally easy. All in all, this was one of the best experiences I have had with Best Buy.

They dont have iphones on display so that you go play with to see if you like it. That takes away from the experience. No I will not go back.
The salesman wore a Mask, The unknown agent was extremely honest regarding my computer, I purchased online.He asked me questions of my needs & wants. So after reviewing my requirements and what I wanted to use it for use it for; he said it would fit my needs and it was no reason to upgrade.I asked if I needed more RAM? Not at this time, he showed me what I bought. ( I did not unbox yet due to possible exchange?) Very friendly & PROFESSIONAL agent. I TRUST Best Buy !

I came in looking for an inverter for a camping trip, yes amazon let me down. I asked where they were and was directed to the back of the store, where the car stereos are. I went back there and they were nowhere to be found, went to the guy over by the TVs, he was busy and I was waiting for him to complete the order. A store associate walked by, I said excuse me, 3X and the last time I raised my voice to apparently be heard. He said he didnt work this area, and walked me over to the appliance area where thankfully, this employee knew what I was talking about and walked me over to the computer section where he showed me the multiple inverters on the wall, and then offered to ring me up right there. If the employees name was on the receipt I would want to thank him personally, for 1 showing me where the product was, and 2 walking me right to them, even though it wasnt his section.
Your people are totally incompetent, I bought a samsung galaxy s21 ultra 5g from you guys 2 days ago, NONE OF you could activate on 5g, instead they were trying to convince me to use the same 4G sim card... from my old phone.NOBODY WAS ABLE TO HELP ME. for the record i went there twice
Whoever handles the returns/labeling open box items at this store must not be very good at his/her job. I purchased an open box-excellent TV that specifically said on the label that nothing was missing. Somehow, every single screw to attach the stand to the TV was missing. All of them. How do you set up a TV on the stand without the screws? Pure incompetence.

I absolutely love this Best Buy store. They have absolutely the best products and have a great inventory. You can get washer and dryers here but I would say that their TV offerings are truly top of the line. Need to upgrade your cellphone, tablet, or TV...this is your one stop shop Neep a surround sound system...yep, it is here. Need iPhone accessories...this is the place to go. If you are looking for electronics or accessories I would recommend visiting here first and they probably have it.
Wonderful Geek Squad service from Will! He was so informative and just kind dealing with my mom and I who arent the tech savvyist of people. Quinton and Rafal were also super helpful! Rafal took his time showing us the differences in iPad, iPad Air and iPro. Thank you gentlemen! Shout out to the whole store really, we had no less than 5 people ask us if we needed help while in the store for about a little less than an hour. It was refreshing to see people willing to help!

Place doesnt seem much on appearance or condition but the beef and broccoli and orange chicken was on point. Lunch special was $6.75 was a good deal. I ordered and pickup within 15 minutes seem quick enough for us. Take it from a guy who once owned a Chinese restaurant the food is good enough to eat. Not too salty and the rice was fresh jasmine rice.
It was good. We had Bryan who was extremely helpful in giving me different price variations. I was also had a specific list of things I wanted in my tv and he helped me narrow that down as well

Large store. This was unlike most best buys locations, being the variety of things in the store was kind if amazing to me. I guess the lack if options in my local store led me to think that all Best Buy only sold the more premium items online. Definitely one of the best locations I’ve stopped at.
This review is made after about two years with defender cameras. The reason for two stars is Defenders lack of solid support and without sound. The basic wired camera is fine AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT NEED SUPPORT!I have actually made the switch to a different brand of cameras for the previously mentioned reasons. I highly recommend that you purchase a well supported product and as far as I am concerned sound is a must!

Its a good store, but they are too cheap to hire enough people, which means you have to wait. The people who are there, however, provide excellent service. There is also no free parking at this Best Buy because its in a very crowded area in DC.

Theyve done a good job keeping the store fresh and clean. But the technology in stock can be out of date. I went looking for computer headphones, and nearly every option available was from 1 or 2 generations ago. If you want the latest products, you have to go online.
Customer service is pretty quick and efficient. I recently got a job here on the inventory crew and I honestly enjoy my job most days of course its not the perfect job but I dont get up dreading my day a work.

Worst company did not have what I wanted, than when I asked to order in younger lady with blond hair up at the counter gave me an attitude about ordering what I wanted. It was a gift for my younger cousin who has cancer. I even tried to explain it to her that I need at fast shipping and she just pushed me aside.
Customer service was okay but they did help me find what I needed! I was definitely satisfied with the visit just would have preferred more customer service Representatives to be randomly available. I felt like I had to ask somebody that was in the middle of something and it was a slight inconvenience to them. But then that person directed me to somebody that was able to help.
Worst experience buying an appliance . Delivery no show after no show without a person to call or anyone having any idea of the status of your order. Delivery company demands $294.00 payment or wouldnt delivery our dryer after we already paid a $300.00 delivery fee! Stores do not receive calls and call centers in India dont have a clue. Save the headache and go elsewhere for your appliance purchases.

So the people at this location are great. But the customer service for best buy blows. Ill be happy to re-review this review but I have tried 2 times to get the msi laptop. 1st time through online. Sales cancelled. I contacted through chat, they had no explanation but said to go in store. My information was correct (billing and shipping). They told me to go in store and order. I did. No confirmation email that the order was cancelled. I found out the next day through track my order. Again no explanation as to why the order is cancelled. This is beyond unacceptable, and their best answer is we dont know what went wrong. AGAIN, THIS IS NOT DIRECTED TOWARD THE ANNAPOLIS LOCATION. they did everything they could. This is to corporate. This is unacceptable. You will receive another call tomorrow.

Ordered a TV at 7am this morning, several hours before the store opened. Received order confirmation within minutes and order is ready for pickup with the next 15 minutes.Drive to store to pickup at 1pm. Parked in curbside pickup area and clicked the email link to let them know I was outside. Text message indicated they were working on delivery, could take 10 minutes under normal demand but could be longer.Another text messages comes within 5 minutes saying they were on the way to bring the TV.Good price on the TV, great on line ordering process and great curb side delivery.
I had a TV that was acting weird. I brought it in and they quickly diagnosed the issues and advised me that they could fix it, but probably cheaper and easier not too. Appreciate the honesty that this store offers.

Waited for about 15 minutes looking at smart watches. No one even asked if we needed help. Was able to look up watches on Amazon in that time and found they were $60 cheaper so ordered from there. Normally I love this store, could have been an off day, thats why Im still rating a four. Great product selection, knowledge employees, but you do have to track them down.

The woman who tried to help me was super nice and helpful but I find alot fault with a store where you have to check four different places to see if they have simple piece that their website says they have in stock and you bothered to make the drive to the store so you could pick it up cause your under a time restraint. Also didnt like they dont bother to carry their own brand in-store but do carry the more expensive stuff that is double the price. Feels like bait and switch to just get you in the store when they dont have what you need really. After this I just given up on Best Buy having what I need on spur of the moment and if they do I better be ready to pay alot more than needed.

After being given the run around with no one returning our phone calls we have had to start a law suit to recover the 10s of thousands we spent at this store. Im giving 5 stars to Best Buy because of the exceptional customer service I received. I purchased a phone with the help of a very friendly and helpful associate named Haley. My phone wasnt in stock so I had to wait for it to be shipped to my home. After putting my info in the phone, I realized it was not the phone that I had chosen. This mistake was a simple easy error that was no ones fault. I was getting anxious about opening the box and then having to go back to the store and order another, and return again to Annapolis ( Im on the Eastern Shore) to get a SIM card and all the time that added on. Then there was the problem of the phone transfers. I was immediately approached by James, an associate in the cell phone department. I told him my situation and he gave me a smile and assured my husband and myself that hed do his best to help me. James found me my phone, did the exchange and took almost two hours to transfer info from a mess of phones into the new one. He had done this on his own time as his shift ended over a half hour before but he wasnt leaving until we were all happily served and my phone worked 100%, needing no more adjustments. His dedication to providing exceptional customer service makes him an all star winner in my top Exceptional Customer Care list of the best service found in Maryland businesses. WAY TO GO JAMES!!

While major consumer items are well represented (laptops, phones, TVs),They understandably dont have a large selection of staples in stock (signal splitters).Service is very good, which is why I shop there, but checkout lines are sometimes too long because today they combined with people seeking customer service. Go figure...?

I get having a 14 day return policy on electronics but thats a pretty broad brush for everythjng best buy sells. add in covid19 and the desire to NOT go intona store and sometimes making it in can be a challenge. Was denied an even exchange because it being 14 days after purchase, was offered a gift card option but do not shop at best buy enough to make me want that option.
Well ..I should know that Best Buy doesnt carry every thing on their website. The lower end adapter ($2.99) isnt available at the store, but they did have the $10 equivalent. I figured I would just buy the cheaper one online. I also needed some speaker wire but the 50 ft I wanted was mislabeled and was going to cost $5 more. I left empty handed and decided to search other suppliers. Even with a delivery fee, I found it cheaper to get what I needed elsewhere.
The tv/computer associate really knew what he was talking about and knew the inventory.
Its what it is. If you need tech repaired, their wait time is long, look to local businesses. They have lots of new equipment. Watch for the walmartification where they demand a cheaper price from the manufacturer and they get a cheaper made product to offer customers.

I was frustrated with phone issues and had been to another Best buy (Arundel Mills) they said I needed an appointment to purchase an in stock phone so I came to Annapolis.. I was helped by Cheyenne and she was so friendly & nice, she was very overwhelmed with multiple customers and amazed me with her grace in juggling us all and keeping us occupied at once.. she was very patient with finding me a phone as my Verizon SIM card was not cooperating and she didnt give up until she was able to get me out the door with a brand new working phone.. I am so grateful to her for her determination in helping me and everyone else around her, she truly is a super star and I hope someone in the company recognizes her as a valuable asset to their team..
