I recently went into Bayside to trade in a used car and purchase something else. As soon as I walk in the staff greeted me right away! They were extremely nice and polite from the moment I walked in. While conducting business everyone was so nice and offered me candy, food, beverages throughout my whole time at Bayside. Andrea was amazing and great to work with! The store was very clean and was a positive environment to conduct business. We were able to make a deal and I’ll def return to Bayside in the future!! This is not your normal dealership, they went over the top with their service and getting a deal done!
I had a great experience with their service department. The service guy (Tony) kept me informed and up to date through the process. They even sent a guy to pick up my Jeeps hood key when I forgot to leave it with them, so they went beyond expectations for me.
Wonderful dealership! Very accommodating, not pushy at all! They took our old jeep even though they didn’t deal with the leasing company! Plus they didn’t have the jeep my daughter wanted, so they sat and helped her build it the way she wanted! Andrea went above and beyond and Dean was an excellent salesman!
Recently worked with Gio. I’m about 4 hours away from the dealership and found i truck I wanted to purchase.When I called I got Gio and explained I wanted to get an estimate on my trade. He didn’t push and ask what I wanted to buy, just explained the process. He had me a fair estimate in a few hours.After I got my financing squared away we set up a time for me to come down and get the new truck. When I got there everyone was very friendly and the process was quick.I would recommend this dealership and Gio to anyone. My fiancé bought a truck last night from Dave Harris. Dave was absolutely amazing. I dread sitting in dealerships but Dave made it nice and personalized our experience at the dealership. Had great conversation while waiting to hear from the finance company. He, the rest of the staff (TJ, another salesman and I believe the girls name was Andrea) were so kind to our 6 year old that was there thru the whole thing. They never tried to BS us. I bought a used Subaru Outback from Bayside. I traveled an hour and a half to the dealer. The dealership was easy to find, the price was fair, my experience was great. My sales consultant was Usman. Usman was extremely responsive. He answered my questions directly and clearly. I have been searching for a specific year, color, milage and package for over six months. I had contacted many dealers over those months, all would send me vague emails never answering my clear and frankly uncomplicated questions about the cars, or try to sell me something I clearly was not asking for. Usman was different. He sent me a video of the car, he was flexible when I changed our appointment time. He followed up with an easy and non invasive text. He did all the right things. As I said I spent a lot of time researching the vehicle so when I did the test drive and looked over the car he gave me the space and time I needed. he came along on my test drive when I told him I was unfamiliar with the area. He was calm, efficient and considerate with my time. I love my car and would recommend Bayside and Usman for a thorough, yet easy car buying experience.
I cant get the service department to answer the phone. They have no voicemail. I tried the parts manager and, at least, could leave a message. My online inquiry last week didnt get any response either. Id like to get my jeep serviced there, if theyd only talk to me.

Called and was told to set-up an appointment for a recall online when no one in service answered so I did. I night dropped my vehicle so the recall could be done and then Im told that the parts are on back order on the morning of the service. Then I go get my Jeep and my night drop envelope had never been opened. In the interest of excellent customer service,, they couldve at least washed my vehicle on this nice day for my inconvenience that was unnecessary. As a life long Jeep owner this service is extremely disappointing, but a lesson learned.

Took my Dodge Challenger in to have an axle replaced under warranty. Service adviser and everyone I spoke with during my visit were great and they had my car fixed in timely manner. HOWEVER, a week after getting it back I was taking my wheels off to thoroughly clean them and immediately noticed the axle nut was at the end of the bolt, like the tech hand threaded it on then completely forgot about it. Adams service department is closed on weekends so left a voicemail with my adviser stating what I found. I had to go through the hassle of renting axle sockets and wrenching it down myself. Wish theyd been at least courteous enough to contact me back promptly the following business day, cause it was work by them not done correctly.
I couldnt have asked for a better first-time buying experience! Andrea was so helpful! I was out of state looking for a car, and she helped me every step of the way. From choosing which car I was interested in, to pricing and financing, everything was done via email in a few days. All I needed to do when I got to the dealership was sign the papers. I had a wonderful experience at Adams Jeep. I had a spur of the moment trip there to look at a Mercedes on the used car lot. I was allowed to do a longer test drive and loved the car but realized I did not want a car. I had no pressure from my sales associate Caroline or any one in the sales department. I thought about it and found my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited on line and called to ask for a test drive. I drove it an ultimately ended up buying it that night. The Jeep needed rotors and Adams fixed it without hesitation. I brought the Jeep home and drove it the next day and the headlight was out and would work sporadically. I called Caroline and told her what was going on, they looked at it and put a new bulb in for me. I am super happy with my experience there and Caroline was super nice an not pushy at all for me to get a car. I am a Jeep girl from now on and when it comes time to get another one they will be the only place I will go. Nice and locally owned.
My first visit to Bayside chrysler dodge dealer in annapolis and came out with a great car. 2 weeks ago my wife my kids and I went out looking for a car so we stop at the chysler dealership in annapolis just looking around to see if we could find a nice car that would fit our budget so we were greet by Mike, great guy came out checking if we were OK and asked us to come inside. it was a hot day he offered us drinks and make our time pleasant.Now I have purchased cars before from other places and sometimes is a pain waiting many hours and insted of being a good day for getting a new car you end up having a bad boring day, so the funny thing is my family and I were in the dealership not more than 2 hours and we did all the proces we went for a ride around the streets in annapolis we came back and Mike explained very kindly that the car was in perfect shape and had not problems. We had a great day mike help us through the process from the beginning to the end my wife was very happy with her new car and I was happy for having Mike as our sales person. So if anybody reads this review I hope is helpful at the time of looking for a car for your family and ask for mike he will make sure you go home happy and not have to go to wait all the hours that normally other dealers make you wait.
Great service department. The first dealership I took my vehicle to in Glen Burnie couldnt figure out an issue I have been having with my Jeep. Within 20 minutes of my appointment arrival, they had diagnosed the issue and started getting parts gathered to do the repair. Very professional and I would recommend anyone that has an issue with their vehicle to make an appointment here right away.
I wrote a review when it was Adams, now Bayside but the same great staff. For new vehicles, I recommend salesman David Harris. No back and forth pricing but a honest price from the start with a great and competitive trade in. Good service from the service department today as well. Thanks Bayside!

Whether you are a first time buyer, or a frequent flyer, go to Adams for your purchase! From the minute you walk in the door, you feel like you are a VIP customer. They take the time to make you feel welcome (kids too) and comfortable with your decision. They worked extremely hard to make sure that I walked out with exactly what I wanted and have been amazing at following up with any questions I have. If youre heading in, ask for Andrea! She was so funny and excellent with my three kids! I drove almost two hours just to shop at this dealership, because I heard what a great place it is, and I was NOT disappointed!
UPDATE: a year after buying my car from them, discovered issues with brake pads being changed without changing the rotors (despite otherwise being claimed), areas of rust, one of the tires is out of round. Dishonest place. They do their own state inspections, which may explain how this car passed too.My experience is horrible. I am super busy and have just moved to Maryland. In August 2020, sales helped me find a car, told me I would get tags immediately, said that there was a 3-month warranty, and delivered the car to me with all the paperwork.Upon delivery, there were no tags, I asked why and they claimed that they could not do them because I had an out of state drivers license (should have told me that BEFORE delivering the car).Couple of weeks later and the car started making a weird clunking sound from the front. Took the car to service; they claimed that there is nothing wrong with the car and that its coming from the dashboard (it is not) and would take a lot of time and effort to dismantle so they will not do it. Got the car checked by 2 separate mechanics and both agree that 2 or 3 engine mounts are shot and need replacement. Took car to service AGAIN who claimed that they have just changed the engine mounts and will not change them again, and that the sound is still coming from the dashboard.Also, title was taking forever to process. I called Bayside and each time I got the same answer (COVID delays). Called the MVA myself and turns out there was an error with the paperwork. They kept blaming it on my credit union. Even if it was not their direct fault, they could have at least looked into it instead of brushing it off for weeks. They did not even take the time to send me temporary tags after mine expired 2 months ago.Now it has been 4 months since I bought the car and I have no title, expired temporary tags, and around $1,000 to pay to replace engine mounts.

Many others were fake prices that only apply if youre in the military, etc. A very good staff that seemed more interested in my goals vs. making s sale.

I met with Dave (my salesperson) to look at a new Ram 1500. I was not even sure that I was going to purchase a truck at that point but he and the sales manager worked up a price based on the budget I had for a work vehicle. It was a tight budget and they were able to make it work. There was no pressure, just honest info and a promise to not play games like other dealers. Two days later, I called my salesperson but he was off that day. They gave me his cell and I told him I was ready to seriously consider purchasing the truck that day and I had a small window of time. Since he would not be there, he called the dealership and had Jen work with me on the deal. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. I just needed to make sure the trade-in was going to be a fair price. The sales manager gave me a figure but said he had another wholesaler who he was waiting on. I was already working on paperwork from the best price offer when he came over to say he was able to get $600 more for my trade-in! How many dealerships do that? I highly recommend this dealership. I have never trusted a dealership more than this one. My skin usually crawls with other dealers as I wait for the games to begin, but not here. Do yourself a favor and make them your go to dealership.

We purchased our very first Jeep here in 1987 and have continued with service there as well with numerous Chrysler cards and then Grand Cherokees thereafter. Today, I experienced something no military family should have to endure. I had some lights replaced and wanted to provide payment, but I did not have the actual credit card on me. The cashier and her cashier buddy refused to take my mothers credit card via iphone picture nor over the phone, they also refused to take my deployed husbands credit card (with the same last name as me) because I did not have the card in hand, just the photograph and credit card information. This was a completely avoidable scenario. My file at Adams Jeep is thick with past services as a paying customer....to be treated this way was embarrassing especially without any compassion from the Adams Jeep team.
Im one who prefers to use the dealer for most of my repairs just have always had better experience with them plus my Dad worked in the industry and always recommended it as well. Adams has been my dealer for over 10 years now and I always have a great experience. My extended warranty is through them and my most recent visit was fabulous - was entirely covered save for the cost of a spark plug by the warranty agreement. Never even talked cost with anyone. I hate having to go there - but when I do have to - its always a great result!

Most unresponsive service department in the industry. They are not too bad if youre lucky enough to get somebody on the phone, but its rare when youre able to connect with somebody and I have never received a return call when I leave a message. It is nearly impossible to schedule service. I like Jeep vehicles but will never buy one again given the lack of support.

Had vehicle for 4 days to do an alignment, still couldn’t get it straight. Reason I needed a alignment was bc they replaced my steering column.... started having a squeaky dash ever since.... took it to a different dealer and they confirmed none of the bolts were tightened down. Don’t waste your time at this dealership.
Had an appointment for an oil change at 1pm. I arrived at 12:50pm and my truck didnt go into the shop until 1:50pm. I finally got out of there at 2:25. An hour and a half is good time to do an oil change if you have to mine the oil first.
Worst service department I have ever visited. For multiple reasons. After scheduling a simple oil and transmission fluid service and transmission noise/shift issues diagnosis walked away paying more $1,100, would have been more if not for a military discount offer. The service tech informed me I needed a spark plug change, per recommendation of manufacture, never started my truck or informed me of any others experiencing problems with OEM plugs installed at the time of manufacturing. Bad on me for not pulling out my manual and reading this is not recommended for another 40,000 miles. Also sitting in waiting room for just a short time witnessed a few phone interactions that were unprofessional, in my opinion and if the customers on the other sides of the conversation would have been in the same room, been offended with the techs actions and conversations with the other techs once they hung up. After I called the dealership to confirm my truck was done and was picking it up never had any explanation of services nor outcome of diagnosis for a transmission problem, I had to track down service tech and ask to explain what all had been done. Left frustrated and now truck drives worse than before my visit. Recommendation is to not take any vehicles to Adams for service! Also submitted formal complaint to Ram and was informed Adams has compiled data indicating all Ram 2500 with the 6.4 engine require plugs change 40K miles sooner than manufacture recommendation. Ram complaint depart had not information on such and told me I was out of options for recourse, siding with Adams without support data or manufacturing recommendation.

Zack, the salesman that helped me purchase my new Cherokee, was extremely friendly, honest, and knowledgeable about the car. He even helped me set up some of the features. Adams Jeeps president, Bobby, was extremely helpful as well, and went out of his way to ensure I got exactly what I wanted in my vehicle.I got a great vehicle at an even greater price. I spent $23,000 on a Jeep and when they gave me the keys after it had been “getting detailed” it was clearly not touched. I even mentioned specifically that the visor mirrors were especially dirty and they were exactly the same and covered in old makeup after the “detail.”Unfortunately, I was so excited to drive my new Jeep I didn’t notice this until I got home so I ended up cleaning it myself.It’s a shame because everything else was great but I felt like once they knew they had my money, they didn’t care about service.
My wife and I had the most amazing experience. We had Nicole Mulcare for our Salesperson. She did an amazing job, she didn’t try and force us to buy the car. Her team really backed us up when applying for financing and getting money off. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. 10/10
Talked to an owner of a Dodge Ram and asked him questions about the vehicle, plus where did he purchase. He said Adams in Annapolis and I highly recommend Andrea,.Contacted Andrea, within minutes received email explaining the different trim levels and a youtube video covering all but the Warlock since it is the Classic body style.Following reviewing the video, scheduled an appointment. Upon my arrival for sure Andrea made me feel very comfortable, plus blew me away with her knowledge of the options. Seriously the 1st vehicle she showed me met all but two of my options. I went to this dealership to buy a used car. This dealership was up on its game that day. One of the sales managers immediately assigned me a sales agent, Nicole. Nicole was very helpful and professional throughout the sale- purchase process.She explained the process of buying and financing in very simple and understanding way. I got the invoice for the car and took it to my bank. It was a long story. The bank asked me to go to the dealership and give them a call from the dealership; and I was not get worried because they approved my loan application. When I went back to buy the car from dealership the bank was ready with the funds. Nicole, get me approved at the dealership at very good rate, rate comparable to what my bank wanted to give me the car loan for.I purchased the car, but didn’t have a second driver to who could help me drive my new car home. The dealership took care of that too that. I am very pleased. I think the dealership went over and beyond to help get me with ease through what was could have been a very stressful process.I recommend this dealership to anyone.
Tried getting a price quote online with Steven McElroy, the Sales Manager. He told me he will not show me the worksheet with the details of the lease (like residual, money factor, etc), and that it was laughable of me to compare prices from dealers near me. Very shady dealership, who knows what kind of scams or extra profits they’re trying to work into the deal. He quoted me at $200+ a month higher than a dealership in his same area, with the same MSRP! Stay away!
I had recall work done on my Wrangler on 2/20/17. Ive used other Jeep dealership service departments in the Baltimore/Annapolis area for routine maintenance (oil changes mostly) and have always gotten the constant up-sell (well, sir...you really should have this and that done too, while youre in here), to the point that I would only use dealer service when I had to (i.e. factory recall work). And heaven forbid I take a wrong turn into the sales area...somebody might try to talk me into selling my current vehicle because were having this AMAZING end-of-month sale on NEW cars!I expected to get a call in the afternoon telling me that the recall work had been completed, but that I really should consider having my (insert $500 maintenance task here) taken care of that I really should consider replacing my (insert $800 part here), etc., etc.Much to my surprise, in addition to my Jeep being ready much sooner than I anticipated, there were no additional service recommendations. They had done exactly what I asked. Mike, the service rep who called, was very pleasant and was more than happy to walk my key/receipt over to the sales receptionist desk so that I could pick up after 6:00pm.When I arrived around 7:30pm and looked slightly confused about where I should go, a very helpful gentleman from the used car building came out to assist and walked me to the receptionist desk in the new sales building. The woman at the receptionist desk - who may have been waiting just for me, as she left for the night as I was walking to my Jeep - couldnt have been more friendly.All of the above is not really remarkable, in and of itself...but its not what Ive come to expect when dealing with car dealerships and their service departments. But based on my experience, albeit my first and relatively brief, Adams does not appear to be that kind of dealership. From my first contact making the appointment to picking up my keys, I was impressed with the vibe that I got and the manner in which I was served.I would definitely go back to Adams. Thanks for treating me like a customer, not a sales target.
I had an amazing experience buying a car from here. I was looking to buy my first car and a friend of mine had just bought a car from Adams and recommended it to me. Not only was the salesmen, Zack, incredibly helpful, but everyone who worked there was as well. I expected my first car buying experience to be less than pleasant but Zack and the whole team at Adams made it so easy and hassle-free for me. Their customer service was amazing and I was able to walk out of there with a great car.

Had car in for recall service and an oil change. Actual customer service wasnt bad as it was friendly and helpful. But I think my expectations were a little higher. When you take your car to the trained experts, you expect them to find and recommend anything else that you may need. If the low hanging fruit that I know it needs was missed, what else didnt they find?I left my car in the morning expecting a call earlier in the afternoon with additional work needed but never got the call. I had to call to get an update at 4:30. If I had received a call earlier I likely wouldve been inclined to have them do any extra work needed. But since it was late in the day, there wasnt any time to even start on it, let alone finish it before I had to pick it up.A recall service and/or low priced oil change are great opportunities to get cars in the shop that they possibly wouldnt see otherwise... An opportunity to wow and possibly gain a repeat customer. I think they missed the opportunity this time.

Mike Lowe was a great salesman. He listened to what I was interested in, then made helpful suggestions. He showed me all the cars I wanted to see and then one I hadnt considered but fit my criteria. He also let me test drive all of them (without coming along - something I appreciate a lot). He was very accommodating, also helping me trade in a car. I love my new Patriot, and it was a smooth process that made me feel great about purchasing!

My girlfriend took her Jeep to this place about four weeks ago for electrical problems. They claimed they fixed it and charged her for the repair. Last week, the car exhibited the same symptoms, so she had it towed back to them and left a voicemail.Later, they called her and asked why shed left her car. It appears they dont check their voicemail.Three days went by without hearing from them again, so she called. They said the problem was their fault. Theyd hooked up something backwards.Oopsie. Silly mechanic.(Your fault, but you didnt even offer to pay the tow bill?)And the delay in calling her? They said they wanted to let it sit for a few days.Uh, no. That isnt how electricity works.When I picked her up to go get her car from them, the woman who answered the phone sounded annoyed with her. It seems we shouldnt bother her with such things as picking up a car from a dealers service department. But we went anyway, and through some magic, someone helpful appeared. Thank you for being a good human being, J.D.And now Im taking her home without her car. Why? Flat tire. Sitting there in the shop. We dont know how it happened. But we do know that nobody in that car dealership knows how to change a tire.

I had found a web deal for a RAM 1500, and while there may have been an error on the listing, they honored the price and I was able to get the truck I wanted.The staff was a real pleasure, and after I told them the deal I wanted, they made it happen.They also fixed a scratch I found after driving off the lot - without question.Great team over there, and a great experience.
My reason for contacting Adams Jeep was its close proximity to where I live. This is definitely a dealership that I would recommend people going out of their way. Rodney worked with me to get the vehicle that I wanted close to the price point that I set out to spend. The transission from Adams to Bayside had alot of issues.....the parts department may have suffered the most when trying to order parts.....Bobby Adams should not have sold to the big chain but at some point we all grow tired and are ready to move on....there are some great employees there that will keep you going back.....if you have a bad experience and get frustrated I always believe in a second try and then fully pass a judgment....i had a bad experience but that was during a transition they may work the bugs out next time I go
Today was the worst experience we have ever encountered at a dealership. We dropped of our vehicle in the AM for a recall repair. We called the service center around 5pm for an update. We were told that our vehicle was ready for pickup. We were told the number they were calling was disconnected. Mike Kent wrote down the wrong number when we dropped off the vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership I asked Mike Kent how was the repair done? He said behind the steering wheel and glove box. When my wife entered the vehicle she noticed the radio console was not in place and the dashboard was buckled. We brought this to Mike Kent attention and he denied any wrongdoing by the Tech. Mike Kent said he would ask the Tech about the situation. Mike Kent came back and informed us the Tech said they did not complete the repair by removing the console. We were parked in front of the entrance and we watched Mike Kent walk by his desk and return with an answer from the Tech. He LIED!! We informed Mike Kent that we didnt drop off our vehicle in this condition and he started Yelling for no reason. I told Mike Kent he needed to lower his voice because we were not raising ours. He said we were not going to make him do anything. We were not sure what he meant by that statement. I informed Mike we needed to speak with someone else, so I walked inside and spoke with I believe Jeff and he said I had to call tomorrow and speak with Sue. I returned to our vehicle and I told Mike Kent that we didnt appreciate him yelling and displaying poor customer service. Mike Kent said oh you havent seen me Yell yet. I informed Mike Kent he had a problem if he thought his Yelling was professional.Its obvious Mike Kent has mental health issues and needs a refresher in customer service. Customers and employees were walking by looking at Mike Kent shaking their heads.

In many ways, my experience was like staying at a 5 STAR hotel. The dealership, salesperson, managers, customer service, and of course my new Jeep Renegade are top of the line and of the highest quality.Here’s the story:On a rainy Wednesday, I decided that I wanted to test-drive a Jeep. Not the best idea on a wet, ugly weather day but nevertheless, it was going to happen. I goggled the nearest dealer to my home and found Adams. Once there, Zack greeted me and within minutes, we were in a new Renegade Limited and on the road. The next day, I drove home in my new, super detailed, totally awesome Jeep. What transpired within a 24- hour period was the best purchasing experience ever. Zack and his managers accommodated my specific requests and found the perfect match along with the perfect price.In my opinion, Zack and the Adams team have exemplary customer service skills. I had a great experience at Adams and had an extremely helpful sales associate (Zach Lucas). Everyone at the dealership was kind and courteous. What really stood out was the attentiveness I felt I had before and after. I was able to get into the car, which Zach had ready for me, was able to ask questions and had features walked through before starting the test drive. It was an interesting experience for us to drive 18 miles from our house to Adams Chrysler when there is a Chrysler dealer two miles from our home. But when we received a call from David Harris there was something about his calm, professional, honest demeaner that inspired us to accept his invitation to come out to Adams Chrysler and discuss our interest in a new 2019 Pacifica. Buying a new car can be a stressful experience, but Dave made it easy...comfortable...pleasurable, and most of all fun. I was in the market to get a new truck. A friend bought a truck a couple months ago and referred me to see Andrea at Adams Dodge. She is great! Originally, They didnt have the truck I was looking for. She was able to track one down and have it transported over to the dealership. She was very helpful and knowledgeable with everything. It was quick, easy, and the price was good. Also, She is still very helpful today with any questions or anything that I need for the truck. My experience with the Adams Dealership and Service Department was great today, when my Jeep finally needed its 5000 mile servicing. But my experiencES with this Dealership have been superior again and again! When we moved to this area, I brought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler to them for servicing; in January of this year, I purchased a brand new 1941 Commemorative Model Jeep Wrangler Sahara-4 door!
