Great breakfast burritos made to order when you order. They come out hot with a couple different sauces. The Hot one is really hot. 🥵

The frozen hot chocolate here is beyond delicious. Thank you to my barista Liz for making me a great drink super quickly. Awesome service, and good vibes in the shop. Happy they use paper straws here as well. If you order food, make sure to pick it up at the food truck out back because that is where they prepare it.

The coffee smoothies seem to be what the locals come for, and I can see why 👀 they are delicious! And the avocado toast was really good too 😩 I can’t wait to take all my friends here!!

Hands down one of my favorite coffee shops on my road trip from Rhode Island to California. This place was everything I needed from amazing service to fantastic food. Not captured in the photo is the moment I spilled some of my drink on me because I could not get enough of that delicious chai latte. The baristas are super insightful and helpful. Check this place out and perhaps it might make the top of your list too!

Smelled amazing in the parking lot, uphill from there. The cold brew mocha with oat milk was delicious without being overly sweet. The hot mocha latte (whole milk) was just perfect. Not bitter, not sweet, but packed with a ton of deep flavor. I cant wait til the next time I have to be south&east of bmore so I can excuse myself for another Rise Up trip. In the meantime, the k-cups (totally reasonably priced) will have to tide us over.

We both had a simple coffee, mine straight up coffee and my husbands had cream and sugar. It was super busy, but they had coffees moving quickly. The coffee was hot and had a robust fresh ground smell and taste.

While their coffee is good, IF made properly, lately the Annapolis location has been lacking in service and attention. Twice waited half an hour for two coffees, one lacking the lavender flavor I had ordered. They needed to redo that.A few days later returned. Asked for a hot and cold drink. Got two cold drinks and that was also after a half an hour wait. Returned a third time and got a hot and cold drink. The hot latte with lavender again and it was just a regular bland latte. Had to ask for some actual flavor. At least it wasn’t a half an hour wait this time, but the last three experiences have been more irritating than good.

My wife and I really like the Rise Up Coffee brand. We had been to some of their other locations so when we found out Annapolis had one, we had to go!We came in on a Saturday morning and it was PACKED.Its a small-ish location and doesnt have much indoor seating, but does have some outdoor seating in the front, around the side of the building as well as the back. There was a huge a line going outside, but the wait went by fairly quick! And unlike the other locations weve been to, they dont have a full kitchen. They had a food truck in the back called Mad Eggs who was handling their food orders. So you order at the coffee counter, but pick up food at the truck.Rise Up Coffee is ON POINT. The espresso is smooth and I love the cold brew. The iced Matcha here is also good, but the coffee is the winner!Foodwise, I really like the burritos. But the biscuit is super dry and not as good as other locations. So stick to the burritos!Service is good.Prices are reasonable.A great addition to Annapolis!

First off, I LOVE the coffee. The reason I dinged one star here is the craziness that exists trying to get into this store and then get your order. Parking is a nightmare so most will park at the neighboring Melting Pot. Waiting for your order to come up is craziness because names or order numbers are not written on cups to know whose drink came up in what order. My vanilla latte walked out the door with someone who ordered two people behind me; she just happened to be standing closer than me to the counter. Including the online drinks being prepared, I had to wait another 5 minutes before the next vanilla latte came out.

This is a local coffee chain from Eastern Shore of Maryland. Delicious coffee and competitive prices vs the national chain. With all thing equal, I always support local. I cant think of any reason not to choose Rise Up.

One of my fave copy spots. Im a super fan of their XL Iced Lattes and switch up on the flavors but all are delicious. My fave for Autumn is Pumpkin Hazelnut.Staff is always friendly and helpful and I love their merch and that they sell Wild Kombucha.Love Rise Up!

The coffee smoothie is a must! So many great items to try and great local coffee.

This is a small but popular coffee shop. I spent several hours in the space and I am unsure if they offer WiFi as I didn’t see anything visible on my computer and no signage. The coffee was well made and polite staff. I will say in the two hours at the shop I never saw one employee go around and clean the tables or floors which seemed to have a lot of crumbs even when arriving Saturday at 10am which is concerning. Also, I didn’t know they had a coffee rewards program until at the end of my stay when they offered a card to a customer. My pictures show the space and crumbs which were there before my order.

Just need to be able to put a pick up time on the web page.

Not pleased! Whoever the female Rise Up employee in front of me was, she needs some situational awareness. She couldn’t make up her mind as to what food/beverage she wanted. She was then joined by two other customers she was paying for who were equally indecisive. This is the second time this has happened to me with an employee at this shop.😬

Tried this spot for the first time today. I always see a ton of people going in and eating there. Today, I only had coffee, next time I will try the food. The coffee was good. Worth the trip.

Great customer service, you feel a great vibe in this place.I wanted to private message manager of this place but didn’t find a way to do so.I would like to help improve this place by saying that baristas need more education/training in the art of making drinks, one thing that disappointed me a bit is that my 12oz oat latte apparently came with a single espresso shot, which made my drink taste more like oat than coffee (other 2 family members said the same)Keep up the good work, great coffee for the price

First time and was impressed. Tried this place because last couple times at Starbucks at various locations I threw away the coffee because it tasted horrible.The young guy working the counter was very nice and engaged in appropriate conversation. He described the coffee’s very appropriately. Coffee tasted good and for less than $5 was able to get two cups. My only gripe is parking.... very small and hard to get out of.

Ive passed by Rise Up all the time and this time I figured Id give it a try. Let me tell you Risers Up is a great place for a nice cup of Joe. I normally get a Chi latte but with a twist. How I ordered it I was told by another customer that they would have to try it. When got it it was just as I expected. Thanks Rise Up ☕

I regularly get my frozen coffee from here during the week and Kelsey and Willie are great. I went today, which is Saturday, and the costumer service was BAD. I waited a long time as I sat there and watched customer after customer who came in after me get their drinks and leave. No one had started my frozen coffee yet so I approached the counter and told the young lady who was making the coffees why my coffee was taking so long and why people who came after me have come and go. She sarcastically says to me ...sorry, that’s the way it goes with frozen drinks. I shared with her my dissatisfaction with that kind of attitude and service and she says to me that I can take it up with the manager who was standing right there the whole time and didn’t say anything. Then a young man starts making my coffee and he does not have gloves on and uses his bare hands to pick up my straw and put it in my cup. I addressed him regarding that and he stated that he was allergic to gloves which I followed up with then use a napkin! I am sharing my experience today in hopes that the owner will see it and address it.

Emily was super friendly and very helpful when it came to my questions about the vegan options. I got the maple latte with oat milk and the happy cow burrito, it was excellent! I’m going back there for a second day in a row while I’m here on vacation.

This is my new coffee place! I cant believe I havent come here before. I live in Annapolis and I pass several other coffee places, including Starbucks, to get here. Its worth it. I get an iced caramel latte. Other places Ive gone it was too weak. Tasted like all milk. Other places it was too sweer. This is just right!

Two times weve been there and two times theyve been rude. There are a lot of places to get a cup of coffee. Ill pass on this one from now on. (And, for the record, scroll down and look how management responds to reviews on here and that should give you a really good idea of why the staff is so rude... after reading the way they responded on here to someone who wrote a poor review, Ive decided Im done with the brand as a whole. Ive ordered coffee online quite a bit and gotten their coffee at a place in KI and a restaurant that serves it. Now Im done. I wont support a brand that is rude to its customers).

We LOVE Rise Up coffee! I do wish their parking was a little better. l doubt they can do much about that.

Ive only been here once but I absolutely love it! I got black tea and was able to get as many refills on hot water as I needed. I came early in the morning (around opening) and there wasnt many people there but as time went on (a couple hours) the place started to get crowded. The service was wonderful, very friendly and kind. My only complaint is that parking is kind of confusing, especially in the dark. I look forward to going again tho, for sure!

The shores best coffee crossed the bridge! A must-get if youre a coffee drinker and havent tried it (or even if you have!). Plus light food options too. Its seriously great!

The service is fast and friendly. I would love if the non-dairy milk selections were improved. The almond milk used is very bitter when added to coffee or when going to another location was sweetened.

I absolutely love Rise Up! Theyre super friendly always and without a doubt have the best coffee drinks in all of the Annapolis area. Their latte, even with the extra shot I have them put in, lacks that bitter aftertaste that the other coffee shops have. Hands down, one of the best coffee house I have ever been to, East or West coast.

Delicious coffee and treats. The parking lot can get hectic, but usually ok to park next door at Melting Pot in the morning/afternoon. Some outdoor seating, inside can be a bit cramped. Love the $2 self-serve coffee.

Coffee was great! The only thing is that the parking lot can be a bit of a bear; not much parking and I had a sign placed on my window when I parked for 5 minutes at the place nextdoor. Would be very hard in the morning rush.

The servers are rude and inattentive. I needed a gift card for Christmas and left sorry I entered the building.
