Ashley and her team were amazing! Super easy to reach, friendly service, and great cakes! We had a 3 tiered wedding cake with red velvet, strawberry champagne, and lemon berry, and a gluten free chocolate cake. Our guests could not pick a favorite! We had a Spring wedding and went with a wildflower theme which Ashley was able to bring to life and the cake was beautiful and delicious!

Fantastic! My husband ordered my birthday cake from here because I wanted to go to Paris. The cake was PERFECT! So much so that for Valentines Day, when I realized theyd be open until 4pm, I jumped in my car at 3:00pm and drove the 30 minutes just to buy more sweets. I had no idea what to get so I asked the staff - who was INCREDIBLE AND KIND - what they recommended (once I decided on a cake) and I was not disappointed. The cake was SOOOO delicious!This is only the 2nd time Ive had anything from here but between the kind and friendly customer service and the amazing cakes I will travel here any day for their sweets!Oh and the cake was SO good that I did a second spin cycle work out after the first piece so I could feel good about having a second slice! Totally worth it!

I would give 0 if I could. Disorganized, rude staff. Don’t get your wedding cake from here, they will tell you you’ll get a replica of your top layer for your 1 year and then not follow through. They will blame you when they don’t return phone calls as well, and lose online orders you place. Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else.

Purchased the 6 inch chocolat amour cake and 6 macarons for my moms birthday today; the ladies inside were lovely and the cake and macarons were delicious. absolutely a hit and definitely recommend.

I ordered a peach cobbler cupcake, and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! It was so good that I cut it in half so that I could savor the flavor a little longer 😋. I will definitely be going back.

Everything about this patisserie is absolutely divine! I have been coming here for several years mainly for the french macarons. They are hands down, the best macarons I have had outside of France. The quality of ingredients and baking truly shines through. My boyfriend wanted to do something special for my quarantine birthday, and knowing my love of Sweet Hearts, he ordered this custom floral birthday cake for me. He said the ordering process was easy and the customer service was outstanding. As you can see, this cake is an absolute work of art! The pictures dont really do it justice, it is simply divine. Once we had the heart to cut into the cake, we found the most delightful, flavorful cake either of us have ever had. This cake made my quarantine birthday extra special.Additionally, Ive ordered several online shipments from Sweet Hearts, and each has been delivered on-time in perfect condition. The package I sent to my grandmother had a stunning assortment of baked goods, sweets, and tea. Being in quarantine alone, she was so thrilled to receive a beautiful package.Sweet Hearts is hands down THE place for all things sweet in Annapolis. I promise you, you will not be disappointed!

Cane here because a different shop was closed. The macarons didnt have the usual crunch to them. Same with the almond croissant. Its a sweets shop, not a french bakery. Would not come back for those items

We bought our cake & petit fours from here for our wedding in 2016 & they were delicious! My husband & I thought we didnt like red velvet cake, but the red velvet cake they make here is SO delicious that we actually ended up choosing it for our cake! The petit fours were also so, so good. If we are ever in the area again in the future we will definitely visit them again.

We purchased a variety box that included macarons and petit fours and everything in there was amazing. We are already talking about a return trip.

Macaroon is good, not classic untouchable crispy texture, it’s more kind of chewy? Small cake is also good, rich flavor but a little sweet. Anyway, overall... my favorite is croissant!

Amazing every single time I’ve been. The frosting on there cake and cupcakes, is so smooth. The macaroons are very soft, not too sweet. Everything is perfect, and I love coming in when I’m in the area. I normally despise cake but there cake is wonderful.

Oh my goodness their cake is one of the best Ive had in a ver very long time! Its cake is moist, the frosting had the perfect consistency of creaminess and sweetness without it being irritatingly sweet. It had crunch, I mean this cake have it all! It was delicious!!! I can go on and on about how good this care was but I think you ought to try it for yourself!!!

The cupcakes lack flavour and texture. They look so good but don’t taste good at all! They are dry and stiff instead of soft and moist. Wouldn’t visit the place again!

We had a fabulous baby shower and the cake from sweethearts was the star!!!We ordered the Citronesse 8” cake and It was gorgeous !! The cake was moist and the raspberry lemon filling was delicious . We also hot the coconut passionfruit, and it was very good too just a matter of taste!! Beautiful presentation and excellent tasteThank you for making the shower even more special !!

Incroyable! That was the freshest cupcake I have ever eaten in recent memory. Fresh strawberries topped with lemon curd icing buttercream and then Strawberry Shortcake cupcake with fresh strawberry cream buttercream frosting... Yum.

Sweet Hearts Patisserie was nothing short of wonderful to work with for our wedding. Unlike a lot of other vendors, they were on the ball and needed little to direction. Communicating with them was easy, pleasant, and concise. We had a very specific vision and flavors we wanted and they did not disappoint. Our cake was absolutely beautiful, so delicious, and everyone couldnt stop raving about it. We looked at several other bakeries and knew right away we wanted to work with Ashley and Sweet Hearts Patisserie. I highly recommend Sweet Hearts Patisserie for any occasion!

In July I had a very impromptu wedding ceremony with close friends and family due to our big wedding getting canceled. We planned in under a month and I knew I had to have sweet hearts make my cake. They did NOT disappoint. They made us samples even though they weren’t doing tastings, and even threw in French Macarons since we were going to do a order of those as well! My cake was delicious and absolutely beautiful as were the Macarons. The customer service was amazing and the experience was overall wonderful during such stressful times. My husband always gets me Macarons from here whenever he passes by, they are the best I’ve had! Very happy I was able to support local business during Covid as well. Thank you sweet hearts!

This place is always a great experience. Great sweet treats from cakes to something smaller. From the minute I walk in the door Im greeted with a friendly face. Their desserts are better than the gourmet place a couple doors down.

If you have a sweet tooth that you cant control, then avoid Sweet Hearts Patisserie! The sweets are DELICIOUS and you cannot just eat one. You can taste the quality ingredients in every bite. A sweet and a good cup of coffee = heaven.

The Pastries are amazing here. Their Almond Croissants are to die for. so as their cakes and Macaroons. I love pretty much everything they bake plus their hot chocolates are the real deal. The Hot Chocolates tastes more cacao than added sugar and peripherals. A must try!

The place is very very aesthetically pleasing! I was deterred a bit at first because they’re a bit pricey; however, the price is 100% worth it. I got 4 cupcakes and they were some of the best I’ve ever had. I definitely recommend stopping in!

Id heard they have good cupcakes and Im a HUGE cupcake fan, so I went to check them out. Sorely disappointed in the paltry selection. They maybe had half a dozen flavors. The cupcakes I got were tasty enough, but just nothing to wow. I wanted fabulous and got par.The macaroons and other treats may be spectacular; I don’t know. I came for the cupcakes and those were just fine.

I had a fantastic experience with Sweet Hearts Patisserie! They made my wedding cake and I couldnt have been happier! Their icing is absolutely amazing and the cake was delicious as well. Many of my guests talked about how our cake was the best wedding cake that they had ever had. The staff is also great and kept me informed and even remembered my name after one visit to their shop. It was a great experience all around.

Heard great things about this desert place. While the cupcake we ordered was great, the staff could be a little more nice. I asked if I could sit in the fancy corner by the window and the staff gave me a surprised look and asked another staff “Do we have a tasting?” So she just gave me another look saying “we have two other tables, why choose the nice one!?” So I got that. She could have answered, “oh we’re sorry we have a tasting.”Also, I had the vibes that they don’t want people sitting in. A set up of 3 tables is really not a sit down area, more like a display! Wish the staff are nicer.

This bakery is absolutely cute and have amazing pastries! I love french macaroons and my mom loves petite fours and we have been searching for a place that makes them fresh instead of buying from a grocery store and found this place. They are so nice and welcoming and everything is fantastic and fresh!

Cupcakes are quite beautiful but have absolutely no flavor. We purchased the key lime with graham cracker crust thinking it would taste similar to key lime pie. It tasted like a plain pound cake and the icing was flavorless. Have heard great reviews but was very disappointed.

My daughter is in love with French culture and cuisine and has been wanting macarons . So for her 17th birthday I decided to surprise her. She was pleasantly surprised.

I generally go in for macaroons and we come from Ferndale. Along with my macaroons I got a red velvet cupcake. I couldnt wait to finish dinner so I could have it. Major disappointment. It was so dry. So dry I couldnt finish it. My macaroons remain consistent and delicious.

I got my beautiful wedding cake and party favors (macarons) from Sweet Hearts Patisserie. Both were absolutely delicious and I cannot say enough how in love I was with my cake. They hosted us for two tastings and we were treated like royalty. The second tasting was to check out the new fall flavors. The pumpkin is to die for. We picked amaretto strawberry, pumpkin, and cookies n cream for our 4 tier cake. So beautiful. They are going to make us a fresh top tier for free for our first anniversary so we didn’t have to freeze anything. Our macaron duo as party favors were strawberry and creme brûlée. My guests loved everything.

Went here because a friend of mine was raving on social media about it. Im always excited to try bakeries, as I used to work at one. Another friend and myself drove 25 minutes to Annapolis. The store front is very cute, the displays were beautiful... however, the staff and the treats were very poor. The young lady helping us was rude, never made eye contact with us and rushed us while we were browsing. It happens, I understand. We got petit fours, 1 cupcake to share and macroons. The Macroons were good. No complaints there! The petit fours were VERY dry, we took a bite of each and discarded the rest. I was hesitant on buying the cupcake as it looked burnt and the icing was VERY shiny. I should have known better. I literally took one taste of the buttercream and had to throw the cupcake out. Between the two of us, we spent just over $40 and were left unsatisfied and upset.

This is the best bakery in Annapolis...truly French!!
