This review Of Walter Works Hardware is in error. Walter is an excellent company. Sonoma Forge,... not so much. They DO NOT support the customers. Just read the review below. I purchased an EXPENSIVE out door shower from Sonoma Forge. Nice unit but my so broke the hose going to the handheld spay handle. I ordered a replacement from Sonoma. The replacement was of a much lower quality and the wrong color. I returned it and was told that the part I needed was no longer available. I asked if they would tell me the name of the folks making the hose (I doubted they made the hoses) or where I could get it repaired. They were less than helpful, bordering on rude. It was like I was nuisance.I suggest you question your purchase from Sonoma Forge as you to may find yourself in need of the correct replacement part. If so you cant depend on these folks.

This is a great place to find door hardware. If you are looking for quality and style, skip the big chain stores. Walter Works has a great selection, well displayed and the customer service is top-notch. The prices are also extremely reasonable. I will definitely be back when Im working on my next remodel!
