Walked in during 90 degree weather expecting to get ice cream and were told that they were closed at 4:45pm. No explanation and ice cream clearly in the cases. Don’t waste your time visiting.

Always out of alot of things, usually the employees are not overly friendly or particularly timely with their help.

Out of Waffle Cones & Spoons... did have the quart of peanut butter n chocolate ice cream at least. Spoons?? Really?

We have always gotten our ice cream celebration cakes here and they are decorated beautifully and always on time!!! This year they dis not disappoint again, we needed a Christmas/birthday cake and they ran out of the pre-styles decorations. The cake we received was even more beautiful than the one we chose from the book!

Baskin Robins has the best ice cream! We have been eating it since we started, while living in so ca. I just wish they would open more shops & one closer to where i live. I have to travel too far to get my ice cream fix, actually a good thing.

Quick drive through, meal delivered hot and fresh. Sort of hooked on the Breakfast Wraps which are served all day. This is a Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin Donuts combo location in Apex. Real convenient to my fave car wash.

One star because of sooo many reasons, they didnt have the ice cream flavors they have signs for, they hardly had anything, they were not tude but they were not welcoming and this was my second time there

The service that Mr. brooks and his co worker provided was fast and efficient they made sure that the ice cream was served to the best level they were very friendly and approachable the store in itself is well maintained and clean the exterior needs an uplift its hard to locate from the highway.

How could you be soooo bad at putting good ice cream in a cup. Milkshakes that are mostly milk. Waiting 25 minutes for a milkshake Ive already paid for with no one else ordering ice cream because they are busy ringing donut people up.

Worst customer service ever! The employees act as if they are being held hostage and made to work. Nobody ever speaks to you when you in the store, even when ordering. Today an employee made my drink wrong and when I went into complain, he said nothing. Even worse, the manager was standing behind him and she said nothing. The store it also very dirty all the time.

The employees are the worst EVER. They lie, have false advertising, and don’t get the flavors or prices right. We are about to complain to the manager about false advertising, because they increased the price 25%!! This is crazy!!! This business has lost a loyal customer.

This is the SLOWEST Dunkin Ive ever been too. I started driving out of my way and going into Cary to A Bakers Dozen. Im in and outta tjere in no time.

The managers were so nice, a really great experience. The employees are very patient and have great customer service skills, a very clean environment.

Nothing is labeled, small scoops, employees smoking on the bench right at the front door. This location goes through phases, and the current phase isnt great.

Customer service needs work. Ice cream can be pricey.
