Two Stars for Customer ServiceAs a new local I have enjoyed the dairy free option weekly. Starting the week of the 5th following oral surgery I have been loving the orange sherbet. On presidents day my son & brother were kind enough to ran in to pick up some of the delicious sherbet for me. After consuming it at least 3 times in the last week, I noticed that today it tasted off. I called to ask if I came back if I could return it, that it tasted different and looked different in color. Jennifer told me that the flavor had been changed to mango, I apologized. But my brother ran back in for me to find that the flavor had not changed, it was still listed as Orange sherbet. He handed her the sherbet and requested a refund. Jennifer called the Manager He-ya-do (she wouldnt write it down or give contact info). My brother waited over 10 min, she weighed it and it showed $8.16, she offered my brother $5. Did not offer a full refund and did not offer any contact for the manager. Ive worked in customer service in 5 star 5 diamond and I have never had such terrible treatment when the product was bad.Not only did Jennifer not have the empowerment to give the customer a refund but the manager did nothing about it when presented with the issue. This is not how you treat your customers, new locals or vacationers. Lying is never the answer either.

Excellent service. Been a fan for a while, but leaving a 5 star review because they stayed open a little late so that my pregnant wife could get some frozen yogurt!

Great frozen yogurt in the traditional style. Loads of toppings to choose from, friendly staff, good location and atmosphere. Two of the machines are down right now, which means four fewer flavors than there are normally. Theyve been down for a while, so Im not sure when they will have a full selection again. Regardless, they have the Mainstays, and would get 5 stars for a wider selection of yogurt.

I got the salted caramel with brownie bits, toffee, and peanut butter sauce..it was really good. Great service too

Sweet spoons is absolutely terrible. The machines are all braking all the time, there were dead bugs everywhere, live roaches running everywhere, there was a dead fly on the pineapple, and so much more. There was a girl working there who was so nice and even was going around offering water to people that were already sitting but apparently she doesnt work there anymore. I heard employees talking about how bad the owner treated her and it was seriously bad, I am pretty sure she treated all of the employees poorly . I even heard one of the employees went to the hospital because the girl apparently was overworked while sick and even left school early for her. Manager just sounds terrible. Oh also was there while the department of labor showed up. Apparently she doesnt pay employees what they should. Never coming back and dont recommend.

It was really kid friendly, the woman on staff was super sweet and the yogurt was tasty. They even had soft little Mochi peices, yum!

The teenage guy that works there has 0 personality and is rude to customers. Sat with hah girlfriend at a table who was not employee while customers were inside. The flavors of yogurt tasted like water with a dab of vanilla. I’m an out of towner and took the time to write this review because I felt so strongly.

Yogurt tasted good...had enough toppings...no complaints here...Thought the boys working tonight did a good job and very polite considering it was very crowded with a large party...

Friendly employees and its always clean. Plenty of toppings and yogurt flavors to choose from.

Hate yogurt places. So expensive for what you get. If forced to go for a group event, this place is as good as any, I guess.
