Please please please do not go here. I’ve never been talked to with such disrespect in my life. I brought in my phone To get the screen fixed and the next day I realized that my phone was acting worse than it was. Before he even worked on my phone I let him know that I did not live nowhere near the area that I was on vacation and he advised That it wouldn’t be a problem that we would find a solution whether I mail it in we will figure it out. So that made me feel very confident using their services. So I call them up and explain my issues that I’m having that I didn’t have before I brought my phone to them for their services. He instantly turned Defensive and blamed me telling me that it’s my fault I must’ve done something. It’s like everything changed and all of a sudden he couldn’t help me that I had to bring my phone in not mail it in after we had already had this conversation about me living nowhere near there. Now remember my phone only had a cracked screen. After I got my phone back from “Cell Bros” only half my screen huworked so something happened internally when he put the new screen on. He also added that I would have to be charged for what ever was wrong with the phone. WHY WHEN IM NOT THE ONE THAT BROKE IT. Please stay clear of this place don’t get scammed like me. He was such a sweet heart when I was in the store but on the phone was so rude wouldn’t even let me get a word in pretty much made me feel like I was a liar and he swore my phone was having that problem because of some thing I did when clearly it was him that must of messed it up. Save your money and go some where else where your appreciated !!

I took my old iPhone SE here due to the lightening charge port having an loose open connection on the phones internal board. When the phone is connected to avcharge cable I had to bend the cable a certain way for the phone to charge. Cell Bros had my phone repaired and charging normally in 45 minutes. These guys are bilingual too so it seemed all customers were welcome. If you have a damaged iPhone, I recommend these guys.

I rarely ever write reviews but this place was so helpful I wanted to share my experience. This is my second time going to them. Went here to get my iPhone6s screen replaced. They had the best prices and they only use market quality materials. Had my screen fixed somewhere else previously (at a reputable place that charged around 130), and when it came back, the color was off and the fingerprint function no longer worked. I took it to cell bros to see if they could fix it and they explained that the material used at the other repair shop was after-market equipment that caused the fingerprint function to fail. They had it fixed in about 8 minutes and now looks great. Highly recommended.

Super nice people but had to replace my Samsung screen twice in 2 days. Then broke 3rd time a few days later so I bought a new phone.

These people can unlock phones that locked to services such as cricket, AT&T, T-mobile, etc. Im not sure about Verizon. Unlocking prices are as low as $40; and they do it in a timely manner and everything works, even after you hard reset or device reset the phone. Amazing job and excellent service.

Fixed the charging port on our iPad literally in one second. It had the charger stuck in it. Vladimir was polite and we will be back with any other broken electronics for sure!

Friendly and skilled they have even repaired dated devices for me. Most bad reviews are by users that have zero technical knowledge and are careless enough to break their device shortly after a repair. Repairs are time consuming and OEM parts are not cheap. These guys are excellent and fair priced.

Horrible customer service. I went to take my Samsung s8 plus there for screen repair and after spending 350 for the repair they inform me after that it is no lomger water proof. Horrible customer service. Sales rep was literally laughing at the fact that i was upset. Very unprofessional and very dissatisfied.

I didnt want to write this review because they usually do a good job with their work. But the other day on Tuesday I took my iPad to get just the glass fixed, they fixed the glass but I wasnt able to pick it up the next day. I then started to use it and noticed the brighter spots on my iPad and It wasnt responsive. I took it back yesterday which was Thursday (12/7/17)I picked it up today (12/8/17) to hear what they had to say about my iPad. They told me because my iPad was bent the LCD screen bent as well thats why it was touching the glass and not being responsive. I said okay thanks for letting me know, they gave me a quote of how much it would be which was ($135+ tax) they said the reason why it was so expensive is because I have to buy the glass again which I already purchased for the price of ($95.85) and the lcd screen. Which the technician was the one who broke the glass in the first place. I find it ridicules that they want me to purchase the glass again!! What business does that and has no remorse in what they did.

I got my boyfriend iphone fixed here a couple days before christmas for him. It seemed like they did a good job but in the long run didnt. Painted a good picture. 3 days later phone cracked AGAIN but this time in his pocket we dont know how? And then on top of that the screen just went completely black. Mind u after it cracked he was still able to use it. But now this im guessing its the non official apple screen they replaced the first time. People please this place is not what it seems all about money and i would never be back.

Amazing!!!! I broke my charge port a few days ago and they had it fixed in an hour half. And theyre cheaper than any other phone repair place i went to.

Even though they couldnt fix the camera on my phone, they were very honest & didnt try to persuade me into fixing it.
