The phones that we purchased do not have good service in our area. The customer service person was great but the supervisor was rude and dismissive. Make sure you have service before you purchase from them.

They make you stand out side in a line wile they come to the door one by one to help you. you might want to go to a different one if you dont have the time for this

Horrible horrible service. Go to Metro!! never again will I use Boost. Paid for insurance and now they are denying that I have insurance. And besides that my internet service sucks everywhere I go.

Quite friendly. Can go to then when I am having any problem with my phone or service. They are bilingual buy are very proficient in speaking English.
