Im disabled, and living on social security. I qualified for the EBB program, and wanted to get my 14 year old son a phone, for school. The lady asked if I wanted a screen protector for $11 plus tax. I said yes. The other worker there grabbed a box of wireless earbuds, when I asked why my total was $154, and handed them to the lady checking me out. She said something to her in Spanish. I actually thought she was throwing them in for free! When I got home, I realized I paid $23 for the earbuds. When I went in, the lady that handed her the earbuds just kept talking in circles about what a great deal I got! Bottom line...I feel bamboozled and ripped off! Nice way to treat new customers. As soon as the EBB program is done, I will not be a customer of theirs anymore!!
Always a long wait one person ahead of me buying one phone 25 minutes! Love their products and their prices and the one on one service but they definitely need more help

Lady working was rude and dont even know what her own sign reads or means on the front door very mean racial words said in Spanish to someone on the phone hope she gets fired

Went here a few days ago and had amazing service. It was fast and friendly. I had metro pcs before I made the switch to cricket I am very pleased with the outcome. I had the pleasure of working with Manny. I highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable and patient.
Friendly and always ready to help. The Store Manager Michael knows his stuff. Whenever i have an issue with my iCloud or Issues with my iPhone, he always knows how to fix it. Few Weeks ago he was grilling hot dogs and hamburgers outside the store. Customer Appreciation Day. Free Drinks too! Never had that at any other cricket store. This store rocks!

We changed from Metro PCS as their reception and signal were awful. So far after 2 weeks Cricket seems much better. We are in the middle of Apopka and you would think you would have full bars. So far Cricket is worth the change! Well folks its been over a year and Im updating to clue the public that there is no contest between Metro PCS and Cricket. I now live in Sanford but travel around daily. The service and reception with Cricket FAR outruns Metro. Just the strength of the reception I receive is farrrrrrr better. Way to go Cricket!!!!!

I come to pay my bill and the staff is always warm and friendly. This location always smells good, my girlfriend likes to go only to this location. We have been to the Rosemont location and the location on 436 and both were dirty and unpleasant. At the 436 location the young lady there didnt know the correct prices and she seemed to be working alone. I used to work at Party City so that was the reason i went to that location. Only thing about the rock springs location is that they sometimes try and pressure you into buying something or changing your phone. Always in a friendly manner, but sometimes not wanted.

This store gets a 0 star . They say online and on the Door that they are close at 8pm . I get up there at 7:40pm . I had gotten off work late It was my baby girls 11th birthday. She was so excited to get her birthday present. For some reason they had the door locked and said they were closed. My store says we close at 10pm for carryout and 12 for delivery . If its 2mins before and they call or come to order we havell let them order and we want them tio so I got to sit in the parking lot with my birthday girl crying . Yes I wish I got off earlier. Yes maybe I should have went there earlier . Sometimes we cant and 8means 8 not 740 I think I may just go with another service and have all 5 of my lines turned off
Changed my plan to unlimited 60$ plan from 30$ plan which I never asked for and was never Informed about it until my monthly bill
My buddy left his wallet on the counter here just today. And someone walked off with it. Hopefully the company will be helping without getting the law involved.
I have metro 10 g for 40 $ plan they have 5g for 40 dollars so wasnt worth it
EVERYONE WATCH OUT CHECK YOUR RECEIPT AT THIS STORE THEY OVERCHARGE . We went there yesturday and got robbed didnt even notice till the next day. Everyone check your receipts they overcharged us $32 on our bill it has a diff amount and the guy said it was more and didnt even show us our receipt he put it at the very bottom of the phone box i checked it the next day.
They didnt even seem to try and help us, they just basically denied everything we were trying to get help with, so we ended up going to metro instead
