Very bad costumer service. I bought an apple product for my wife and at the end she didn’t want it I went to return it after 30 minutes and they did not want to give me my money back just because it didn’t have the plastic around the box.

Love the owner, super nice guy. Will be flexible with the price he repaired my laptop a few years ago wish I needed for my job at the time and couldnt quite afford exactly what I needed but he worked with me and was able to repair it, ran better than ever! Definitely the only computer repair store I will go to

The owner is I’ll have you show up for a product and sell it right from under you and have 10 other people on standby as well show up.Horrible service and do not understand the good reviews.I would never support this business or this owner in anyway.

Horrible service. The staff was being extremely unprofessional. Making rude jokes and sarcastic remarks until the friend I came in with left crying. There was literally no reason for them to mistreat her like this, as we were being nice and cordial. We never retaliated, we simply left. And even so, they’re repairing services were horrible. We had gone previously and they “repaired” the phone and it broke like 2 days after. From the staff to the service offered everything was disgusting. -5/10 experience.

Untrustworthy, rude and really bad at their jobs. If I could rate them any lower I would. Multiple people I know have reported their phones being “fixed” temporarily and then reporting issues at the store only for employees to make a joke about it. Super rude customer service very unprofessional to say the least. Really unpleasant and nasty people. And cannot perform their jobs. Literally any other repair store can get the job done for less money, with better customer service, and for a higher quality.

Blatant liars employee told me i could return phone in 30 days when i called in 3 days as the phone gave me issue. the manager told me i was mistaken and she would verify with her employee, then i called back and she put me on the phone with the owner. who said 1. his employee was mistaken 2. they always had a no phone return policy. 3. the rules of no phone is because of covid. this is business is extremely dishonest

I went to fix my phone which took them way too long to get done. When I got there the phone was still broken so I had to leave it for extra time. Once it got fixed and I took it home, the quality of my iPhone 11 was trash. The phone only lasted a week, afterwards when I went back to find a way to fix the mess they made. They laughed at me and told me I would have to repay the same price. Most unprofessional and disgusting people I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Great place to go if you wanna get scammed.

The owners are not very friendly and their repair work sometimes is not up to par! They do not stand behind the products they sell!

This place sells high quality products, the laptops are brand new they are not refurbished and the prices are amazing...you cant beat them its practically wholesale! I needed a laptop computer but didnt have any money, so I called the store and ask them if they did financing, which they do, so he sent me a link and I was able to fill out the application on my phone from home and once I got approved he told me come into the store. I came in, picked out a laptop and was in-and-out of there in less than 20 minutes. Great service, the guy who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. Later that night when I was setting up the computer, I noticed one of the speakers was making a funny sound and my battery wouldnt charge, so I call them the next morning and they told me to take it in so they could fix it, they ended up giving me a brand new replacement on the spot. These things happen sometimes when items are shipped, and the computer was brand new so it wasnt their fault. I love my new laptop and I know I got a good deal. Over all I had a great experience with computers 4 less and they will definitely have my business in the future!

I came in the for Xmas gifts and they were so informative. They took time to talk to me about product. Didnt push anything on me. They have great customer service. I appreciate the time to took to explain things to me. Features and stuff.

These people are very dishonest and uses the switch and bate they take advantage of people and lie about what services they did they tell you one price and then charges a different price. Most dishonest business in Apopka. Consumers be aware get everything in writing.

My screen was broke, like really cracked. They were very fast and diligent to see if I have any other issues with my phone. Advised if there are any other issues bring the phone back!!! 1 hour and my phone was in my hands! Worth every penny!!! Madeline G.

I’m truly baffled by all the stellar reviews on this page, these must be friends and family in my opinion. These ppl are dishonest and disgusting, DONT use them go . I went to another repair shop and they raised the bar, they called me and even told THIS place removed some screws from my computer and return the computer to me without any screws . Good luck if you use them .
