About a phone from this location and within three days it started acting up.waited 2weeks to get a replacement phone and they want to charge me another activation fee for a phone that was defected out of the box

Came in Friday and I was pleasantly surprised with Luis. Very knowledgeable, funny and friendly. I was extremely impressed. Never experienced customer service like that before, honestly. All of the employees made me feel at home. The way it should be. He really goes above and beyond for his customers. I ended up with a very nice deal. Thats appreciated :) thank you. Customer for life.

Its just like any other Metro store, The only reason Im giving 5 stars is due to Vanely. Her customer service skills and personality are exemplory and well worth the visit

Kim was a great example of what customer service should be she went above and beyond for me and my kids I my self will give her alone 5 stars and 5 stars to the the store and staff they was very helpful and friendly. I had just had bad experience with another store location and by far this location made my day and I will recommend to anyone who appreciates good customer service . Luis made my experience amazing. Metros service is phenomenal i am very thankful that man needs a raise hes very helpful and attentive. This store has the best phones. Im convinced this is the best metro pcs to go to.

Tony was are salesperson and he did a wonderful job by going above and beyond by making sure we got what we needed and by taking the time to answer and explain all of our questions. He was very professional and I highly recommend him.

Vincent was amazing he worked very hard to get me my phone he went above and beyond for me and my daughter we were very happy. He even helped me with fiancing my phone through progressive leasing. I am very pleased with my galaxy s7 I will be coming back this staff is very friendly and fast

Visited this store on a vacation and the staff there was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get the phone i wanted and made sure i could use it on my own. Overall GREAT DAY!

Im a new customer as of Friday, Sept 7, 2018 . My visit was a little longer than expected because the rep was new and Im ok with that. My complaint is that they increased the price on accessories at check out . I bought them anyways and later regretted the deception. So, according to the Metro Promise I could return unused accessories for a refund within 7 days. I had everything with the receipt just sitting in the bag, grabbed that and went to the store . I was told at the store the receipt says no refunds on accessories. This contradicts the Metro Promise and I called metro service who also contradicted the writing on their own website. Good God. The accessories are untouched, in packaging, and are being returned within 7 days of purchase. Why disappoint your customer versus just taking the untouched mdse back? On top of that the rep had a bad attitude. No credit was offered either, just attitude . Finally, if you put something on your receipts applicable AFTER purchase that contradicts the Metro Promise, tell people up front. This was poor, trashy service from a woman and store that would rather be defensive than appreciative of their customers business. I do not recommend anyone go to this location and will post this review as much as possible elsewhere.

Vincent was courteous, knowledgeable and eager to help me. Got an awesome phone and JBL speaker that boomed. Great experience every time!

Dont get me wrong the guys there were very nice but I felt like they didnt know what they were doing(at least one of them) one guy had told me that the new phone I bought would work for setup because it was originally bought at metro then switched to boost.But then the other guy came and said no it would not work so he switched up his story so I felt like he didnt really get it.I had to return the phone I was so excited about cuz he didnt know what he was doing(btw we were there for hours just for them to tell us no)

Luis was our customer service representative he was so motivated, positive aggressively wonderful that I encourage my husband to buy 2 more phones, we only intended to buy 1 we walked out with 3 because he was also friendly, patient and informative.

Tried to exchange a holster that broke in 3 days the sales person was rude and said they could not exchange accessories and that it stated it on the receipt which it does not the receipt states may not return for cash which i did not want.After the incident yesterday went back in this morning where I was helped by Max who was very pleasant and exchanged my holster for a new one. Thank you for your help Max.
