Shout out to Anthony Denmark. I purchased a battery online which I thought was correct. Anthony offered to check if it was in fact the correct battery for me which it was not. He located the correct battery for me and load tested my old battery to make sure it was junk which it was. He then offered me a wealth of knowledge about batteries which was helpful. He told me he has been there only 5 months and takes his job seriously. I could tell right away by way he assisted me with my needs. Any employer would be lucky to have Anthony as a part of their team. He certainly made sure that this location has my business moving forward. Give this kid a raise because your business could suffer from losing a star employee.

I needed my cellphone screen and LCD replaced, Batteries Plus not only had the best price out of the multiple places I called (I didnt know they repaired screens and I am SO glad that my Google search recommended them to me!)they also were super helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and a real pleasure to work with. Not sure how I feel about this. I have brought 2 batteries in for testing lately. I was told both were dead. The first one I took back home and it charged! The second one I ordered new batteries (for trimmer) and left mine there for disposal. Got new batteries to find out it was the charger not connecting. Wish I had that second battery back.

Went in for an iPhone-8 battery replacement, guy said they had the battery and it would only take an hour. Cam back an hour and a half later to give them extra time so I didn’t have to wait and they then decide to tell me that the battery they did have was for and iPhone-7 and my phone was still torn apart. I gave them a phone number to call if there was any issues or if the finished early and I never received a call. I do not live around the Apple valley area so for me time is money when I’m waiting around in a place I don’t normally frequent. I recommend to the manager that you train your employees in better communication with your customers.

Ive been happy with the price and warranty on these batteries. This time I ordered ahead online and waited a while but never got the text back that it was ready, So I just went in then they got it ready.

Went there to buy automotive battery. One that was recommended for my truck didnt have manufacture date like every battery does. The tech, Jeremy wasnt very friendly and disrespectful at times, he was not very knowledgeable of products. He wasnt able to answer several of my questions about Batteries clearly, yet he works at BatteriesPlus. The only positive was free installation with purchase of AGM.

Ordered a case of bulbs online. They called immediately to let me know that they didnt have that many in stock but could get all of them within a couple days. Followed up promptly with a call 2 days later to have me pick them up. Great service!

Prompt and quick service . It was a really cold day, like 10 below and I had scheduled an appointment to get a new car battery. The sales guy threw on heavy clothes and gloves and worked in the parking lot for 5 minuted and had it done like that!

I have an Android phone and the battery was starting to lose life, so I sent it to Batteries and Bulbs to be replaced. The store communicated very terribly with me and never gave me any information on when the phone was ready to be picked up. I had to continually reach out on my own to check on its progress. Within 3 days of picking up my phone, I realized the back was not properly installed back on the phone. Because of this, the phone received water damage and is now completely useless. I now have to return the phone to Verizon to get a replacement which costs a couple hundred dollars. I am now out several hundred dollars and I have no phone for who knows how long, and my job requires access to a phone. I reached out to the store, and they are not going to do anything to fix the problem. I will never go back to Batteries and Bulbs again.

Though they commented that my car battery was an easy one, the gentleman was quick and i was done in less than 10 minutes.BTW, if you get a new car battery, dont forget to let it idle for ~10 minutes for your car to re-learn after the power loss.

Staff was nice. Had a car battery put in my moms car 14 months ago. Had to take it back because it wont hold a charge. They told me it had already been exchanged once so they couldnt exchange it again even though it was still under the 2 year warranty. I had to buy a new one. I never returned it before but even if I did, seems to me that the new battery that they gave me in exchange should come with a warranty also. Nope. Had to buy a new on. If you have to do a warranty exchange on a car battery get your money back because the new one wont come with a warranty. I now have spent 320 dollars on a 160 dollar battery. Way to stand by your product. Too bad because the staff is decent.UPDATE:. Got a call from a gentleman from batteries plus. He straightened everything out. Refunded my money and said he would get to the bottom of the whole thing. Like I said before, great customer service that extends to upper management. Turned a not so good experience into a good experience and made good on the warranty. Will definitely go back and also recommend. Thank you Dustin.

It was the easiest and fastest battery purchase and install EVER! The price even beat COSTCO!!! I bought it online and got a discount, shortly I received an email saying my order was ready and headed to store for the install. SIMPLE!

Of course they had the correct battery that I needed to replace in my sons wrist watch... they attempted to replace & succeeded to put it in the watch, but couldnt continue to put the watch cover back on... I still had to go to a jeweler to finish the job

I had 2 loose battery cables and Nathan from Batteries plus Bulbs tightened them for me without hesitation. I would recommend coming here for the great service. I did get my car battery here too. Great prices and great service. Hard to find both these days, but I did here.

Called in on Saturday to have my phone screen fixed, they were very friendly and told me to bring it in they would get it done. When I got to the store Marco was so friendly he took my phone right away and had it finished in under 15 minutes. My phone is like a brand new phone. Marco was great from the minute I called to check out and payment. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent battery selection.

I had a cracked phone screen. I made an appointment and the screen was replaced within the quoted time. But the replacement screen seems to be of poor quality. It works then becomes unresponsive. Ive been back to the store once, they looked and said it was a loose connection. But the problem persists. I am about to go back to the store again, but I do not have the time to keep going back to the store time and time again to get this issue resolved. I am very disappointed.

Do not have any device repaired here, this was a while back but had an iPhone repaired, screen worked but day later it cracked on its own! Didnt even drop it. Manager wouldnt even take care of a replacement or refund. Upon investigating the screen the tech forgot a few screws and one was partially in! Dont ever go to Apple valley batteries plus!

Had my phone screen repaired, service was quick and employees were friendly. Enjoyed my experience and would use this service again.

Brought phone in for screen replacement. Had to give all passwords and then they took my phone back. After getting phone back I immediately asked why the screen had a pinkish tint. The guy messed with all my color settings and it still didn’t work. My messages would automatically open when I wasn’t clicking on them too. They saw everything that was going on and replaced the screen again. 3 screens later it still didn’t work. I requested a refund and my cracked screen to be put back on. They did this and thankfully my phone is close to back working as it did when I brought it in. What doesn’t work anymore are my “live” photos.Thank you for the refund and putting my screen back on! The negative part of the review is strictly that I was hoping to avoid going to a mall and waiting in a long line at Apple. Just know that going to a non cell phone dealer to replace the screen voids a warranty, and the screens aren’t the same.

So many things wrong...Bought 4 battery cells for an electric go-kart last fall. Havent been able to start the kart. Took the batteries back this spring to see if they were still good. Was told that three were dead, one had a 1v charge on it (after being on the charger for a week). Gave the kart to a family member who restores cars to see if he could figure out why kart wouldnt run. He tested the batteries first. Two of the batteries were wrong type (should be deep cycle and were not), two of the batteries were *fully charged*, one of the wrong batteries had no charge but his gear said it should take a charge.Not using this store EVER again.Update: Not only were the batteries the wrong type, Ive learned they were not installed in the cases properly. So when I tried to charge them, it DRAINED them.

Nothing. Wanted to purchase car battery. Went in . Waited about 5to 7 minutes for customer ahead of us to get done. Was looking at batteries. A few more customers came in. Employee got done with 1st. Customer. Gr8 then asked. Who is next. I said we are. Need a new car battery. I had the old one on the floor. He could look at it . Plus exchange the core. He went to computer. Fumbled around. Then asks if he could take care of some of the other customers that came in after we did. I said nope. Grabbed battery and said I will take my business else where. Which we did. Very poor customer service. Only 1 staff working a Saturday morning. Poorly trained. I will not go back to that store unless absolutely need to.

I ordered a battery for in-store pick-up for the back-up power for my Chamberlain garage door opener. The battery was in stock, was ready when I got there...and they threw in a free terminal adapter so that their battery would fit the proprietary clips on the opener. Great service at a fair price.

Great reviews on website. NOT my experience. I ordered the battery on line with Batteries Plus Bulbs. They responded in stock ready for pick up.Website said free installation in big print. I went to pick it up and asked that they install my battery. I was not advised there was a charge. Charge showed on my bill. It is a 5 minute job and I had someone at home that would have done it had I known there was a charge. I questioned the charge. They told me free install only at certain stores. I said I then should have been advised there was a charge to install before he installed it. No response, no offer to credit from employee or manager. Poor customer service.They could have saved a customer. I will not return to Batteries Plus or ever refer anyone there.Diane M.

Excellent experience. I ordered a car battery on line for store pick-up. When I arrived at the store the following day they had the battery there waiting for me at the counter. The store employee Samuel then offered to install it my car which he proceeded to do. The whole experience took about 40 minutes. Samuel was professional and courteous and he answered all the many questions that I had, I highly recommend the Apple Valley store.

I purchased two Duracell 12V 35 AH replacement batteries for my mobility scooter. I ordered and paid online and picked them up the next day. With the customer appreciation discount of 15% and no delivery charge, it was the lowest price I could find anywhere, online or in stores. I am now a very happy customer.

For the love of God, if this was the last place on planet Earth, do yourself a favor and AVOID!Worst customer experience ever.They got my device fixed fast (thanks to a competent tech) but the counter guys.....wow.Never ever again.

The first time I went in there it was to fix a phone screen and then a screen protector on it. They messed up replacing the screen and there was a scratch mark on the camera. When i went into get it fixed they replaced the phone screen but I ended up having to buy a $50 screen protector (without being refunded for the last one); I had also bought LED strip lights. I had to go in a third time to fix the screen because they had forgotten most of the screw for the screen and my LED lights were cut leaving me with over 7 feet of non working lights. They refused to refund me for the lights. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Since the wind chill today was in the teens below zero I very much appreciated having my battery installed. I was delighted that Tim plugged in some kind of power source which kept my hybrid from loosing its memory — that would have happened if I had installed the battery myself.

Manager and staff of this store is responsive and willing to help you any way they can so you can to find items you want. They have all good quality products that not many department stores carry them. This is kind of store I want to shop. This is a store where I just pay once and worry free.

Needed cosmetic screen repair on working google pixel 3. I had a working phone but after service, my phone now is unusable because they ordered wrong part and didnt realize until they tried replacing screen. Owner claims I ordered wrong part, even though the only selection i made on their website was Google Pixel (no option to pick model 1,2,3 or even alerting me im selecting a model 1,2,3). The price listed, and what I signed, was for $129. After my phone is not working -- due to their techs service --Im told its now $269 for repair. Now I have no working phone and price is double. Owner of franchise unwilling to negotiate fair price to make this right.
