Times are hard right now but this Caribou is doing wonderful! I came in today and only 2 people were working, they had TONs of orders, but were so polite through everything! Not all super heroes wear capes!

Very disappointing experience. Went in for a business meeting at 1:30pm. At 1:55 we were told by one staff member that they were closing in 5 minutes which was odd. Less than two minutes later the lights were shut off and a different staff member rudely yelled we are closed, you need to leave now!. Probably the worst customer service Ive received at a coffee shop in my life.

This is a great Caribou that always has friendly employees. They also always get my drinks right. I love this place and will at times go out of my way to get my drinks here rather than some of the closer Caribous in the area. Thanks guys and keep up the great work, we appreciate you!

I do not recommend any drink with bubbles/coffee jellies. You’ll spend ~ $5 but they can’t provide any jumbo straws. This was my third time getting the raspberry green tea with bubbles and the barista kept telling me that the company ran out of jumbo straws.It’s totally not worth it

Great coffie and breakfast sandwich! I hadnt been here in such a long time, so it was very nice and relaxing to sit back and relax. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I was impressed by how quickly my order came out! 😊

This is my third time coming here where I have to wait extremely long to get some coffee. I know they are short of staff but this is crazy! I waited 32 minutes to get my coffee. The time before I waited for 25 minutes. Not coming back to this Caribou.

Extremely friendly staff. Talked to a nice guy about how I try to recreate the drink at home and he was more than happy to tell me what to use to try and make it happen. Really positive and upbeat energy from the staff

Ive been going tothis location for years. The baristas are friendly and courteous. The drinks dont disappoint and the bakery goods are tasty. Since Cimovid its not nearly as budy as the pre-pandemic days. Recomnend stopping in if youre nearby.

The lady who served me was very nice, smiling and very jovial the entire time. Very good customer service, even although it was almost time to close she never looked tired or anxious for me to leave.

The staff there are always so pleasant and friendly. When I stop there before I go to work they’re always good about wishing me good luck for my shift. Drinks are always made just to my liking and done in a timely manner.

We got some hang over drinks here. My ladies get this so I am not sure what the drinks are called i just pay for them and pick them up. But on this occasion I did get a hot chocolate with a shot of carmel I must say it was not bad. I got my mother in law a gluten free breakfast sandwich. They have a few gluten free items if you need that. Big parking lot but I did not see a drive thru at this one. Fast service and store was clean.

Coffee was good as always, but staff was kind of rude, and wasnt calling out names when they put drinks out, even with 4-5 customers waiting for drinks.Other customers were not following any social distancing.

It is always good to have a local coffee shop that you can come to and drink a nice cup of coffee. This is that place! For sure! Coffee is so good and strong just the way I like it. I come here at least once a week!

Ordered 2 coffees but the barista didnt write on top of cup and told me I think this is the mint mocha one well she was wrong. Ugh!

This morning I stopped at this caribou with some friends. They forgot to put ice in the caramel cooler, which is funny because that is the whole point of the drink! The mint condition probably had about 10 pumps of mint which I guess some people would like. Overall the baristas may need a recap on how to make the drinks. The greeters could also be more friendly. After this experience I decided to go to Starbucks for some great service !

The worst costumer service I have ever experienced staff is rude don’t know how to handle a simple return and I will definitely will not be back at this location

I love my Caribou Coffee, Whats not to love when you have dark chocolate and espresso lol, This location is or was busy on a Sunday evening I was quite surprised. but always pleased with the Cozy cabin atmosphere!

The staff are always kind..... They dont have a drive through but they get you in and out while everyone else is across the street in there car waiting for 20 minutes at Starbucks i walk in and get caffeinated and keep it moving

This location is the friendliest one Ive been to. Pricey like most other coffee shops, but the service here is top notch. Would recommend if youre willing to spend a bit.

This caribou location in Northfield is not a good one.. Waited for.my coffee for 12 minutes because only 2 people working and 1 was doing inventory not making coffee. 3 people in line behind me.. No drive through. Ugh!My friend lives in Northfield and says it is always slow service..My coffee, hot.mocha decaf dark chocolate was good both times I was there

It was overall good. I just feel as if they are not using the right amounts of syrups in the drinks. It was inconsistent both days we went.

Caribou perks are awesome. 2 large specialty coffee drinks for 5 bucks on Tuesdays! Plus they filled my crafted cold press to the top with no ice... not all Caribous do that.

For drip coffee, caribou is great. Use their app for perks and quick pickup.

Waited 15 minutes for literally just a cold press, nothing else. I watched it get done; they literally put a cup to a tap. I usually get mine from another location, and its always instant. Also it tastes completely different. As in, rancid. Bitter. Undrinkable.Show up to work late, but at least I have coffee in hand. Except I tossed the coffee. Gross.

This used to be one of my favorite spots but lately service has gone down hill fast. I get your a super busy and popular store but 20 min after ordering is unacceptable to get your order. Plus you had only Rachel and Zara working when the line was out the door. Super disappointed-

I Have respect for the workers. I made my order needlessly complicated after learning my favorite item was still available AFTER my transaction Was completed. The young lady and man handled it very well and ill be sure to come to this location again when im in the area

This coffee shop is run of the mil. The quality of menu items was perfectly fine, as was customer service, no complaints there. That being said my experience with the clientele was most unpleasant. I was stared and even glared at from the time I walked in until I sat down. I cannot think of why, but know it was uncalled for. Aside from feeling like a public spectacle, the awkwardness, tension and discomfort, my night was ruined. I suffer from severe social anxiety and must say I will never be returning to this location.

Walked in and found no employee at the front. Walked to the far side to see if maybe they were helping someone. Nope. There was 2 just sitting at a table though. They called for the employee. I was than served and awesomely was brought my drink. That was nice. Tables vynal coatings are starting to come off.

The employees give such a great experience for each and every customer! They give a warming experience that helps with Minnesotas dreadful winter, and a cool experience that helps with the Summer. Highly recommend!!

Thursday wasnt that great. Usually really good service at Caribou. What happened? You need to screen your employees. I was helped by a nice young girl by the name of Grace. She took my order. I ordered a ice coffee with slim milk with sugar free French vanilla and ordered a mocha campfire iced. She did a great job than the lady who prepared my drinks was up. I picked up the drinks and told her that I thought there should be creamer and her response was there is. As I swirled the drink around to demonstrate there was nothing in there she gave me this disgusted look and turned over grabbed the half and half and responded there you go add as much as you want I was like whatever left and realized there was no flavoring. Had to get out my car and didnt want to bother getting degraded and opted for the slenda. Very unprofessional. Waste of money that day. Next time Ill just go somewhere else when Im in the area

For how much foot traffic goes through this location, the staff really knows how to keep customers moving and happy! This location has the usual woodsy, fireplace burning interior, that can be enjoyed with a warm cup of joe. Stellar service given by all employees!

I Zara was very friendly and helpful, vut I cant say that about the rest of the staff. Slow unprofessional, and what happen to showing a smile or that you want to be at your job. The young lady who got me my sandwich yell out the order then through the bag on the counter and walked away. Real nice customer service skills.

Good service and active staff. Got my order quickly and while I read there for a couple hours I saw the staff serving drinks, cleaning spots, and amiably interacting with customers.

Employees were friendly and efficient. Sitting area was a bit crowded. GPS directions take you down Cedar where there isnt an entrance into the parking lot.

Great spot. Tucked away on a side street, so tough to get to which is kind of nice if you want less traffic.
