Love all the custom things they can do, make my coffee the same every time which is something I can’t say about other Starbucks in the area

Most Starbucks are way too slow, and this one is no exception. 1/2 hour to 40 minutes in drive through to get a coffee. No wonder Dutch Bros. is stealing so much of your business.

I came in to grab a quick coffee and watched the barista make an amazing drink that looked absolutely delicious for her co-worker. I asked the off going barista what she had ordered and she very kindly replied. An iced shaken expresso😍😍😍. I had to have it; with my own touches of course...Thank you Starbucks.

I would rate this Starbucks as just below average. We ate breakfast here on a trip to Apple Valley. The food wasnt heated all the way through and the staff was a little less friendly than most. They did give us a whole new sandwich when we asked for it to be heated. The center was originally very cold (not cool, but cold).

Oh my God I got this street for the first time and this is my first time stopping at this Starbucks and it is freaking amazing perfect wouldnt change it for anything the Starbucks rocks

This Starbucks in Apple valley on bear valley rd. Had the worst worker at the drive thru she had so much attitude and ruined my whole day. I will never be buying drinks at this Starbucks again. It was at 10 am on March 15. Get better workers. So disappointedPs she sounded fat in the microphone I can only imagine what she looked like in person.

Well since I have been here for over a year and a half now, I have seen great improvement! A few of the baristas know my order and are much friendlier. This is now my go to place for my coffee fix!

This location is nice, good service, only reason I gave 4 is the drive thru is very award and uncomfortable. Specially when its a long line you get stuck in the middle of the parking lot with people coming in the shopping center.

Not very good service. They are frequently out of what Id like, which is miserable when I am stuck in their horrifically long line.

Drinks were made well and the staff was friendly, I just felt the wait was a little long. 20 mins for 4 drinks.

Considering theres usually a very long line, sometimes ridiculously so, the service is great at this location & my drinks are made properly! Not too much milk, or watered down, or too much creamer, it tastes as it should. Good staffing job here.

I waited in line for 40 min to get a venti vanilla latte. When I got to work and took a sip it was hot cocoa. I tried calling for the next 20 min with no answer to see about getting the right coffee after work since I spent my whole lunch waiting in line the first time. When I finally got ahold of them all they did is say sorry and hung up.

When they renovated was hoping they did so with the staff as well. Absolutely rude and slow!

I did a mobile order and when I actually got my drink it was well past the estimated pick up time. There was only one girl working on the mobile order drinks.

Sad to see people still wearing a mask. So sad to see some have surcomed to the brainwashing.

They cant make the drink right. Always order light ice and never get light ice.

Unfortunately this is the only Starbucks I pass on the way to work so Im often stuck going here. More often then not the drive through is exceptionally slow (usually about 20 minutes for about 6 cars being in front of me). Its also always a surprise whether or not Ill get the drink I ordered or some random drink that Im stuck with because i just had to stop for a coffee before work and thought maybe this time will be different and i dont have time to ask for the right one. Needs better staffing in my opinion, maybe more employees or more registers?Its my fault though for not buying a coffee pot by now I guess.

I typically always use this location and order quite frequently through the mobile app. However today I was very disappointed in the drive through customer service. The woman over the intercom seemed very frustrated and irritable when i let her know i was picking up a mobile order for a friend and she let me know they didnt have one for her. I let her know I could ask my friend to send me a screenshot that it was for this specific location if it made things easier and she had a huge attitude and I frankly just dont appreciate it. I then let her know i could order my drink with her while i waited for the screenshot and she said nothing then 5 minutes later had the audacity to see if i wanted to order still (very rudely) I let her know i said i could order while I waited and that I was waiting on her that i thought she might have been still looking for my friends order. She then proceeded to tell me that I can just tell her what the mobile order was for and she will get it made. I did appreciate her doing that I just felt as though for as nice as i was being she couldve been a little more humble. It wasnt my fault nor her fault that the app mustve not worked properly and i made sure not to blame her so her attitude really wasnt necessary. When i pulled up to grab my drinks and the food, it was another lady at the window (who was very nice) and the lady over the intercom was behind her and i could even see the irritation in her face. Im overall upset about my experience because i do spend A LOT of money at this location and didnt deserve that. Not to mention it wasnt even my order. Felt like i needed to share.

Starbucks is not my first choice for a coffee house. They burn their beans and the coffee is bitter. However, it will suffice when there is nothing else around. Their coffee house is normally clean and smells good. I like to look at all the products that are laid out on the shelves. The staff is always friendly and professional.

I just want to thank the person who was infront of me in the drive thru this morning you made my day by paying my order. The night before was so ugly for me and my daughter she had emergency surgery and I finally was able to get out of the hospital and went to get my daughter her Starbucks hook up and when you paid for me made my heart smile and so I wanted to keep the chain going so I paid for the guy behind me . Little things like this makes smiles appear 😂

Today is my Birthday.... tried to use my free drink by using the app and picking it up in store but mobile ordering ahead was disabled. Drive thru was insanely long and I dont have the time to wait 30 min to an hour waiting in a drive thru line. The quickest possible option for customers is disabled and they disable it often. So I tried walking in to order and their doors are locked. The only possible option for customers is to wait in an insanely long drive thru line. Looks like you guys dont want loyal customers. I come here often. I spend a lot of money at this establishment however looks like I need to find a different coffee house to frequent. There should be no reason why you force every single customer through your extremely slow moving drive thru lane.

Update well I guess they just need another store because this place is always packed they need one next to lowes or in that area.During this time drive thru should be much faster I feel as if they should supply the same service at in n out where someone will ask you your order as you are in line so they drinks and be ready once you get to the window.:::

The mobile app did not work, and I was not able to order inside so I was not able to order but usually the drive-thru is a pleasant experience, its just dont rely on the mobile app always working.

If I could give 0 stars I would, every time I try and purchase an item from this location they are always out of everything. On June 16th 2019 at 7:30pm I had to call the location because I had been stuck in the drive through 15 minutes, literally stuck no cars moving then when I finally got to ordering they were out of the drink I wanted. This location needs direction or better management either way, it’s a total fail.

I only come here for my daughter. She loves cold coffee. Nice staff. Fast too.

So the customer was serviced before without any pleasantries. What do you want, I believe was the comment. When I was serviced again, no pleasant greeting or upsale.I was not offer for my pastry to be warmed so I assumed it was stale from how hard it was. Her comment, We dont offer to warm up unless asked.Not unhappy, but definitely they could work on customer attention more.

Unfortunately heavily disappointed in the slow and unprofessional services. A few years ago the staff at this location used to be awesome and efficient, not too sure what happened.

Waited 20 minutes for a cold brew. Literally cold coffee and ice. 20 minutes. Drive Thru is always prioritized, do not ever waste your time going inside to order.

What can you say about Starbucks that you dont already know. It had become a house hold babe for coffee. It always has something fresh and new to try! Its a guilty pleasure that you just have to give in to once in a while!

I go to Starbucks pretty much every day. Usually, I visit one of only three locations. The baristas still dont know my name. I still dont receive a receipt, unless I specifically ask for it, and the drinks while good, Are still overly priced...if you ask me.

Caramel mocha Frappuccinos are good to go. I havent had a bad experience yet.. but if they water down my Frappuccino Ill be back to change my review LOL

For some reason the drive-thru line was really slow that day. However, when I got to the window I was happily surprised that the cashier took the initiative with my custom drink because I forgot to say unsweetened. My drink was perfect, thanks to her. I wish that I had gotten her name. Next time...

The were excellent in service, but they didnt have the sandwich I requested. I still got away with a bacon and gouda cheese. My favorite store is 395 and hwy 18!Jessica has my drink memorized, alone with my name!!

I love this Starbucks! The employees always have a smile when we come in. They seem to always go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. I have made this my home store cause of all the great people who work there. Danny,Mike, Kimmy, Ethan, Charlotte, Kelsey, etc etc etc. If I forgot anyone please forgive. :-)

Look, I rarely drink Starbucks but when I do I want my drinks made right because they’re expensive. I came out here for a dental appt for one of my kids and I went into this location with a drink that I bought in Barstow and I was just looking for sugar. Ethan remade my whole drink and made it correctly and everyone was super polite. Highly recommend coming here. They made my whole day.

Ive been here a couple of times recently and there has been trash everywhere around the outside, left from the previous day. The help at both locations (here and Dale Evans) are the least friendly of the many dozens of locations Ive stopped at around the country. Nobody asks for your name, and certainly dont get to know you, like they do elsewhere. You often stand for five minutes at the counter before someone acknowledges you. Obviously a local management problem which focuses just on the speed of the drive thru service and not the people who come inside.
