Im not a big coffee drinker so it can be tricky to navigate my choices around it. The staff however was super helpful overall to help me answer any questions I had. They helped me pick and choose my options while making feel welcomed! A delightful experience and great tasting coffee!!

So disappointed, our drinks were absolutely awful even after the baristas remade them, however we could not choke them down. Your staff was great in trying to make them right, really held there composure while being busy and I give them credit for that.Super bummed it was an expensive experience.

Ive heard that this place is pretty good but theres this place down the street called six beans and theyre a local company with around three shops (I think) and you should definitely try it and Dutch Bros.

So glad to see Dutch Bros in Apple Valley, CA. Love the walk-up window, dual lines feeding into one makes it quicker. So now when visiting friends & family in SoCal I can have my favorite Dutch Bro drinks 🎉

I went here for the first time yesterday and returned today. Prices are about the same as Starbucks and yesterday it was a bit of a wait, but definitely worth it! Coffee is outstanding. I am a serious coffee j7nkie and I would give this business an A++! I am hooked now! ☕😻

Great selection of tasty drinks. I personally like the sugar free peach energy drink which is carbonated. Lots of other goodies though and the kids menu is awesome too! They give them a cool little cup. Sometimes its the little things. Make sure to have a debit or credit card on you though because you pay before you get to the window so they can keep the drive thru moving quick.

Love there coffee but waiting 20 min to get my coffee when Im in a hurry not a fan of that. Service has been good but just the wait times are just a little to much.

Really nice, friendly service, tasty drinks and a lot of fun. Got a pupaccino for our good boy! The location is not terribly convenient, but a great stop if youre in the area.

I tried Dutch Bros in Arizona & was happy to get one close to home! Got here around 8 am the other day & they were so fast & friendly. Really good variety of drinks & so much tastier than Starbucks. I got my coworker a Caramelizer & her drink didnt get watered down all day & still had a rich flavor. Totally coming back again!

Great coffee! Ive gotten the 9-1-1, that has 6 espresso shots mixed in and it is the best!! Ive ordered it on ice and blended, and have been very pleased😁. Cant wait to try other menu offers.Update: Ive tried several other drinks since my first visit, and theyve all been outstanding! Also, download the app, youre able to see all menu offerings, download money onto it to make ordering and paying easy and fast.

I dont understand what all the hype is. I ordered a cold brew yesterday. It was watery. It barely had a coffee taste. Will not be going back.The batista that took my order was very polite and knowledgeable.Two things I did not like: a female barista was wearing a very pair of torn up jeans (very unprofessional) and the gentleman at the window had a dirty jacket on.

I here this is some really good coffee but this is the line to get your drink.

The star is for the great customer service. Nice friendly employees and happy which is hard to find. The shakes are not good at all and especially not healthy. The shakes are super full of sugar, so I guess if u need a sugar rush instead of coffee then this maybe the place. The strawberry shake tastes like Nesquik strawberry flavor like if u were eating the entire powder. Its just disgusting.

The coffee was really bad and we had to wait for an hour to get it. The drive through line was so messed up that their were fight going on over who gets to go first. Overall a horrible experience and truly overrated place

I always order the cotton candy frost and never had a problem until today I must have gotten one with oat milk because it tastes total different.

We drove 2 hours from San Diego and it was worth it! The line went by fast and the workers were nice and got our order right. If you dont know what to order you can ask them for suggestions and they can help.

Absolutely love this place! I always get the caramelizer Nitro cold brew and its delicious! Very strong! But sweet too!

Compared to Starbucks this place is Cheaper and you get more for your buck. whenever I go to Starbucks I usually have to spend about 15 bucks on two drinks for me and my sister but here everyone in my family (4 people excluding me) were able to buy something that suited them. they also had a kids menu which was pretty cool and all of their drinks have cool and fun names. The Workers we encountered was very kind and understanding and in my opinion what everyone who works in customer service should be like. I give this place a solid 10/10 the only negative thing about it is the long line for it

I enjoy Dutch Bros. What truly separates you from others are the stickers. I am annoyed that although you track and can anticipate traffic, you never have stickers beyond the 1st of the month. Your overpriced drinks justify a sticker with EACH purchase. Frankly I come less often. I used to come at least a couple times a month just to collect that month’s stickers. Do better Dutch Bros or make way for another Starbucks.

Hello Dutch bros, I recently went to your stand a couple weeks ago and heard you guys were known for our your customer service!! I was really excited to try the drinks because all my friends were recommending it ! Sadly, I was treated poorly in the line I believe the girls name was Billy or Lilly and her customer service was as good what I expected from what you guys give. While I was ordering she told me to put my mask on (even though it was on) and she told me in a very rude way, I just agreed and she continued to say how people like me cause COVID and I did not like that comment at all, the person at the window was absolutely nice though I can see where people think Dutch Bros service is good but my line is experience wasn’t the best, just wanted to inform because I know Dutch Bros is known for it !

Pretty ok coffee, nice sized muffin tops.. strawberry smoothie is ok.Nice people who work there.. but the only downside, can you guess??Yep. The line.$24.27 for a medium Americano, 2 small strawberry smoothies, and 3 muffin tops.. you do the math 😂

Price/value wise: Their medium sized freeze is larger than Starbucks grande frappuccino for about the same price. Smoother/milder expresso than Starbucks burnt beans, but in a flavored drink, the coffee gets lost. May try again with less flavoring.

Tryed there coffee was not hot and more sweet & milk then coffee even when i ask for 3 ex shots in it . cool place for your high schools. & Jr. High kids. Who dont need that coffee boost that is for you .but to each its own . I prefer Starbucks .but try them you might like them better. Who knows its your call. Have a great day.

I went to this Dutch Bros location on a Tuesday morning and was in and out of the drive through within about 5 min. The employees who I delt with were both courteous and seemed happy. It was my first time at a Dutch Bros so I decided to play it safe and ordered a large Campout cold brew. I was disappointed to say the least. The drink tasted like chocolate milk. No coffee flavor whatsoever. I think Ill stick with Starbucks.

Long lines but the wait time isnt that bad. The coffee is kinda like Starbucks but Dutch Bros is better in my opinion. Not as sweet and a bit stronger flavor which i prefer.

Just go and pick any drinks its good

A bit of a drive but well worth it! Our drinks were not to overly sweet. Kids size drink comes in a reusable cup. Four drinks, a puppaccino with dog treats, and 15% tip came out to $24ish. We had a Kicker, Annihalator, Americano with Macadamia, chocolate caramel kids shake, and a puppaccino. Please build one closer to the 15!

There Fraps are way better than star bucks!

Love making the trip to come visit. They have been extremely busy as the first Dutch Bros in Southern California, but the lines seem a little more normal now. Either busy or not the staff always has it managed to move well and a great attitude, fun conversations and great recommendations. I saw no issues with the safety/ health mandates. Everyone had masks and safe distance.

Always a pleasant experience. Good drinks, decent price and very nice employees.

So many delicious choices, they have something for everyone, and everything is good. Staff are always friendly, the orders come out quickly once you get past the line in.

Dont get me wrong I usually have a great experience and love their coffee but this morning it was quite disappointing, first off I ordered my son a white chocolate frosty and there was nothing frosty about it was literally soup second I ordered my usual which is a large sugar free golden eagle whith whip and caramel drizzled, I had even requested it when I ordered and was told that it comes like that anyway unless requested not to add,anyway when I got my drink not only was it sloppy as hell it had no whip nor any caramel I asked the girl who handed me my drink if she could add whip and if she could please clean up the cup!and she gave me massive attitude which I have never experienced before because every time Ive been there their staff Is always very happy and respectful but nonetheless this girl had attitude and when she gave me my drink back she continued with her attitude and then I asked for a straw and proceeded to say what didnt I give u a straw, ahhjh hell no usually I would never tolerate disrespect but I am a whole grown woman and she couldnt have been more then 18 so I took the straw and left,sorry dutch bros this morning was not your morning and I am extremely disappointed..

Drove by and saw this huge line so decided to give Dutch Bros a try. I order a iced Paris black tea infused with sugar free peach that was nice and refreshing and also an Americano which was horrible tasted like water down coffee very weak, disappointed that I had to wait in line for that. Being my first time here was a bit confusing menu should be way up at the opening of the line and didnt know what to order so I ordered quickly seem like everyone was rushing. Would be nice if the menu was attached to the cashier taking orders.

If you can invest time to wait in the line....it is worth it....employees are trained well and are super friendly

I waited 6 months for the crowds and long daily lines to subside before trying this place out. Maybe that was a mistake. I ordered the nitro cold brew sugar free annhialator and it was very weak and watered down. There was hardly any coffee flavor at all. 3/4 of the medium size cup was ice and all I tasted was the strong sugar free syrup flavor which oddly enough had no flavor at all it just tasted overpoweringly sweet. I had high hopes for the coffee since this is a COFFEE place, but it did not deliver. A couple of days ago I had a peach smoothie that had a good flavor, but it was not smoothie consistency and resembled slush style kool-aid. I gave this place two chances and it was not up to par. I dont understand the hype or 5 star ratings. The employees are friendly, but dont make very good drinks.

I tried the golden eagle and I loved it. I will be back to try some of the other items on the menu. One of the employees recommended the cold brews so I will be back to try it those out.

First time there and it will be my last! Rude and unprofessional employees. Very expensive coffee. Mine tasted more like a milkshake than a coffee.

We went to the one in Grants Pass shopping center. We ordered flap jack & grasshopper. They are ones of Dutch freeze drinks. They gave us ice coffee. We thought it was because we didn’t say we wanted the freeze ones? The guy just asked the cold ones or the hot ones? When I looked again on the menu, flap jack & grasshopper are supposed to be freeze drinks. Very disappointed. Tasted like regular coffee with cream & ice. No caramel in flap jack & no creme de menthe in grasshopper.

In love with everything Ive tried. Only problem was I didnt get what I ordered. I asked for a caramel drink and got mocha. I know mocha is also mixed in the caramelizer but there was all mocha and no caramel. Sad. Ive had it before so was disappointed either wrong drink or made wrong. I dont know.

Even though there is a long line, it moves fast. First time coming here and will probably be coming back.

I’m so glad they’re open now. I knew the line would be long but don’t be fooled the employees did an amazing job making sure the line moves fast. Wish the Dutch bros was in a more central location for us HD Residents but hey it’s a start and I’m happy to travel 25 mins for a good drink.

Great consistency even out here. Same friendly staff. Great quality espresso etc etc. Dutch bros leads people to greatness and provides a great product at a decent value. Im happy to pay what they ask when you see people actually learn how to work hard, provide Great service with opportunities to level up in life here in America. Dutch Bros is the prime example of the American Dream

I am so happy they are getting g more of these in California. I absolutely love their 911 and double rainbro lemonade. The employees are so sweet and make it a point to ask how your day is and make sure your drink is perfect.

Great coffee and service, but be ready to wait. There is another location being constructed in Victorville, but until thats complete, this one will be constantly busy. Staff is very friendly and patient with customer orders. I enjoyed the coffee, and once its possible to get coffee in under 30 minutes, Id add another star to the rating.

First SoCal Dutch Bros location and hopefully not the last! Always busy, but always worth it!!! The employees are energetic and have a great vibe, and the drinks are always top quality.The quality assurance on drinks is admirable too, when I asked for a Freeze (which is more of a coffee base) on a Energy Drink item, they came to the car to make sure I ordered correctly, which is amazing!Still my favorite coffee chain and definitely recommend their Shark Attack! 100/10

Dutch Bros. coffee, lemonade and teas are all delicious. Golden Eagle is most likely the most popular drink on the menu. Staff is friendly at all the locations Ive visited. I wish they had a few locations near Los Angeles.

Was very excited to see the high desert got a dutch bros. I live in Vegas and love their coffee, but this location is just ridiculous. An hour wait, cars behind ours were getting drinks. I completely missed my plans because I had to wait in an hour + long line that wouldn’t take longer than 20 minutes max in Vegas

The employees at any Dutch Bros. I have been to have been super helpful and friendly. You also get really quick service so don’t be frightened by the long lines that are the norm here. I don’t know how they manage to make delicious coffee at that speed. I always get the soft top which is a nice addition to the golden eagle drink I love.

2nd visit. Better than 1st. The line was FINALLY short enough to justify a coffee break :) my usual Iced Chai Tea Latte Almond Milk with sugar free Vanilla was yumm! Could have used a bit stronger chai flavor. But loved that their large was bigger than Venti at Starbucks. But full to the top with ice.. so maybe equals same drink quantity.

I fell in love with Dutch Bros Coffee while on a trip to Scottsdale AZ, so when I heard they were opening a location in Apple Valley I was very excited.The first month or so was great, lines were long but with the help of training crews from AZ the employees were able to keep it moving and delivering their hot delicious coffee. During that time I visited Dutch Bros eight or so times, leaving satisfied every time.Unfortunately things have changed, the friendly, and professional training crews from AZ have left and the High Deserts finest are now in their place. Lines are backing up, less staff, more confusion, and worst of all room temperature coffee my last three visits!I know Dutch Bros has the potential to to turn it around and when that day comes I’ll be back, but for now I’ll be going to Six Beans.

Although the lines are long, theyre new so its understandable, the service is quick and the employees are so kind. The muffin tops are sooo good although they dont come warmed up. I really like the coffee here, make sure to look at the menu online as there are way more options than what is shown on the outdoor menu. This place is great at customizing your order so dont be afraid to ask for things different. I love the Iced Coffee, it comes normally not very sweet so I like the flavor and ask for mine extra sweet and its just right. Which isnt over the top at all. Overall very happy with my experiences here so far! Hopefully sometime soon they have order ahead options. Thanks Dutch Bros!
